Yes, I Spoke with Mark Ninehouser and he said that he never arrested Cipolla and never filled-out any police report in cursive handwriting.

However, he did say that his badge number was 46, as Randy Engel
claimed, and that his partner's badge number was 37.  However, he
was NOT a detective, as the same Randy Engel claimed.  Therefore,
Engel got everything wrong except for the two badge numbers, in
her nightmarish narration of an arrest which has now been 100%
proven to never have existed.

In late February of 2017, I finally made contact with ... and conversed at will with ... one of the two police officers who responded to Diane Thompson's phone call to the police, in 1978.

Randy Engel stated that they arrested Cipolla.  In fact, Engel stated that they were detectives.  No, they weren't.  None the less, one of the two police officers whom Engel claimed to have arrested Anthony Cipolla categorically stated that he did NOT do so.

Randy Engel didn't merely accuse Anthony Cipolla of molestation.  She accused him of harassment and terrorism, all the while stating that the Bishop of Pittsburgh at the time and the Allegheny County DA at the time were accomplices to such criminal conduct.

It has now been proven to be a lie that a young Frank Labiaux ... eldest son of a Diane Thompson whose timeline identifies her as a teenage pregnancy queen .... vandalized a church out of sheer frustration for having been molested.  Two entirely different youth were arrested for doing so.

Being that this Frank Labiaux is a proven liar in the church vandalism case, one can plausibly conclude that he also lied about being molested.   Whatever be the case, Frank Labiaux made his debut, by instantly destroying his credibility.

Then comes the Eggshell Skull Rule, where Anthony Cipolla was forced to endure the stress heaped upon him by libel and defamation.

As I stated perhaps twenty times previously ... and which never sunk into Randy Engel's mind ... Donald Wuerl used the Cipolla Case to finally get out of the spotlight placed on him by Washington County DA John C Pettit.

This Cipolla case was also a diversion for the Edwar Huff indictment.  The over-ampliflication of the Cipolla case made the Edward Huff indictment largely unknown by the Pittsburgh people, even though it did make the mainstream media newspaper, at the time.

For those unaware, Diane Thompson and Randy Engel made elaborate and damning accusations against 1} Anthony Cipolla, 2} former DA Bob Colville, and 3} the late Bishop Vincent Leonard, concerning the assertion that Cipolla molested her son, Tucker, in 1978.

The added assertion which was never prefixed with the lawsuit-prevention word, ALLEGED, was that massive and violent retaliation occurred after Thompson "filed charges."  No civilian has the power to "file charges."

You see, Engel asserted that an M.N. "Nehouser," Badge #46, and an R. Fogle,Badge #37 arrested Cipolla for molestation, and then filled out an Incidence Report.  Engel also claimed that those two officersd hung by Diane Thompson's side, telling her to not "drop charges, de-
spite all of the harassment she was going to get.   The narration all turnedmout to be a fraudulent misrepresentation in all features of the case, except for the officers' badge numbers.

In fact, in 1995, Thompson narrated a harrowing tale to a Pittsburgh Post Gazette writer on how disappointed the two detectives looked when she "dropped charges," with tears in her eyes, in the DA's office, signing a paper that she couldn't read, due to the tears in the eyes.

That story ... and the story of her youngest son vandalizing a church out of the frustration of having been molested ... have all now been proven to be libel.  Provable lies.  Orchestrated falsehoods conjured by one of the most incompetent liars you can encounter.

Let us proceed:

To start, the Detective "M.N. Nehouser," was uniformed police officer Mark Ninehouser.  None the less, Mark remembered the case and said that:

... all that he did was take a report from Thompson, and then filled out a form by means of hand-printing it, and NOT handwriting it with cursive handwriting.  He said that he simply handed the report to the detectives, and that was it.  Nothing more was done by him.  Thus:::::

1} Mark Ninehouser did NOT arrest Cipolla.  2} He was not called back to Diane Thompson's home, to respond to a call that she made, reporting that Cipolla was at her kitchen door.  3}  Plus, Mark was not called to the scene of any face-slapping of nine year old Tucker by a 70 year old man.  That account also turned-out to be a lie told by Diane Thompson.

4} Mark was also NOT called to respond to Diane Thompson's home, on account of any rock throwing incident which broke one of her windows.  All in all:

That which happened was NOT done in the way described by Randy Engel or by the media in their 1990s reports about Cipolla.  Let's Review:

Concerning police officer, Mark Ninehouser, who respond
to Diane Thompson's original phone call to the police:

1}  He categorically stated that he NEVER put any Catholic priest in hand cuffs in 1978, including Anthony Cipolla.  Neither he nor his partner Robert W. Fogle arrested Cipolla.

1b}  Ninehouser was NOT a detective.  He said that he took the report of Diane Thompson's accusations and handed it to the real detectives.

1c}  At this point, the following must absolutely be remembered:

Randy Engel wrote that Diane Thompson started getting harassed by Cipolla on July 30, 1978, upon which she called Ninehouser (misspelled as Nehouser by Engel) and Officer Fogle.

Former Officer Ninehouser categorically stated to me that, after he handed his hand-printed report to the detectives, he walked away from the Diane Thompson case.  Thus, she did NOT call him, saying that Cipolla was in the house.  He did NOT say to her, "Diane, they are going to try to harass you into dropping charges.  So, be strong and stand your ground." Etc.

And and and he most certainly did NOT go to her home after "she was forced to drop charges" and give her a copy of the Incidence Report which apparently was a counterfeited one filled out by a non-police officer under the guise that it was done by a police officer.  He did not walk up to her and say, "You're going to need this one day."

The whole account about the detectives was a completely fraudulent misrepresentation, and the detectives mentioned by Engel weren't even detectives.

