Diane Thompson claimed to be a victim of revenge ... in Fantasyland perhaps

 

As a reminder, Frank Labiaux WAS CAUGHT LYING.  I already explained this in a previous post.  Also keep in mind that he NEVER offered to let me cross-examine him in front of a camera, for the Court of Public Opinion, concerning his damning accusations against Cipolla.  This means that he is hiding something.  

 

A person telling the truth would have been outraged at me, demanding to speak on record and in front of a camera, even bringing pieces of evidence with him.  This did NOT happen with Frank Labiaux.  All that I ever got from the Thompson Clan was a THREAT over the telephone, in 2018 ... aside of all the defamation from the Thompson Clan blogs, many of which were deleted, due to violating decency codes.

 

Also keep in mind that, during grand jury inquests, there are no defense attorneys cross-examining any witness there.  There is no attempt to impeach a witness, during grand jury testimony.  This means that, just because a witness is saying something there, it doesn't mean that he's telling the truth.

 

And then came Diane Thompson's September 1978 egress, as she claimed to have gotten out of Western Pennsylvania ...

 

... in fear of the senior citizen assassins of the Padre Pio Prayer Group and other Church Lady Ninjas who were all gonna get Tucker and kill him to death.   Otherwise known as:

So, who was gonna harm Diane Thompson, if she didn't leave town immediately, in September of 1978?  Would it have been, by any chance, her landlord, for overdue rent?  Even at that, there is indication that the Thompson Clan was still in the Pittsburgh area in October and November 1978.

 

Or do you believe that Diane Thompson was fleeing the wrath of the Padre Pio Prayer Group People who were often retired folk with medical conditions which prevented them being ninja assassins?  Well, if you do believe that the Padre Pio People were gonna team up on Diane Thompson on the Northside of Pittsburgh, then here is your belated newsflash:  

 

In 1978, Anthony Cipolla was NOT the chaplain of the Western Pennsylvania Padre Pio Prayer Group.  Fr. John D O'Connor was, and I did meet him.  To be honest with you, he acted like Droopy Dog and he literally sounded like Droopy Dog.  He was no vengeful attack dog.

 

Moreover, the monthly Padre Pio Prayer Group mass was NOT conducted in Pittsburgh.  It was conducted at St John the Baptist Church, in Baden, Pennsylvania, about 21 miles away.

 

Moreover, Anthony Cipolla was transferred out of St. Francix Xavier Parish, ASAP, in 1978.  So, he and his people were not going to be around there, to harass or revenge or assassinate Diane Thompson.  So, what was her fear other than her landlord?  

 

The one thing that Diane Thompson didn't realize about people naturally avoiding you if you are a defamer

 

Randy Engel was foolish enough to believe Diane Thompson when it came to many blatant lies, such as the "1965 special forces training accident at the Spartanburg military base which closed-down 18 year prior, in 1947.  

 

Well, Engel believed that someone did some vandalism against Diane Thompson, out of a sense of vengeance, as if someone were so outraged at her that he/she couldn't keep from attacking her property.  Well, here is yet another belated news flash:

 

When you defame someone as ridiculously as Diane Thompson defamed Anthony Cipolla in 1978, people become afraid for one of two reasons and avoid you.  If a "third person" is made aware of the horrid accusations leveled against someone in the neighborhood, and IF the third person knows it to be a falsehood, then that third person will avoid the defamer, in fear that the defamer will start defaming the third person with a new set of lies.

 

If a third person hears of the accusations and entertains the possibility that they might be true, he also avoids the accuser, because "he does not want to get involved."  Such a person would fear that the police will start questioning him about his relationship with the accused, etc, etc, etc.  

 

In conclusion, when a person such as Diane Thompson accused someone of criminal conduct and the neighborhood hears about it, the expected response is NOT VIOLENCE AND NOT VANDALISM.  The expected response is that everyone stops talking to you.  Everyone in the neighborhood stops associating with you.  After all, they fear that you'll get them in trouble, too.

 

Even a third person who believes in credibility of the accusations will assume that the probable victim needs his/her space.  Such a third person would fear bothering a victim and opening wounds.  Such a third person refrains from contact, simply out of not knowing what to say ... or even do.

 

Diane Thompson's claim that an aged Italian shopkeeper slapped Tucker in the face, for reporting Cipolla in 1978, when Diane Thompson was the one who reported Cipolla, instead.

 

Let us not forget that Diane Thompson was caught lying numerous times.  After all, she claimed that I am Anthony Cipolla in disguise, operating this website.  Well, if that's the case, then somebody better call Ghost Busters. 

 

Here we go again:  The violent Italian stereotype.  Randy Engel piling on. 

 

Randy Engel stated in her defamatory 2016 article that young Tucker Thompson was in a nearby store operated by an elderly Italian gentleman, and the elderly Italian gentleman slapped Tucker in the face "for telling on Anthony Cipolla."  Well, it's belated newsflash time, once again:

 

To start, do you know who the LAROCCA CRIME FAMILY was?  Well, their territory included the Northside of Pittsburgh, in 1978.  In as much, did you know that the Mafia ... the Commission ... La Cosa Nostra ... deliberately kept crime down in their territories of operation, so as to not draw the police's attention to their Mafia Turf?

 

One law of the LaRocca Family which was imposed upon non-mafia members in the community ... in the Northside of Pittsburgh ... was that you did NOT strike a child or beat your wife.  Yes, the Mafia did enforce a semi-moral code, in vigilante justice.  

 

In the Northside of Pittsburgh in 1978, there was no way in Hell that an Italian male was going to strike a child on LaRocca turf.  Welcome to reality, 1978 Style:

 

 

Moreover, there was no way in Hell that a group of friends of Cipolla would have gotten away with smashing all of Diane Thompson's windows and slitting all of her tires, as she once claimed.  It turned out to have been another Diane Thompson lie, of course.  

 

But, Randy Engel toned it down and claimed that only one window was smashed in hostility.  Not on LaRocca Turf.  No one would have dared.   