2}  Keep in mind that I stated that the Incidence Report which is mentioned by Randy Engel, part of which was photographed and put online, looked like a forgery.  For those unaware, the online photo which was purported to be the Incidence Report of 1978 was handwritten with crowded handwriting and the letter "l" always being looped widely.   The reason why that photograph was the photo
of a forgery ... of a fraud ... is very simple:

Honorably retired Mark Ninehouser said that he and his fellow
police officers were required to print (hand-print) all police re-
ports.  No cursive handwriting was permitted.

The fact that the photo purported to be the actual Incidence Report of 1978 is handwritten with cursive writing ... and not hand-printed ...    proves that the sheet of paper called "the one remaining piece of evidence" by Randy Engel is a very counterfeited fraud.  No police officer of the 1970s would have filled-out the report in that fashion.

3}  Randy Engel stated that Cipolla was arraigned "at City Court" in a Pittsburgh Police Station.  This is a complete lie, because no arraignment ever took place in a police station.  ALL arraignments took place in one of two places:
1}  At Grant Street, at one time.
                                                        or
                                                   2} At City NIGHT COURT.

Cipolla was never arraigned, because he was NEVER arrested.  He was accused in a private criminal complaint and served with a SUMMARY NOTICE only signed by Diane Thompson.  She was to appear in city
court ... at the Public Safety Building ... and state due cause as to why Cipolla should be arrested.  It was a hearing equal to a preliminary hearing, but without the accuser having been first arrested.  It was a hearing that would judge if Cipolla were to be arrested or not.

4}  There is NOT any mistaken identity of police officers in this case,
being that Mark Ninehouser remembers the case in outline form, and
being that Randy Engel did get his badge number and Robert Fogle's
number completely correct.  Mark's badge number actually was 46,
and Robert's actually was 37, as Engel stated.  BUT, they were NOT
detectives.

In addition, there was ... at the time ... a #9 Police Station in the Northside, located on Federal Street.  So, that part was gotten correct by Engel.  But, there were NEVER arraignments taking place at any police station.

In addition, Engel stated that the incidence report was signed M.N.
Nehouser.  So, I asked Mark what the N stood for.  He said that he
did NOT have a middle name.

Once again, for those who are incredibly prejudiced against Cipolla:

5}  Rest assured that there was NO CALL to the police that a 70 year old man working at any kind of a store slapped Tucker in the face, for having accused Anthony Cipolla of wrong-doing.

6} Rest assured that no one called the police and reported a rock smashing through any window at the residence of Diane Thompson and her children.

Take note that Mark was very articulate, talkative, and easy-going in his conversation with me.  He did not stop to think of what he was going to say.  He did not have time lapses of  momentary silence.  He simply spoke spontaneously, hiding nothing.  He and I were literally shooting the breeze, it was that easy-going of a conversation.

There is more to convey to you.  The bottom line is that two parts of the three-part Randy Engel article that damns Anthony Cipolla and the late Bishop Vincent Leonard to the Depths of Hell is complete libel.

For now, you have enough substantive information that it should easily break the hypnotic trance that Engel has on the weak-minded & gullible.  he is NOT a guardian of Truth, Justice, and the American Way.  She's a gossipy and libelous hag who actually thinks that the historic red Shoes of the Fisherman are homosexual shoes.

I give you your freedom from Randy Engel's influence and her pretense of being the deliverer of truth and her hatred of the Shoes of the Fisherman.  Be free.

Till the next time,

Patrick Anthony Pontillo

In America, Truth ends up prevailing.

Tim Bendig lied to me four consecutive times, in a matter of minutes.

NOTE:  Simply because Bendig was found to be a con artist, it does NOT
immediately write off the 1978 accusations against Anthony Cipolla.  In
as much:

Due to the manipulative influence of Donald Wuerl, Tim Bendig was made
the de facto poster boy of those abused by priests.  The problem is that, when
you make someone the poster boy of those abused by priests, you need to first
make sure that the person actually was abused as such.  Tim Bendig has proven
himself to be nothing but a perpetual liar and con artist.

Cipolla was never put into handcuffs as Bendig claimed.
Accusers Bendig and Thompson were both in need of money.,
when they accused Cipolla.  Thompson, incidentally, was
fact-checked to the depths and found to be a liar squared and cubed.
The Starting Point

We begin with the following piece of documented evidence.  It shows that there
were NO grounds upon which to file criminal charges against Anthony Cipolla,
even though Benidg went to lengths to make it happen.  Of course, it is the qual-
ified opinion that Bendig sought criminal charges, so that he could get more
money in the lawsuit which never went to trial.  The obvious reason is that, if
Cipolla were molesting Bendig for seven consecutive years, Bendig would have
gone to a DA much sooner.

Of course, Bendig is a liar who only accused Cipolla of unnatural acts immediate-
ly after Cipolla told Padre Pio Group members to stop sending Bendig donation
money.

In addition, Cipolla was asked if he recommended that Benidg, a poor academic
student, should be admitted to the Pgh seminary.  Cipolla said that it would hurt.
Now, if Cipolla were locked into a seven unnatural affair with Tim Bendig, he
would have vehemently made sure that Bendig would never get admitted.  This
is because, if Cipolla really were having the Sodomite affair with Bendig which
Bendig claimed occurred, Cipolla would have feared that Bendig would speak.
Cipolla would have jeot Bendig away from all church authorities.  In as much,
Cipolla would never have told Padre Pio Group members to stop sending Tim
Bendig donation dollars in fear of being exposed.  Cipolla's actions were that
of an innocent man.  In addition, keep in minde that Bendig accused over a
dozen seminarians and almost a dozen priests of unnatural conduct.  Plus, the
same Tim Bendig lied directly to me.
.