 

Did you ever wonder why those vandals of the African Methodist Church parking lot where apprehended promptly?  It was expeditiously done.  So think!

 

For the record, Frank Labiaux LIED when he claimed that he vandalized that church.  Period.  Of course, he said that he vandalized it out of frustration for having been molested.  But of course, he NEVER offered to have me cross-examine his accusations against Cipolla, to see if there are notably contradictions ... contraindications.

 

The real vandals of that Methodist church were arrested promptly and none of the two was Labiaux.  Plus, the timeline that Labiaux and Diane Thompson gave was way way off the reality.  This is already covered in a previous post here.

The True Victims ... in my experience ... all wanted to talk

 

Now, there was a 2018 video showing Diane Thompson ... about her claims against Cipolla.  She looked mad, ready to lash out, to bark, to snap, etc.  She was gonna be the rough and tough, teeth-gritting momma bear who was gonna take a baseball bat and start swinging.   Uhhhm, I experienced the opposite from the families of true victims, as well as the victims themselves.

 

Ladies & gentlemen, from my personal experience with true victims of any form of sexual abuse, as time goes-on, a victim ends up "wanting to talk about it without teeth-gritted wrath."  Also as time goes-on, the victim "gets philosophical."  I even knew one rape victim who told me that she wanted to talk to the two guys who raped her, to ask why they did it. 

 

At the same time, they do NOT want to blab about their sexual abuse all over the airwaves.  They prefer to be discreet.  And yes, there is an embarrassment factor involved. 

 

And concerning family members of the actual abuse victims, all except one would do the following:   They would get choked up.  Then, tears would emerge.  

 

The one outraged relative of a true victim I encountered ... which had nothing to do with the Diocese of Pittsburgh ... was outraged at the way his nephew was treated by the bishop there.  That smug & heartless arrogance factor is what outraged the uncle.

 

This uncle was an athletic guy who could easily put out of commission anyone who would have physically challenged him.  Yet, he restrained himself.  He used me for venting-out his frustration.  Sometimes listening to a person can prevent a crime. 

 

I also personally know what it is to get a note from a true victim, stating, "I need to talk to someone, right now."  In as much, the mannerisms & communication technique displayed  by Diane Thompson resulted in me allegedly realizing that ... from my personal experience ... she was ALLEGEDLY a lying con artist.  

 

Then came the fact-checking and the blatant lies she told about me which were designed to make people so mad at me that they would want to literally kill me.  She has been caught lying repeatedly about the 1978 Cipolla Case.  Examples are given in clear-enough detail in other posts here.  

 

In addition, no family member of a true victim ever mocks, defames, bad-mouths, and doxes anyone out there who got caught in a whistle-blower retaliation.  It's like a fraternity.  In fact, it's like radar, where you can tell in the person's demeanor and approach that the person was caught in the cross-fire of some vicious bishop's corruption somewhere.

 

All in all, as a general rule, you don't vex your fraternity brothers.  And you sure as Hell don't dox them, either.  This is another reason it was likely that Diane Thompson was a deliberate lying con artist, even before all of the fact-checking was done which showed her whole 1978 story ... and the 1965 closed-military-base story ... was a lie ... except for three things in that story.  

 

Very simply, I WAS THE ONE CAUGHT IN A WHISTLE-BLOWER RETALIATION.  Yet, Diane Thompson pretends that she was.  So, she has to show me up.  She has to trick you into thinking that she was the holy martyred retaliation victim and that I was some type of perpetrator.  When it came to me, she violated the unwritten code of retaliation victims.

 

The reason why she was so brutal to me was because she was NOT caught in any retaliation.  She simply didn't have the needed evidence to get Judge Laffey "to issue process" in 1978 and get Cipolla in handcuffs.  

 

But of course, in my private citizen's personal opinion of a Diane Thompson made into a public figure, I always believed that she was looking for settlement money, on account of her apartment rent problem, and that she didn't know that, in the 1970s, you had to file in civil court, to get compensation.

 

So, she either didn't know that criminal court in the 1970s awarded no cash compensation or she wanted Cipolla convicted, so that she could easily win a cash award in the near future, in civil court.  

 

The problem was that it was going to take too long an amount of time for Diane Thompson to get any money.  Rent money is usually due every month.  In addition, maybe she filed a private criminal complaint on Cipolla to inspire the parish pastor or the bishop of Pittsburgh to instantly offer her money.

 

If her goal were the indictment of Cipolla, then she would have continued the effort to get him indicted, even to the point of contacting the FBI ... on account of Frank's Michigan accusations.  Or she would have contacted Harrisburg.  All indication were that she was looking for money. 

 

Plus, Diane Thompson didn't have the ability to quickly learn enough law to prosecute Cipolla herself.  She then made numerous excuses for not doing so, in claiming all of these evil things were done to her by Colville and Cipolla's bishop.  

 

If she had rent money, she would have never accused Cipolla of anything.  After all, no one up to that time ... according to the grand jury inquest and according the Pittsburgh archives ... accused Cipolla of anything ill.  Remember, in 2018, no new face came forth to accuse Cipolla of anything wrongful.  

 

There was a wide open door with a proverbial red carpet, for any sex abuse victim to easily have done so.  Therefore, being that there were no people coming forth in 2018, to accuse Cipolla of having molested them in the early & middle 1970s ... or in the early & middle 1980s ... it would generally means that Cipolla did NOT molest anyone in the early-to-mid 1970s, as well as during the early-to-mid 1980s.

 

Signs of a Dictatorship 

 

Oh, by the way, concerning the notably tall Ron Lengwin, you know that you have a dictatorship of a diocese in front of you when it has only one spokesman for consecutive decades at a time.  Lengwin did not understand the concept of sharing air time or allowing counterpoint ... or in allowing defamed people to be given the opportunity to defend themselves. 

 

For those unaware, Lengwin was ALLEGEDLY an off-stage bully who was ALLEGEDLY successful at applying intimidation tactics.