Now, people as gullible as Americans can easily miss the point to almost any-
thing.  In this instance there is one startling point that perhaps goes over the
head of the gullible.  It goes as follows:

The Vatican has done consummate ignoring of the Wuerlgate material sent to
it in 2014.  The Wuerl People act as if Wuerlgate doesn't exist, outside of one
journalist falsely stating that Wuerl never covered a "pervert,"  as if Zula, Wolk,
and Pucci were merely playful little rascals.  HOWEVER, Bendig and his camp
took definitive notice of the Wuerlgate material.  In as much, if Bendig is taking
notice of the Wuerlgate material, then the Wuerl People are.

We now adjourn to the second pivotal piece of documentation; namlely, Anthony
Cipolla's 2014 security clearance.  There are NO arrest records of him anywhere
in the State of Pennsylvania.  I ordered the security clearance background check,
myself.  This is why the results of the background check was addressed to me.
In all of my investigating of Anthony Cipolla, he turned out to be squeeky clean.
Tim Bendig turned out to be the eternal liar and overall insult to my intelligence.

Bendig's deceptive approach is simple to explain, being that I experienced it on
a firsthand basis.  Bendig simply sounds all so confident when he speaks.  He
sounds so confident that you don't assume that anyone who sounds so sure of
himself is a liar.  But remember:  Wuerl originally declared Bendig NOT cred-
ible.  It's just that, if the Bendig lawsuit went to trial, a lot of damning accusa-
tion against Wuerl would have been mentioned.  Thus remember this:

WUERL SETTLED THE BENDIG LAWSUIT OUT OF COURT, IN ORDER
TO COVER-UP THE ACCUSATIONS AGAINST WUERL, HIMSELF.  The
problem was that Bendig was such a liar that it didn't matter what Benidg stated
about Wuerl.  For those unaware, through the years a number of people alleged
that Donald Wuerl ... the Dignity Mass red carpet treatment guy ... was a long-
term practicing homosexual, in violation of one of his priesthood vows.  I have
had multiple sources with added detail in the damning allegations thereof.

Therefore, Donald Wuerl destroyed Anthony Cipolla, so that Wuerl could cover
up Wuerl ... and the Father Edward Huff who unexpectedly got criminally indict-
ed and convicted.

Back to Bendig, the Lying Con Artist

While speaking in the tone of utter confidence, Bendig told me four lies in suc-
cession that could easily be proven false, being that I had in my possession a
district attorney's findings that there was NO evidence upon which to act upon
Bendig's accusations  against an Anthony Cipolla whose track record was found
to be crystal clean.

You merely don't assume that anyone sounding as confident and assured as Tim
Bendig would have the audacity to lie.  He lied to me four times in a matter of
moments.  He is to be thoroughly condemned as a life-destroying con artist.
Period.  What if he did to you what he did to Anthony Cipolla?  I am quite
sure that you wouldn't like it.  In fact, I am sure that Bendig's lies would
have an affect on your heart.  After all, Cipolla needed bypass surgery,
and his 2014 minor heart attack was ajudged by a licensed physician
as being due to stress.  Bendig's lies and Wuerl con game caused An-
thony Cipolla consummate stress.  If it happened to you and I we both
would have died ... I suppose.  Or else we would have fought to get our
reputations back.

Contrary to what Ann Rodgers and a second Pgh Post Gazette writer claimed, the
hard copy evidence is that the man formerly known as Father Anthony Cipolla has
NO arrest record in the State of Pennsylvania.  He was NEVER arrested for any-
thing, ever.  The evidentiary support that strengthens this declarative statement
is posted directly below:

At this point, keep in mind Tim Bendig's present-tense game, according to my
opinion.  He's presenting himself as a poor soul who was deprived a childhood
via molestation and is now making up for the pretend lost childhood through
the child star reunions that he hosts.  He is still making money on his lies about
Cipolla, in my qualified opinion.

None the less, what is not my opinion is the FACT that Tim Bendig lied to me
four times in succession, concerning an allegation I was easily able to disprove,
because I had the official DA's investigation finding in my possession and online.
The Beaver County DA never filed any kind of charge against Cipolla.  His offi-
cial findings was that there was NO corroborative evidence and that the timeline
set by Bendig was such that Bendig was over 18 years of age, anyway.

Plus, no nun at the McGuire Home would have tolerated any suspicious activity
between Cipolla and anyone at a place heavily monitored.  If Cipolla and Bendig
were engaged in unnatural activity, then it would have been noticed pronto at that
facility.

Also keep in mind that anyone who gets payed via Tim Bendig has a conflict of
interest which disqualifies his/her comments.  This would include the child star
reunion people.  Such comments are the dog biscuit phenomenon.  Those people
will say what they will for the money ... for the dog biscuits.

The lying propaganda also had its contribution from the non-aesthetic Dr. Bill
Donohue who hogged $475,000 per annum of charity donation money and who
also turned a league into a one-man money-grabbing show.  His praise of Wuerl
was unconscionable in that it was definitely motivated by money, 475,000 times
over.

In addition, if you were not a part of the five year intermittent investigation
that morphed into two other investigations to which I am not involved, then
you haven't any grounds upon which to make any comment.  The Jpeg evi-
dence concerning Wuerl's wrongs is here at the Wuerlgate site; not at the
Post Gazette site, not in any Ann Rodgers articles, not in any Christopher
Dickey article, not in the Washingtonian, not at Commonweal Magazine
and not in any part of Wuerl's own web log archive.  The evidence is here,
at the Wuerlgate site ... not among the Wuerl People.
___________________________________________________________

Tim Bendig allegedly stated long ago that he can con anyone out of anything.
Well, he tried his best on me in the Summer of 2014 and failed.  Bendig only
failed, because he contradicted the facts of documentation I had gathered into
my possession and posted online.

At the beginning of the 2014 phone conversation, Bendig seemed to be sin-
cere, to the point of making me wonder if my conclusion about Anthony Ci-
polla's apparent innocence were something I had mistaken.  I was willing to
give Bendig another chance, even though he previously threatened to destroy
my life, stating that he was coming after me.   None the less, during the 2014
phone conversation, he sounded all so polite and all so sincere.  Then, out of
nowhere, Bendig said the following which revealed to me how much of a con-
tinuous liar he is:

"You know that Cipolla was taken out of the McGuire Home in handcuffs,
don't you?"  Of course, this is a falsehood that I've already proven to be false,
via a DA's official investigative findings.  He stated that his office found NO
evidence or corroborating witnesses to warrant the filing of criminal charges
against the man once known as Father Anthony Cipolla.  Bendig then stated
that he witnessed the arrest himself.  Bendig then proceeded to change his
story, over and over again.  Bendig's lying of that afternoon hung him.

Incidentally, Bendig called me at the office during work hours.  He acted all
so polite in speech, but was incredibly rude to have imposed himself upon me
at work.

The work in the office involves the construction profession.  This comprises
developing price quotes, sending requests for quotes, searching for subcon-
tractors, writing out project progress reports, doing the weekly payroll, pro-
cessing the accounts payable ledger, keeping tabs on account receivables,
picking up plans and spec at engineering offices, attending pre-bid meet-
ings, making phone calls to architectural firms, keeping the vehicles and
heavy equipment fleet current, assisting in the numbers placed in the blue-
print take-offs, filing civil actions, filing mechanic's liens, filing praecipes
for writs of execution, getting bond surety checks, hunting down potential
work, and similar things that transpire in a pace similar to the activity on
the floor of the Wall Street stock exchange.  Then there is the matter of
going out on the field, to do the actual construction work.

If Bendig were sincerely polite, he would have waited to call me after work
hours.  None the less, I gave him my undivided attention and ample time.
All in all, he was acting all so polite while being all so rude.

Now, the McGuire Home (located 24 miles northwest of the Three Rivers
Confluence) is a facility for physically afflicted youth.  What would Ben-
dig be doing there that he would witness an arrest?  Plus, as I previously
stated, Anthony Cipolla would have first received a notice that criminal
charges had been filed against him and he would have been given a small
allotment of time to surrender himself to authorities.

Bendig was trying to make me think that he drove up to the McGuire Home
with the police, pointed at Cipolla and had the police take Anthony away.
Well, criminal law in Pennsylvania doesn't work that way.  At the very
least, a detective would have needed to have had a judge sign-off on the
detective affidavit.  It's called Due Process, and Bendig hasn't that concept.

None the less, exactly after Bendig said that he saw Anthony Cipolla get
arrested at the McGuire Home of Beaver County Pennsylvania, I said,
"But I have the Beaver County District Attorney's report here stating
that there were no grounds upon which to file criminal charges against
Anthony Cipolla."

Tim Bendig then quickly responded by saying, "You know why that hap-
pened?"  Additional words were politely exchanged and Bendig said, "They
let him go."  For the record, This was lie #2, being that Cipolla was never
arrested in the first place.  Observe the documentation which revealed that
a three month investigation was conducted and that after all that time, no
evidence was found to support Bendig's allegations:

This is the Beaver County DA Report stating that there were no grounds upon which to
file any criminal charges against Anthony Cipolla.  This proves Tim Bendig to be a liar.

Now remember, Bendig stated that he saw Cipolla taken out of the Beaver Coun-
ty McGuire Home in handcuffs ... that he witnessed the event himself.   He then
said that the police let Cipolla go, after placing him in make-believe handcuffs.
Two lies.  Then Bendig said that ... oh well ... the event was on the TV news and
TV viewers throughout the area witnessed it, instead of Bendig.  Concerning this,
Bendig said to me (to the effect), "Didn't you see it on the news?   Or didn't you
watch TV in those days?"  Thus, Bendig was trying to make me feel unsure of
myself.   Of course, Cipolla was never arrested, and Bendig lied to me yet again.

Then Bendig said, "Well, my attorney told me (that Cipolla was arrested at the
McGuire Home.)  Of course, Anthony Cipolla was never arrested, ever.  So, in
very few sentences, Bendig lied to me four times.  All the while, he was speak-
ing very politely.  Thus, a polite voice can be the voice of a liar.  After all, it
is written that Satan masquerades as an angel of light.  None the less, Bendig
changed his story three times within one paragraph of speech.

The scorecard goes as follows:

Bendig first said that he personally saw Anthony Cipolla get taken out of the
McGuire Home in handcuffs.  He then said that the event was something that
people saw on TV.  The same Tim Bendig then said that his attorney told him
that Cipolla was arrested at the McGuire Home, but that Bendig didn't witness
that event which never happened in the first place.  Ladies and Gentleman, I'm
a continuing witness to the observation that Tim Bendig is a liar, even into the
Year 2014.

Furthermore, it is assumed that Benidg violates his out-of-court settlement every
time he mentions the Cipolla lawsuit.  One assumes that the settlement contained
a confidentiality clause.  Now, Bendig wanted me to interview him, and he said
that I could even record the conversation.  Well, is this or is this not a violation
of Tim Bendig's out-of-court settlement agreement?
________________________________________________________________

Upon hearing Bendig lie to me in succession, I thought to myself  (to the effect)
"Wow, Cipolla  really is innocent, after all.  Case closed."