 

The Canonization Process of Fr John Hardon is Underway 

 

We need the intercession of Servant of God John Hardon.  I need you to ask for it, even in private & silent moments.  Don't sit back and be lazy.  That has been done before, and it never yielded the needed results.  

 

Remember, Our Lady said to St Catherine Laboure, in 1830, that the graces not being cast into the souls of the inhabitants of Planet Earth are not there, because no one asked for those graces to be given.  Being a happy-go-lucky simpleton is not the way of God.   You must acknowledge before the Presence of God what you want in life.

 

Of course, if you add a devotional practice to your supplication, things will get accomplished.  This includes the Rosary ... even if only one decade of it a day.  This also includes the Stations of the Cross, even if only once a week.  

 

This furthermore includes perhaps one of the following:   The Chaplet of Divine Mercy, or the Chaplet of St Theresa of the Child Jesus, or the Chaplet of St Joseph in meditating on his 7 Sorrows & Joys, as well as perhaps the meditation of the 7 Sorrows of Our Lady.  Take your pick.

 

In fact, feel free to resort to the Litany of Our Lady or the Litany of the Saints or another litany in prayer.  No prayer means no grace.  And of course, no grace means no glory.

 

Valid supplications to God ... through the saints and even angels ... also include going a day without your favorite food or beverage.  You can give up chocolate every now and then.  In fact, go do a workout and offer the burning pain in it as a mortification.  After all, every successful athlete will say:  No Pain, No Gain.  

 

Even offer as a supplication your migraine headaches, your asthma attacks, your joint pain, or any physical distress that will be upon you by default, due to injury or illness or cold weather or hot weather. 

 

You can even go study a subject frustratingly hard for you, for an hour, and then offer it upward.  In life, you are going to suffer anyway, so offer it to the Court of Heaven for a good cause. 

The Realm of Existence Beyond the Horizon 

Today, in the spiritual realm ... in the realm of prayer & fasting, as well as novenas and sacrificial penance ... Padre Pio devotees can easily ask for the intercession of noted author, Father John Hardon.

 

This is because, in 2005, Father John Hardon was placed on the first tier of the three-tier canonization process.  He is presently on the road to official sainthood.  The first phase of the canonization process endows the recognized person with the title, Servant of God. 

 

It's interesting how a staunch believer in Anthony Cipolla's innocence is now in the canonization tiers of the Catholic Church.  No Servant of God ever vouched for Diane Thompson.  No Servant of God ever defended her allegations as being true.  

 

Rather, a Servant of God ... namely John Hardon ... concluded that Diane Thompson is a vicious liar.   I experienced the viciousness and the mockery of that defamatory bully personally.  

 

You can ask John Hardon to use his intercessory power to have Cipolla fully exonerated in the Court of Public Opinion and throughout the Internet.  You can ask John to reveal in detail all of Diane Thompson's malice & deceit ...

 

... along with the malice & deceit of Tim Bendig and that of the Donald Wuerl who only defrocked Cipolla because of a diagnosis of Depression & Suicidal Tendencies, while allowing the media to deceive people into thinking that Cipolla was defrocked for sexual abuse.

 

You can also ask John Hardon to expose the supreme asininity of Randy Engel and her good good New Jersey friend who apparently knew nothing about procedural law in the United States, either involving state jurisdiction cases or federal ones.

 

You can pray that the Church will finally be free of corrupt bishops as vicious and as narcissistic as the proven con artist, Donald Wuerl

 

Wuerl played the role of puppeteer, getting the media to declare about the Cipolla Case that which was never true.  In fact, Wuerl got the media to state whatever Wuerl wanted stated about any subject, except if he disagreed with Nancy Pelosi, the uncanny stock investor wife whose investment returns far exceeded that of the S&P 500, Warren Buffet, and the DOW JONES INDICES.

  

The media, since the 1990s, has been nothing more than a row of puppets, worthless and uninspiring ... worthless & not at all intriguing.  Myna birds.  Yes Men.  Wind-up dolls.  This would also explain the intense decline in Post Gazette subscribers in two consecutive decades.  

 

This would also explain the popularity of video news commentary shows on venues such as YouTube.  To the American mind, the mainstream modern media is merely a very one-sided propaganda machine.

 

Wuerl's Retaliation against Cipolla; typical of a narcissist 

 

 

Wuerl showed how intensely vicious he is, being that he was retaliating against Cipolla for going over Wuerl's head, to the Vatican's highest court, in the 1990s.  Therefore, Wuerl, in his psychopathic narcissism, was going to make Cipolla hurt in every way imaginable. 

I Traced Officer Mark Ninehouser through the NFL

The Pittsburgh Steeler's football stadium stands very close to the world famous 
Three Rivers Confluence of Western Pennsylvania.   Yes, the investigation of the 
Anthony Cipolla Case brought us to the National Football League, being that the 
most important witness in the 1978 case became employed b y the NFL.

The Anthony Cipolla Case was the one flaunted by the Pittsburgh Post Gazette like a neon sign.  However, the first thing to remember about it is this:  

Accuser Tim Bendig ... only after he filed a lawsuit through the local masonic lawyer ... tried to get Cipolla indicted for molestation in two Western Pennsylvanian counties.  The investigators of both counties found NO CORROBORATING EVIDENCE and refrained from filing any criminal charges against Cipolla.

Plus, in 1978, it was not until Diane Thompson was told by Cipolla that the local parish does not pay the rent of signal mothers did she accuse him of molestation.  Concerning this, there was only one PROBABLE CAUSE HEARING, scheduled to determine IF there were any signs of criminal conduct which would lead to a criminal indictment.  The case was dismissed after that probable cause hearing.  Cipolla was NOT arrested or arraigned in 1978 or in 1988 or 1989 or 1990.