All in all, Tim Bendig apparently and seemingly thinks that, if he sounds convinc-
ing, then you will believe him.  He didn't take factual documentation into account.
I witnessed with my own hearing that Tim Bendig is quite the liar, all the while
hiding behind a deceptive facade.
__________________________________________________________________

Yes, Tim Bendig was given my telephone number by one of Hollywood's
less-than-leading-man types who betrayed confidentiality and wrote me
texts which reveal a non-charismatic, self-seeking, less than gentlemanly,
outright vulgar individual, with no control of his temper, and void of any
manifest altruism ... or conscience.  Yet, two years prior, this Hollywood
nerd geek dweeb type was complaining bitterly over Tim Bendig, even
to the point of asking me if I could contingently go on his talk show.

Plus, the Hollywood nerd boy showed zero signs of intelligence in that he
sent me incriminating evidence for the court of public opinion that he can't
erase.  I've even photographed his texts.  I can post them online at any time.
When the time is right, of course ... in the event that he attacks me or any
defender of Cipolla.  He is one of Tim Bendig's clients, thereby making him
a reflection on Tim Bendig, by association.  This amounts to very bad future
publicity.

Incidentally, one of the texts that Bendig's Hollywood client sent me stated:

"You're sailing in dangerous waters my friend.  Beware of pirates. ..."

Now, who is stupid enough to send intimidation tactics to an Italian construc-
tion worker who happens to also be a descendant of Danish Vikings and who
lifts weights on a regular basis?  You've got to be kidding.  I was in the ghettos
at night, as a part of my job, unarmed, and this little Hollywood nerd boy thinks
that he can scare me.

By the way, the difference between that client of Bendig and me is that I have
three active security clearances and he allegedly has a criminal record, accord-
ing to what he told me in the Year 2012.  Bendig did apologize for that client's
behavior.  But, Bendig lied to me about Anthony Cipolla, none the less.  Ben-
dig destroyed Cipolla's life and has shown zero remorse after all these years.
_______________________________________________________________

Incidentally, Bendig told me how his attorney found out about Diane Thomp-
son and her 1978 accusation ... of accusations that were fact-checked as to their
details and found to be easily provable falsehoods.  Bendig said that she contact-
ed Bendig's attorney and told him.  If this is true, then it's plausible that she was
looking for money, as in finding an attorney to file a lawsuit ... as in piling on ...
as in jumping on the band wagon.

However, how did Diane Thompson know of Douglas Yauger, the Masonic
Guild's attorney?  Bendig's original attorney was Attorney Edward Weiss and
not Yauger.  Well, the newspapers said that Yauger revealed the 1978 accusa-
tion  to Wuerl.  All in all, Yauger did NOT get his info from the public records,
being that Cipolla was never arrested in the first place.

Also keep in mind that Diane Thompson has always been too much of a gutless
coward to contact me and tell me that I am wrong.  Perhaps she doesn't contact
me because she knows that I am correct.  After all, she claimed that Cipolla's
trial was scheduled a mere four weeks after his arrest which never happened
in the first place.  No American trial based on a felony charge ever starts soon-
er than eight months to eighteen months or so after an arrest.

In addition, it was long since reported to me that Bendig said that one of the
provisions of his out-of-court settlement was that he stay out of all Pittsburgh
Catholic Churches.  Of course, this was proven to be a lie when Bishop David
Zubik, public accomplice of Bendig's ongoing fraud, welcomed Bendig back
to church and then had a newspaper report on it.  In that instance, Bendig was
more than allowed to enter a Pittsburgh church.  Furthermore, such a provision
is a violation of Canon Law and the United States Constitution.  Thus, Bendig
lessened his non-existent credibility even more so.  That claim can be assumed
to be an outright lie.  Bendig said that he was banned from entering Catholic
Churches in the Pittsburgh Diocese.  But, he NEVER proved.  Bendig never
proved anything.  Rather, I disproved Bendig.

Bendig is not bright enough to know that, if he were to publicly come forth
and finally admit that he lied about Cipolla, Bendig that he would receive an
entire new crew of protectors.  Plus, in receiving an out-of-court settlement,
one is making no claims of having been harmed.  You are literally being paid
to close the case, forget about it, and move on in life, when you sign an out-of-
court settlement.  Bendig keeps harping on the case.  Interestingly enough, he
NEVER speaks of an instance of the abuse which he claimed happens.  In my
personal experience with true sex abuse victims, the victims eventually con-
fides an intimate element of the abuse.  Bendig has NOT done so.

All in all, in that Summer of 2014 telephone conversation, Bendig permanent-
ly buried himself in layers of lies.  Ladies and gentlemen of the court of public
opinion, I, Patrick Anthony Pontillo, possessor of three simultaneous security
clearances, state to you that I witnessed Tim Bendig be a consecutive liar on
a firsthand basis.

There is a moral obligation to restore the destroyed life and destroyed reputation
of Anthony Cipolla.  This is all Donald Wuerl's fault, and Wuerl must be brought
to justice for this ... for the Torquato Retaliations ... for the games he played with
Fr. Huff ... for covering up Wolk, Zula, and Pucci ... for what he did to a credible
whistle blower Wuerl whom made sure would never be ordained into the priest-
hood ... for willful violations of pivotal church laws ... for permitting Sodomite
Masses ... for turning consecrated churches into joke-type restaurants and even
a movie set for a less-than-moral movie ... for his abridgement of doctrines of
the Faith ... for his indifference toward sweatshop victims, etc.

Ever so coincidentally, the murdered Father Alfred Kunz was Anthony Cipolla's new canon lawyer at the time of Kunz's violent death.

The March 1998 murder of the Dane County Wisconsin priest, Alfred Kunz, remains an open case.  None the less, there was evidence that he, at 67 years of age, exchanged punches with a killer who stabbed a strategic sector of Kunz's neck, causing him to die from blood loss.
Shortly before Kunz's death, he agreed to represent Anthony Cipolla
in a court of Canon Law, for the sole purpose of winning for Cipolla
the monthly stipend/pension due to Cipolla.