Let us now proceed to the original starting point of this post:

Every time Cipolla accuser, Diane Thompson, got caught lying, she changed her story.   She and her accomplice in libel,  Randy Engel,  needed to overhaul that story, especially when it comes to the signature at the bottom of a sheet of paper that Engel called the last remaining piece of evidence which was handwritten in cursive writing.  Well, cursive handwriting for police reports, was  contrary to Pittsburgh police regulations at the time.  Concerning this, that sheet of paper was NOT filled-out or signed by any police officer, especially a detective.

Mark Ninehouser is the man whom Randy Engel called "M.N. Nehouser."  She claimed that he was a detective in 1978.  He was NOT.  He was an uniformed officer.

The fact that Mark was not a detective tossed the whole Cipolla Retaliation scenario out the door, as a sophomorically contrived fraudulent misrepresentation.  This is because the 1978 Accusing Mother claimed to the media ... and later to Engel that two detectives kept in constant contact with her ... encouraging her "to hang in there and NOT drop charges," no matter how much she gets harassed."  And the names she gave was Nehouser & Fogle.

When you look at the next to last line in the July 25th, 1978 Offense/Incident Report, you see that two people were notified of Diane Thompson complaint.  One name was Broz, and in the Northside of Pittsburgh, that name is associated with a Warren Broz who was a desk sergeant for about 20 years.  Thus, the line makes it look as if the reporting police officer handed his O/I Report to the desk sergeant of the police station located relatively near the Andy Warhol Museum.

 

Well, in 1978 Warren Broz was a detective stationed at Unit 9.  He became the desk sergeant years later.  In fact, during the Cipolla Case, he was around 38 years old.   

The detectives assigned to the 1978 case were Leo Marchetti and Warren Broz.  Being that Marchetti died in 2012, Warren Broz was the only one left to testify in the 2018 Pennsylvania Grand Jury hearings pertaining to Pittsburgh's Roman Catholic diocese.  This resulted in the assumption that there was only one detective assigned to the case in 1978.  After all, there was only one suspect, so you assume there was only one detective.

Broz was the only surviving detective in the case, when grand jury time came a coming in the vicinity of 2018.  Warren Broz then died in the Year 2020, on the 13th of May.  

It was Broz who said that he believed everything that Frank Labiaux told him, because Detective Broz believed that no 12 year child would ever lie to a police officer.  Now, it's understood what was transpiring.  

With the new understanding comes a new frustration:  Why didn't Broz and Marchetti keep the case open and continue investigating?  Broz simply testified that he said to Diane Thompson in 1978 something to the effect that "If Cipolla ever does this again, I promise you, I'll bust him."  Well, it was guaranteed that Cipolla was not going to be anywhere near young Tucker ... or Frank ... ever again.

However, keep in mind that there actually was NO DEFINITIVE EVIDENCE against Cipolla in 1978.  There was that stethoscope, but Cipolla claimed that he saved medical equipment for the missionary religious order to which he was associated as a seminarian.  This is why Broz and Marchetti shouldn't have given-up so quickly.  They needed to find out if that stethoscope was part of a pattern of charity gifts to the Pontifical Institute for Foreign Missions or it is were nothng more than a way to initiate the molestation of minors.

This leaves a new question:  Who was the assistant DA in charge of assessing the 1978 case and in deciding if the DA's office should have indicted Cipolla or leave the decision up to a magistrate, in a Probable Cause Hearing?

For the record, Warren Broz became a desk sergeant later in his career, and he was involved in the Municipal Police Officers' Education & Training Commission.  

He was also involved in a Law Enforcement Peer Support Team which reached out to officers going through burn-out or mental trauma.  In fact, there is such a thing as a "first responders' Peer Support Group," for every person involved in responding to emergencies ... such as firemen & EMT's ... and not only police.  

And of course, only DA or a judge can drop criminal charges."  It looks like someone on the liars' side of the aisle was watching too many fictional CBS detective shows, in the 1970s.

And and and, that sheet of paper which Engel called the last remaining piece of evidence, in itself, was NOT the proof itself, being that it was merely the accusation of a private citizen and NOT the witness account of a police officer which gets placed on a police form.  

Mark Ninehouser expressly made it known to me ... verbally ... that he did NOT sign such a sheet of paper and that he would not have written any such report in cursive handwriting.

That retaliation story of a DA harassing Diane Thompson into dropping charges that only a DA or a judge can drop, now proven false, was the entire foundation stone of Thompson's entire  nightmarish tale.  

That tale is now proven to have been a lie from Stage 1.  I told Engel, over the phone, that the Cipolla Case was an easily provable fraud.  Engel's article which possessed numerous provable falsehoods made the  Cipolla Case even more easy to prove as a fraud.  The more they damned Cipolla, the more fallacious they were discovered to be.

For those new to law, that sheet of paper which Engel called the last remaining piece of evidence was merely the setting forth of accusations.  That thing created the BURDEN OF PROOF.  It was not proof (evidence) in itself.  

Plus, Mark Ninehouser expressly made it known that he did NOT sign such a sheet of paper and that he would never have written it in cursive handwriting.  He would have hand-printed it, instead.  Thus, we have a case of fraud, here.  Yes, that which Engle so arrogantly proclaimed as evidence was a forgery.

After he retired from the Pittsburgh police force, Mark Ninehouser became an employee in the security department of the National Football League.  For my friends in Russia, the Ukraine, and elsewhere in Europe, the NFL is the most prestigious league on earth for American Football.

Now, if Mark Ninehouser were not employed by the NFL, I would have never tracked him down.  Just thought I'd mention it, in order to give the aspiring investigative journalists out there a feel for what it's like to do true investigative journalism . . . as opposed to the farcical type done by Randy Engel, in her hair-dryer salon form of gossip.

For those new here, Mark Ninehouser was claimed to have been one of the two police officers who arrested the man formerly known as Father Anthony Cipolla.  This was claimed as true by Randy Engel and Diane Thompson-Labiaux-Mangum-Whatever.  He told me that he never did so.