Fr. Kunz's exact words on the issue allegedly were that Donald Wuerl
didn't have to assign Anthony Cipolla (to ministry), but he did have to sustain him.

Even when a priest is actually guilty of ill conduct, his bishop must provide him with a pension which, in Roman Catholic nomenclature, is a stipend.  Wuerl denied Cipolla his stipend, thereby violating Canon Law, as was previously mentioned.  Alfred Kunz then came forth, offering his services to Anthony Cipolla.  In the spirit of a vicious form of Murphy's Law, Cipolla lost his advocate.

As of 2013, the Anthony Cipolla case, as was presented by Ann Rodgers and the Pittsburgh Post Gazette, was found to have been a fraudulent misrepresentation of the facts, to the point of constituting something known as Invasion of Privacy in a False Light.  After all, Tim Bendig was repeatedly called a pathological liar by those who spoke to me about him, and the 1978 accuser's "newspaper testimony" was found to have contained blatant falsehoods.

In addition, the first Vatican Signatura hearing only addressed the fact that St. Lukes diagnosed Cipolla as suffering from Depression and Suicidal Tendencies, while St. Michael's of New York gave Cipolla a clean bill of mental health, saying that it was normal to be sad when your reputation is defamed.

The second hearing was dependent upon a Polish archbishop would was reputed for always siding with a bishop over his aggrieved priest.

Now, Anthony Cipolla received two plaques of appreciation for his service with youth in Jersey and PA.  One plaque came from an NJ police department.  The chief of the police department there put a plaque into Anthony's hand, instead of any handcuffs around his wrists.

In 42 years, no one from those venues ever accused Cipolla of any wrongdoing.  Thus, Cipolla doesn't look very much like a molester, and substantial evidence (or non-contradictory and non-Swiss-cheese testimony) needs to comes forth, in order to establish such a thing.

In addition, it has been reasonably suspected that Bendig plagiarized the 1978 accusation of Cipolla which never resulted in Cipolla being arrested, indicted, or arraigned ... according to my sources and according to a 2014 Pennsylvania State Police security clearance.  The Cipolla case is explained in the December 2014 archive of the Wuerlgate site.

http://www.donaldwuerl.com/2015_06_01_archive.html

Wuerl publicly disassociated himself from Cipolla, so as to wash out of the minds of a very gullible public the memory of Wuerl's Triple Cover-up and Wuerl's ping-pong cover-up of a Father Edward Huff who would also come to be the direct object of a criminal indictment.  This meant that Donald Wuerl, long-term secretary of alleged open-secret homosexual hebephile, John Cardinal Wright, was next in line for an indictment which, in all probably, would have been a Summary Offense, unless a district attorney would have gotten Wuerl on obstruction of justice charges.

A summary offense results in nothing more than a fine.  It's less than a misdemeanor.  None the less, a summary offense conviction would have made the Vatican affix an 'X' over Wuerl's name, when it came time for promoting bishops to the college of cardinals.

Transcript of a letter written by the Late Anthony Cipolla

Below, toward the end of this post, is a letter Anthony Cipolla sent to me.  After I read it, I called him and asked him if I could post it for public view.

And of course, public view for my sites span from Asia to Russia to the Ukraine to the United Arab Emirates to Western Europe to English speaking America to Canada to Australia.  The bottom line here is that, when Cipolla sent me that letter, he assumed that I would be the only one to ever read it.  He then let anyone else available to read it.

Incidentally ...

For the record, if I pledge my confidentiality you to, it's a law to me.  Proof is simple:  Name one of my sources.  If you can do so, then you hacked into my life.  None the less, a lot of writers keep confidentiality.  It isn't hard to do.

2018 Update:

NOW ... In light of the 2018 Pennsylvania Grand Jury Report, it was found that there were TWO DIFFERENT STORIES attached to the Cipolla Case.  One story was the one promoted by the Pittsburgh Post Gazette, conspiracy theory writer Randy Engel, and the 1978 accusing mother herself.

The other story was that which sat in the Pittsburgh diocesan files and which was regarded as the credible story by the grand jury.

The grand story was far more tame and credible that the overly ridiculous Post Gazette & Randy Engel story of an ARREST which NEVER happened, followed by a harrowing post-arrest retaliation which never happened, either.

The fictional version of the Cipolla Case mentioned tires getting slit and windows being smashed.  Then came Randy Engel's play-by-play account of the arrest and prosecution which never happened.  Everything that Engel claimed happened is 100% contrary to the Pennsylvania Rules of Civil Procedure.

She even wrote of DA Bob Colville strong-arming the 1978 accusing mom into signing a sheet of paper which "drops charges."  Of course, once charges are filed in American, no civilian can dismiss them.

And and and, when you are indicted, you are NOT sent to Police Station #1, 2,3, or 4 for any kind of bail hearing and/or arraignment.  You are sent to COUNTY JAIL, and then to a county magistrate's office. The Engel Article was a fiction that hid from the true Cipolla Case.  The true Cipolla Case was only one determining question attached to it.

All in all, the public account of the Cipolla Case was hyper-exaggerated and hysterically sensationalized to the point of it being libel to DA Bob Colvile and any friend Cipolla had in 1978.  Donald Wuerl had the moral obligation to notify the Pittsburgh Post Gazette that the Cipolla Case was being presented in a ridiculously gluttonous form of Tabloid Journalism.

But of course, that excessively dramatic story made Wuerl look like a holy holy hero who speared a diabolical camp of monsters.  So, Wuerl let you be deceived into thinking that he was the most heroic man on the planet, when he was being a hypocritical snake.

All in all, the version of the Cipolla Case, as was told from 1995 to 2016, was a hyper-sensationalistic fiction.  In 2018 version is the more sane and credible version, coming from the diocesan secret archives.  Concerning the archives, there was the inclusion of a report mentioning the existence of a lubricant on a young lad's undergarment.