In fact, Mark become instantly curious as to the mystical sheet of paper which bore his name and his correct badge number.  When I said that the sheet was signed "badge #46,"  Mark said, "That was my badge number."

 I then mentioned "badge #37," upon which Mark said that it\ was definitely the badge number of his former work partner.  The problem is that Mark Ninehouser never signed any sheet of paper titled,  Offense/Incident Report.

Now, Engel and Thompson both claimed that Ninehouser (incorrectly spelled Nehouser) was a detective in 1978.  He was not.  Therefore, no signature on any such sheet of paper had any significance to it.

FURTHERMORE, for such a paper to have gained legal weight to it, it needed to have been signed by an assistant DA, and not a detective or an uniformed police officer.  The sheet of paper was actually the 1970s version of the Private Criminal Complaint ... not the Police Complaint.

Aside of getting Mark's last name wrong, while getting his badge number correct, Randy Engel stated that he  1} was a detective,   2} told Diane Thompson to take young Tucker to a hospital,  3} was then given a medical report from a physician at the same hospital which stated that "traces" of a lubricant used to molest Tucker was still lingering on Tucker,  4} was telephoned by Diane Thompson on July 30, 1978, to go over to her home where Cipolla was standing as an intruder, clad in a cassock,  5} filled out a report called an Offense/Incidence (or Incident) Report and signed it, along with his partner, Robert Fogle.

Now, in October of 1995, the Pittsburgh Post Gazette reported that two detectives were called to the hospital bedside of a young molested boy who was molested by Anthony Cipolla.  Thus, we have yet another instance of contradictory assertions-allegations-averment between the 1995 newspaper article that damned Cipolla to the innermost recesses of infamy, while Randy Engel's 2016 article which damned the same Anthony Cipolla to the innermost recesses of Hell.

The only thing that was true about this nightmarish narration written by the less than factual Randy Engel was Mark's badge number and Robert Fogle's badge number.  For the record, today Pittsburgh Police officers have four-digit badge numbers.

All in all, Mark was NOT a detective.  He was NOT called to any hospital to attend to a Tucker Thompson who was reported as having been molested. Mark was NOT given any medical report by any physician pertaining to the young Tucker Thompson.  

Nor did he suggest to Diane Thompson that the young Tucker needed to go to a hospital.  In addition, Mark Ninehouser was NOT telephoned by Diane Thompson on July 30, 1978, and he did NOT go over to Thompson's residence to respond to an Anthony Cipolla intrusion.

In fact, Mark was NOT in the DA's office with Diane Thompson, bearing a look of disappointment at her signing papers with tears in her eyes, and and and Mark was NOT called to respond to Tucker being slapped in the face by any 70 year merchant or any younger aged merchant ... or anyone at all.

And and and, Officer Mark Ninehouse was NOT called to respond to any claim that Diane Thompson's residence was vandalized by a stone being thrown through a window.  Furthermore, there was NO CALL for Mark to respond to any report of any tire belonging to any car of Diane Thompson being slashed.

In addition, there was NO MAN IN THE HOUSE during July of 1978.  This is pertinent, being that Randy Engel made it sound as if there were a dad there throughout the entire time, psychologically impaired.   NO.  Thompson .... at that time .... in July of 1978 ... was the stereotypical single mom.  She and Engel lied yet again.

All in all, Officer Mark Ninehouser only took a statement from Thompson and then printed-out a report on her averments, followed by him giving the report to the actual detectives..  If there were a man of the house living in the Thompson residence in June and July of 1978, then he was the Invisible Man.

That ENTIRE story which damned Anthony Cipolla to the depths of Hell was FALSE, except for the mention of the badge numbers of Officers Ninehouser and Fogle.

Moreover, there was a photo placed online purported to have been the only piece of evidence remaining in the 1978 Cipolla case.  It was a photo of part .... and only part ... of the Offense/Incident Report which Engel claimed was filled-out by either Mark Ninehouser and Robert Fogle and then signed by both officers whom she identified as detectives.

Well, the description of the crime committed on that sheet of paper was handwritten in cursive handwriting, meaning that NO POLICE OFFICER in Heaven, Earth, Purgatory, or Hell filled the sheet of paper out.  This is because Pittsburgh police officers were forbidden to fill-out their reports in cursive handwriting. They were required to hand-print their reports.  In as much, were those signatures anything other than forgeries?

Keep in mind that Mark was surprised to hear that his name and badge number was on that particular sheet of paper.

NOW . . . after having received the information that I received from the in-good-standing though retired police officer, Mark Ninehouser, the Cipolla Case became a matter of CASE CLOSED.

Other evidentiary findings during this particular time were uncovered also, confirming that Diane Thompson and even her son, Frank Labiaux, are liars.  For example, it was found that a 12 year old Frank Labiaux did NOT vandalize a nearby church by means of a fire extinguished in 1977, as an act of retaliation for having been molested.  This is because the vandalism of the nearby AME Church  was done by a 14 and a 15 year old TWICE, in November of 1978.

The first time involved the fire extinguisher vandalism and the second time  (Nov 17, 1978) involved the two vandals slitting tires in the AME parking lot, while the congregants were attending a "tent revival" type of service.

Plus, Diane Thompson changed her story about the place where Frank was "allegedly" molested.  She originally told the 1990s press .... and me in 2014 ... that Frank was molested by Cipolla on the property of the PIME seminary, in Michigan.   I then found a witness who went to the PIME seminary with Cipolla and even Tim Bendig.

The witness said that no sexual harassment or molestation of any kind occurred.  Therefore, Thompson changed her story, by saying that it happened in a motel, while Cipolla, Frank, and other lads where in Michigan, to see the Henry Ford Museum.

In continuing with Diane Thompson's unbroken pattern of pathological lies, she boldly stated that she drove to Pittsburgh at her own financial expense and gave a deposition for the Bendig lawsuit.  I then announced to the reading public that the entire package of depositions in the Bendig lawsuit were found and sent to Europe at a relatively hefty price.  I then mentioned that THERE WAS NO NO NO DIANE THOMPSON DEPOSITION in the package.

So, what did the same Diane Thompson do, in response to having been caught lying yet again?  ANS:  She claimed that the deposition was only video taped.  To her asininity, there still would have been the legal requirement, under the Rules of Discover, to submit a copy of the video-taped deposition to the defense team headed by my former neighbor, John Alan Conte.  Incidentally, John said that Diane Thompson was "an adroit liar."

Once again, deep appreciation from Anthony Cipolla's brother Vince, certain close friends of the late Anthony Cipolla, and from me goes to honorably retired police officer, Mark Ninehouser for the information that he amicably volunteered and provided to us all.  It was a tremendous relief.  It was liberating.

This is a multiple topic post.  It also covers Cipolla's transfers to parishes in his early years ... during the mid-1970s, when American culture was much different than today.

This post furthermore covers the comment made by the New Jersey Conspiracy Theory sidekick of Randy Engel, in her stating that Diane Thompson choose not to sue the Diocese of Pittsburgh in 1978, as if Thompson were a noble and self-giving person.

The reason why that comment is an extreme insult to me is addressed.  It has to do with my mother dying when I was young.  A hospital blood transfusion killed her, but only after a long and painful illness.  Lots of pain.  Lots of pain.

We family members, in our graciousness, decided not to sue the hospital under the logic, "Well, it won't bring back mom.  So, what's the point?"

In as much, it is deeply offensive to see the vicious, insulting, and lying Diane Thompson being counted among the self-giving and me ... the guy who sues everybody, according to Thompson.

Uhhhhhm,  I have not filed a personal lawsuit since the Year 2000.  That amounts to TWENTY-SIX years ago.  So, Thompson once again lied about me.

Randy Engel's great downfall is that she is not a team-player.  She is merely out for herself.  She's the overly domineering hag who wants to run the show and be the queen.  It's her way or the highway.

Well, she'll be dethroned in due time.  But for now, she shows no signs of remorse for inflicting the added amount of stress that was imposed upon heart patient, Anthony Cipolla ... an amount of stress that did kill him, in 2018.  And of course, it was during Engel's doing of the three-part article when Cipolla ever so coincidentally died of a heart attack.

Engel and her New Jersey Conspiracy Theory friend couldn't let Cipolla rest with his diabetes, bypass surgery heart condition, and his neuropathy (intense back pain included).  Naaaaaah.  Not them.

Engel couldn't let Anthony get a drop of emotional rest.  Then, after Cipolla died, Engel just couldn't spare pain from being inflicted upon the same Anthony Cipolla's own family members.  She had to write the most damning article anyone could have written about Cipolla.  But, she included a narration of Pennsylvania criminal procedure which did NOT exist, instantly showing what a farce that article was and is.

None then less, mighty Randy Engel had to reek further havoc on the

Cipolla family reputation.  Now, I had the Cipolla situation completely monitored, to see if he were a molester or not.  I then discovered that there was no need for monitoring.  In as much, to think that I was the one who spoke the most with Cipolla during the last three years of his life was an erroneous thought.

He had ample telephone contact with others, being that he still had a

following.  None the less, the most common thing Cipolla said to me

through the years was  "I have another call coming.  I have to take 

this call."

Furthermore, Diane Thompson made it sound as if I had no sources

of information and that I only wrote what Cipolla told me to write.

Oh no.  Nobody tells me what to write.

In as much, in order to be a great leader, you have to first prove that

you faithfully take orders and follow them.  None the less, when it

came to the Cipolla Case, I wrote as I saw fit.

Mike Volpe of Chicago autonomously wrote what he willed about

the case, and others spoke about the case from their free will.  No

one was anyone's puppet.

In fact, as I previously stated, not only was I NOT Cipolla's puppet,

Cipolla and I had mini-World-War-III over the telephone more than

once.  After all, Donald Wuerl brings out the worst in everybody.

He surely brought out the worst in me.  None the less, I was NOT

Cipolla's yesman and he surely was not mine.

I wrote only that which could be backed-up with evidentiary support

and corroborative witness accounts, as well as an occasional expert

witness conveyance.  After all, I kept telling the public to test my

writings for cracks.  So, go ahead and test my posts about Cipolla,

Ference, the Seminary Whistleblower, and Torquato's accuser for

cracks, along with my writings on Wolk, Zula, Pucci, Hoehl, Huff,

etc for cracks and contradictions.

Of course, I originally opened the lines of communication with

Anthony Cipolla, because I was asked to meet with him.  I then

kept the lines open with him, waiting for him to confess that he

molested Diane Thompson's two sons.  Then the evidence came

in, and everything alleged about Cipolla turned out to be a sick

joke.

When the truth was finally found, I ended up saying, "You idiots!

Why didn't anyone show me this stuff sooner?"

While we are at it . . .

Let's address Engel's insinuation that Cipolla had to have been a

serial molester, being that he received more parish assignments

than is regarded as normal by today's standards.

1}  As was observed in the history of the Diocese of Pittsburgh,

     when a priest commits sexual abuse, what is done with him???

   

     ANS:  He is first moved OUT OF STATE.  Hoehl to Toronto.

    Wolk, Zula, and Pucci to Maryland.    Edward Huff to St. Louis.

     Esposito to Arkansas.  Torquato to Rome, "to finish his educa-

     tion."  Etc.

     Now, was Cipolla sent out of state in the 1970s?  ANS:  NO.

     In as much, the story of Diane Thompson being told by then

     Bishop Vincent Leonard that Cipolla was diagnosed with a

     severe form of sexual pathology was nothing more than the

     story of a repeatedly proven liar.  She fabricated the story.

     She lied.  I saw the psychiatric paperwork.  It has my finger-

     prints on it.  Mike Volpe saw the digital version of Cipolla's

     psychiatric assessment.  No sexual perversity mentioned.

     Only Depression and Suicidal Tendencies.