Well, the 1995 to 2016 version of the Cipolla Case claimed that the 1978 accusing mother was strong-armed into signing a sheet of paper that was going to expunge the Cipolla Case.  Well, the 2018 PA grand jury finding was that the 1978 Cipolla Case was NOT expunged.

This is another instance where the narration given by the accusing mother of 1978 was a complete lie, as such a narration was given to the public.  This involves only Version I of the Cipolla Case narration which ran from 195 to 2016.

In re:  The 2018 PA grand jury version of the case.

It described the predictable and stereotypical way a diocese at the time handled sexual aggression accusations.  No slit tires.  No smashed windows, etc.  Rather, it described the typical snakejob, headlined by the presence of lawyers.

The real Cipolla Case was a dime-a-dozen lawyer intervention case.  Such a thing, absent of ridiculous Bruce Willis movie plots, and absent of Tom Cruz adventure movie plots, is what gives a narration its credibility.

What you must understand about those abuse victims is this:

As was confided to me but a certain clergy sexual aggression victim is that that which tears into & torments a victim's mind is the Subtle & Pernicious Invisibility of the sexual aggression, so deceptively handled that the case is made to look as if the sexual aggression never happened.

It's the feeling a absence --- the Whitewashed Wall --- the removal of all of the stage scenery --- and the complete silence which tortures the sexual aggression victim.  It's not slit tires and smashed windows which does it.  It's the Alfred Hitchcock movie feeling that does.  The proverbial room get emptied-out and whitewashed, as if nothing ever happened in that proverbial room that tortures a person.

It's the No-Accountability aspect that tortures the victim.  THEREFORE,  the silent, smooth-talking and silently intimidating presence of the lawyers which is far far far more of a nightmare scenario than slit tires and smashed windows.

One more quick point:  I have enumerated this 2018 version of the Cipolla Case in an August 2018 post.  For now, simply understand that the entire case pivots on one piece of evidence:

a medical report mentioning the existence of a lubricant
found on the nine year old child's undergarment.  It was
a report that the writer, Randy Engle, stated no longer
existed.  The bottom line is this:

If you can prove that the 1978 accusing mother did NOT plant
that lubricant in her son's shorts, in order to fame Cipolla, then
the case is closed.  Remember, it's the subtle things that make
or break a case.  For example:

If the accusing mother of 1978 had been honest from the beginning, and if she said that, in 1978, properly attired lawyers sat her down and convinced her into withdrawing her 1978 private criminal complaint, then the alarms and rotating lights would have been ringing in my mind, with me thinking to myself, "Those (censored)!"   That was undue influence.

The subtle & plain things give credibility, NOT a ridiculously harrowing scene from Starwars, Bruce Willis movies, or Tom Cruz movies.  Simplicity brings clarity and at least a significant measure of credibility, if it can not bring a closed case.  The Cipolla Case of 2018 is entirely different than the pathetically ridiculous Cipolla Case Narration of 1995 to 2016.

Back to the original part of the September 2015 post on the Cipolla Letter.  We start with the editor's preliminary statement, and then move to Anthony Cipolla's statement:

Take note of the fact that I have called Tim Bendig a liar, yet he never sued me.  This is pertinent to note, being that Bendig is known to yell  "I'll sue" and "I'll ruin you," as a reflex action.   For example, a writer for a northeastern metro newspaper recently contacted me and conveyed the following:

I just had a bizarre interaction with Tim Bendig and found your site while digging up more information about him.  Has he ever threatened to sue you because of your blog?   He strikes me as the type.   Has he ever tried any other harassing techniques?

For those unfamiliar, Tim Bendig is the seminary dropout who accused a man once known as Father Anthony Cipolla of having engaged in long-term sex abuse that Bendig could never corroborate or even plausibly substantiate.

He made the accusations only after Cipolla told members of the Padre Pio Prayer Group to stop sending Bendig donation money, on account of his withdrawal from the seminary.  Donald Wuerl originally declared Bendig "not credible."

Bendig was found to be a chronic liar, due to the number of people who kept contacting me and telling me how he lied to them and threatened to 'ruin them.'  The allegations of Bendig's con artist conduct came from as far away as Hollywood.

Then, Bendig was given my phone number and he contacted me, only to lie to me about something that pertained to documentation that I had in possession.  Everything he said was contrary to the documentary evidence that I possessed.  It involved the following piece of evidence which was a notice given by the Beaver County PA district attorney's office that there were NO GROUNDS upon which to file any kind of criminal charge against Cipolla.

One more thing:  Tim Bendig proved that he was more than willing to destroy a human life, concerning someone who turned out to be completely innocent as accused --- with Jpeg evidence and fact-checking results to prove said innocence.

That is to say, if Cipolla did molest anyone, then it was NOT the way described by Bendig or Diane Thompson or certain Pittsburgh Post Gazette writers.

If you have evidence of Cipolla having been a molester, I'll post it for you.  Thus far, there was only one source who made me wary of Cipolla until further fact-checking was done.

Even at that, that which is needed is for the two sons of Diane Thompson to come forth and make formal statements, stating if whether or not they accuse Anthony Cipolla of molestation or did their mom fabricate the entire story.

It is very bizarre that "the mommy" was the only one ever to speak on the 1978 accusations against Cipolla.  Usually, a chief of police or detective or prosecutor makes a public statement in outlining the crimes alleged to have occurred.  Decades after the fact, someone writes memories on the case.

In fact, in all this time, Bendig's replacement attorney, Douglas Yauger, never chastised me or came forth to defend Diane Thompson.  Donald Wuerl did not do so, either.  Neither did one of Wuerl's two principle pit-bull attack dogs.