2} Cipolla's last two assignments were five years each.  That is a

     lot of time to be posted anywhere as a diocesan priest.  More-

     over, the early 1970s were the Vietnam Years, followed by

     the Peace, Love, Brotherhood, and College Campus LSD

     days.  They were the "I have to find myself" days, as well

     as the Kwai Chang Caine (of Kung Fu fame) days, where

     people have the idea of searching for the truth, mingled

     with the onset of college campus hedonism.  Now, Cipolla

     was trained at a missionary seminary which had the mission-

      ary mindset . . . the traveling mindset.

     Plus, plus, plus, during the 1970s, Pittsburgh was one of the

     most prosperious cities on Earth.  There was not yet the priest

     shortage that accompanied the Donald Wuerl years.  A priest

     was NOT bound to a parish out of logistical desperation on

     the part of the bishop who couldn't attract enough seminari-

     ans.  Cipolla's goal was a Padre Pio Franciscan-type Mission.

     And he WAS extremely popular during his Padre Pio days.

     All in all, Cipolla was never shipped out of state during the

     1970s.  That was the tell-sign ... tale-sign.

Then came the theatrics which made Thompson and her family

look like a monastery of saintly heroes.  The "second dad" was

said to have gone through an accident and explosion at a mili-

tary base that did NOT exist as one since 1946.  None the less,

the easy sign of a liar and double sensationalism, such as an

accident and explosion.

Thompson's fatal is that fairy tale consisted in her omitting the

#1 symptom that all guys get when in an explosion.  That of

ringing in the ears.  My dad, of course, was a decorated Air

Force combat veteran who even saw and heard the right wing

airship blow into a ball of fire while the bomb group was over

its target.  Dad suffered from chronic ringing in the ears.  So,

the description of that accident and explosion that was said to

have occurred at a base no longer in operation was sophomor-

ic.

The Engel article made the Thompson clan sound like a clan of

saints.  Way over the top.  Then, the woman who provoked En-

gel into writing the article had the audacity to state that Thomp-

son heroically refrained from suing the diocese.  Well, the tale

of Diane Thompson was go bogus at face value that no lawyer

would waste his/her time with it.  I've explained the fallacies

set forth as face, especially in the description of criminal pro-

cedure narrated by Thompson through Engel and the Pitts-

burgh Post Gazette of years past.

Proof that Thompson elected to not sue the diocese out of the

goodness of her heart is that Thompson publicly sought to get

a law firm to sue me.  Of course, her story is such a farce that

no law firm would waste their time with her.  The New Jersey

Conspiracy Theory Housewife was more than willing to lie,

and she was more than willing to believe a story of criminal

procedure that didn't come close to having ever existed.  An

SNL skit couldn't be more ridiculous then the narration found

in the Engel three-part article.

The Cipolla Case: Wuerl's Smokescreen

The Cipolla Case was Wuerl's Smokescreen 

 

Wuerl was using the Misrepresented Version of the Cipolla Case as a smokescreen to keep John C Pettit and other DA's away from the Diocese of Pittsburgh, so that no one would ever file for another search warrant against Donald Wuerl, ever again.  

 

The Pittsburgh Post-Gazette's incessant use of the bumper sticker slogan, "bishop of zero tolerance," was used to brainwash the Pennsylvanian mind so intensely that Pennsylvania's district attorneys would have no reason to petition a court for a search warrant against Wuerl's diocese.  The trick was to make Wuerl look so holy that no DA would have any justification for investigating Wuerl's diocese in any capacity.  

 

Ironically enough, the 2018 Pennsylvania Grand Jury Inquest was convened, where Pittsburgh diocesan archives were opened like County fair grounds during fair time.  As a result, Wuerl was discovered to have been the lying cover-up artist he has always been.  

 

Also as a result, it was verified that Fr. Anthony Cipolla had ZERO ACCUSATIONS of sexual abuse leveled against him in his first six years of ministry.  After all, SIX Pennsylvanian diocesan archives were swung wide-open for grand jury review.  

 

If Cipolla had been accused of molestation in the first six years of his ministry, then the news of it would have rocketed throughout Planet Earth in 2018, through Wuerl's & the Pittsburgh Post Gazette's propaganda machines.   

 

Thus, Randy Engel & Ron Lengwin owe Cipolla a huge apology and they need to make this apology at CIPOLLA'S GRAVE.  They then need to go to a Padre Pio Prayer Group reception and apologize to the people there.  This is because defaming Anthony Cipolla also defamed them ... and Padre Pio, too.  Claiming Cipolla to be a demonic molester was to claim that the Padre Pio Prayer Group People were too stupid to identify evil.

 

As a reminder, Frank Labiaux WAS CAUGHT LYING.  I already explained this in a previous post.  Also keep in mind that he NEVER offered to let me cross-examine him in front of a camera, for the Court of Public Opinion, concerning his damning accusations against Cipolla.  This means that he is hiding something.  

 

A person telling the truth would have been outraged at me, demanding to speak on record and in front of a camera, even bringing pieces of evidence with him.  This did NOT happen with Frank Labiaux.  All that I ever got from the Thompson Clan was a THREAT over the telephone, in 2018. 

 

The True Victims ... in my experiences ... all wanted to talk

 

Now, there was a 2018 video showing Diane Thompson ... about her claims against Cipolla.  She looked mad, ready to lash out, to bark, to snap, etc.  She was gonna be the rough and tough, teeth-gritting momma bear who was gonna take a baseball bat and start swinging.   Uhhhm, I experienced the opposite from the families of true victims, as well as the victims themselves.

 

Ladies & gentlemen, from my personal experience with true victims of any form of sexual abuse, as time goes-on, a victim ends up "wanting to talk about it without teeth-gritted wrath."  Also as time goes-on, the victim "gets philosophical."  I even knew one rape victim who told me that she wanted to talk to the two guys who raped her, to ask why they did it. 

 

And concerning family members, all except one would do the following:   They would get choked up.  Then, tears would emerge.  