No one involved in the Bendig Case or 1978 accusations ever came forth to defend Diane Thompson and corroborate her damning accusations against the deceased Anthony Cipolla who was being tortured by Diane Thompson and the defamatory Randy Engel, during the final year of his life.

How would you like it if you never got a moment of peace from a brawling hag who was fact-checked and found to be a pathological liar.  If Cipolla ever molested anyone, it was not according to the accusations of Diane Thompson who contradicted herself repeatedly.  It would also not be according to the Tim Bendig who was originally declared NOT credible by Donald Wuerl.

Observe how much of a liar Bendig is:  The McGuire Home was heavily monitored, being that it was a medical facility for the most afflicted of children.  Cipolla would have been caught, if he were having sodomite relations with Bendig there, and the nuns would have had Cipolla out of the home pronto.

Therefore, the fact that Anthony Cipolla was in good-keeping with the sisters is evidence in itself, favorable to Cipolla.  Bendig was foolish to have chosen the McGuire Home in his allegations.

Plus, it wasn't a very seductive and/or lust-inducing place, to say the least.  In fact, Bendig claimed that Cipolla first molested him while Bendig had the flu.  Well, the reasonable person can assure you that people are not that much of a lustful temptation when they have the flu.

2026 minus 1973 = In 53 years, no one in this youth group ever accused Cipolla of any wrongdoing.  In fact, Cipolla's youth program in northeastern New Jersey was much larger, and no one from that program ever accused him of wrongdoing, either ... in the past 54 years.

If Cipolla were the molesting monster Ann Rodgers and the Pgh Post Gazette made him out to be, the phone at the Pittsburgh diocesan building would have been ringing off the hook, in 2002, when sex abuse casualties came forth, stating their accusations.

None of the youth on any of Cipolla's pilgrimages accused him of wrongdoing, either.  In addition, Cipolla had 70+ witnesses, a subset of which were youth, ready to testify for him at the Bendig civil lawsuit  trial that never came to be.

By now, some credible person somewhere would have come forth
and cried out, "J'accuse!"  But, no one ever did.  This places Bendig's credibility rating into the single digits, if not  negative ones.   Incidentally, would Wuerl have been motivated to settle out of court, on account of  Bendig stating that he knew for sure that Donald Wuerl was a practicing homosexual?

Above are very important words that Ann Rodgers left out of her news articles about Cipolla.
Directly below is Anthony Cipolla's own statement, written at night, shortly after the memory of what Wuerl did to him rocketed though his mind like a late night movie.  I asked his permission to publicly post it, incidentally, and received the permission.  So, don't think that I'm betraying any confidentiality.

In regards to my case,  Wuerl  persecuted me to the ultimate degree.   He went after me, to protect himself, and he couldn't stand the fact that I reported him to the Office of the Clergy; the very office where he worked as secretary to the late John Cardinal Wright who was the Prefect of the Office of the Clergy.

Wuerl was covering up for Wright who was a homosexual and an ephebophile.  For me to accuse Wuerl of harassment in the very office where he worked for 10 years was an embarrassment to him.  So, he was determined to use me as an example that, if any priest would try to go to the Office of the Clergy and accuse Wuerl of anything, the priest wouldn't get too far.

As a matter of fact, the Office of the Clergy went in favor of Wuerl.  So, I lost the case (at the initial level of the Vatican judiciary.)  Then, through the advice of my canon lawyer, I reported Wuerl to the Signatura and won the case.  But, Wuerl publicly said that he had factual information about me (not yet revealed) and that he would have the decision of the Signatura reversed.

I had already sent everything to the Signatura, including Diane Thompson’s accusation of sexual impropriety with Tucker Thompson, her 9 yr old son.  Therefore, no one knew what new facts he could possibly have had.

If he had anything, he certainly had enough time to submit it to the Signatura, while the case was being investigated.   In fact, Count Neri Capponi who worked for the Signatura said that Wuerl had nothing, but 'old wives tales.'

To the shock of everyone involved, Wuerl did have the decision reversed. So, I was in Limbo.

It is strongly believed that Wuerl has his protectors in the Vatican and can get whatever he wants.  Wuerl had me forced-laicized.  He assigned me to St. John Vianney, home for retired priests, and then withdrew my salary and later my health insurance.

I had no money to live on, to pay medical bills with, and to afford various other needs.   He then wrote me a letter, saying that I  must send him all of my income tax returns from 1991 to 1996, so he could set up a task force to decide on how much money I should receive.

I phoned my CPA who was shocked at Wuerl's behavior, in the way he was treating me, because I was never arrested, never arraigned, never tried or convicted, as the other priests.  So why was Wuerl going after me so viciously?

One lawyer phoned me from another state, telling me that he left the Church because of the news of how Wuerl was treating me.  (He left the church) even though I tried to convince him (the attorney) that Wuerl is not the Church and that I strongly believed that Wuerl was highly influenced by the Devil.

I had to find another canon lawyer to at least get my money back, so that I could live and at least sustain myself.  So, I phoned the Canon Law Society of America.   They recommended Father Alfred Kunz, a canon lawyer and exorcist from Madison, Wisconsin.

Father Kunz told me that what Wuerl was doing to me was against Canon Law and to not worry; that he would get my money back.  This was 1996.  On March 4, 1993, Father Kunz was murdered in cold blood, in his rectory.

I talked with Father two days before he was murdered.  A priest friend phoned me on my answering machine that I remotely accessed, saying:

"Father Cipolla, I have some very bad news, your canon lawyer, Father Kunz was murdered last night in his rectory.  I am very
sorry to tell you this and I feel very bad and I hope to God that
they catch the person or persons who did this and that he will
get life."

I just burst into tears and couldn't stop crying or attempt to drive my car.