 

The one outraged relative of a true victim I encountered ... which had nothing to do with the Diocese of Pittsburgh ... was outraged at the way his nephew was treated by the bishop there.  That smug & heartless arrogance factor is what outraged the uncle.

 

This uncle was an athletic guy who could easily put out of commission anyone who would have physically challenged him.  Yet, he restrained himself.  He used me for venting-out his frustration.  Sometimes listening to a person can prevent a crime. 

 

I also personally know what it is to get a note from a true victim, stating, "I need to talk to someone, right now."  In as much, the mannerisms & communication technique displayed by Diane Thompson resulted in me suspecting that ... from my personal experience ... she was ALLEGEDLY a lying con artist.  

 

Then came the fact-checking and the blatant lies she told about me which were designed to make people so mad at me that they would want to literally kill me.  She has been caught lying repeatedly about the 1978 Cipolla Case.  Examples are given in clear-enough detail in other posts here.  

 

In addition, no family member of a true victim ever mocks, defames, bad-mouths, and doxes anyone caught in a whistle-blower retaliation.  It's like a fraternity.  In fact, it's like radar, where you can tell in the person's demeanor and approach that the person was caught in the cross-fire of some vicious bishop's corruption somewhere.

 

All in all, you don't vex your fraternity brothers.  And you sure as Hell don't dox them, either.  This is another reason it was easy to detect that Diane Thompson was a deliberate lying con artist, even before all of the fact-checking was done which showed her whole 1978 story ... and the 1965 closed-military-base story ... to have been a lie ... except for three things in that story.  

 

Very simply, I WAS THE ONE CAUGHT IN A WHISTLE-BLOWER RETALIATION.  Yet, Diane Thompson pretends that she was.  So, she has to show me up.  She has to trick you into thinking that she was the holy martyred retaliation victim and that I was some type of perpetrator.  When it came to me, she violated the unwritten code of retaliation victims.  This would mean that she was no retaliation victim.

 

The reason why she was so brutal to me was because she was NOT caught in any retaliation.  She simply didn't have the needed evidence to get Judge Laffey "to issue process" in 1978 and get Cipolla in handcuffs.  

 

But of course, in my private citizen's personal opinion of a citizen made into a public figure, I always believed that Diane Thompson was looking for settlement money, on account of her apartment rent problem, and that she didn't know that, in the 1970s, you had to file in civil court, to get financial compensation.

 

So, she either didn't know that criminal court in the 1970s awarded no cash to any victim ... or else she wanted Cipolla convicted, so that she could easily win a cash award in civil court.  

 

The problem was that it was going to take too long an amount of time to get any money.  Rent money is usually due every month.  In addition, maybe she filed a private criminal complaint on Cipolla, to inspire the parish pastor ... or else the bishop of Pittsburgh ... to instantly offer her money.  

 

Whatever was the situation, Diane Thompson proved herself to be a very vicious human being who had no regard for human life.  After all, she had someone dox me, and that is the act of posting a map to the residence of a person whom the doxer wants dead.  She also showed zero respect for Cipolla's family members, when she was causing him untold emotional trauma which became fatal with his heart condition.  

 

And then, even after Cipolla's death, Diane Thompson defamed him, falsely claiming that people in Ohio, in multitudes were accusing him of molestation, filing lawsuits.  Interestingly, against whom would the make-believe lawsuits have been filed, being that Cipolla was financially impoverished, and being that he was NOT employed by anyone?  Thus, we have another lie in a long list of Diane Thompson lies.

 

If Diane Thompson's goal was the indictment of Cipolla, then she would have continued the effort to get him indicted, even to the point of contacting the FBI ... on account of Frank's Michigan accusations.  Or else, she would have contacted Harrisburg and she would have reported Colville for corruption.  All indications were that she was only looking for money. 

 

Plus, Diane Thompson didn't have the ability to quickly learn enough law to prosecute Cipolla herself.  She then made numerous excuses for not doing so, in claiming that evil things were done to her by Colville and Cipolla's bishop.  

 

If she had rent money, she would have never accused Cipolla of anything.  After all, no one up to that time ... according to the grand jury inquest and according a Pittsburgh diocesan archive search ... accused Cipolla of anything ill.  

 

Remember, in 2018 ... during grand jury inquest deliberations ... no new face came forth to accuse Cipolla of anything wrongful.  There was a wide open door with a proverbial red carpet, to easily have done so.

 

And then came Diane Thompson's September 1978 egress, as she claims to have gotten out of Dodge, in fear of the senior citizen assassins of the Padre Pio Prayer Group and other Church Lady Ninja assassins who were all gonna get Tucker and kill him to death.   Otherwise known as:

So, who was gonna harm Diane Thompson, if she didn't leave town immediately, in September of 1978?  Would it have been, by any chance, her landlord, for overdue rent?

 

Or do you believe that Diane Thompson was fleeing the wrath of the Padre Pio Prayer Group People who were often retired folk with medical conditions which prevented them from being ninja assassins?  Well, if you do believe that the Padre Pio People were gonna team up on Diane Thompson on the Northside of Pittsburgh, then here is your belated newsflash:  

 

In 1978, Anthony Cipolla was NOT the chaplain of the Western Pennsylvania Padre Pio Prayer Group.  Fr. John D O'Connor was, and I did meet him.  To be honest with you, he acted like Droopy Dog and he literally sounded like Droopy Dog.  He was no vengeful attack dog.

 

Moreover, the monthly Padre Pio Prayer Group mass was NOT conducted in Pittsburgh.  It was conducted at St John the Baptist Church, in Baden, Pennsylvania, about 21 miles away.  Years later, it would be conducted in Beaver Falls.

 

Moreover, Anthony Cipolla was transferred out of St. Francix Xavier Parish, ASAP, in 1978.  So, he and his people were not going to be around there, to harass or revenge or assassinate Diane Thompson.  So, what was her fear other than her landlord?  

 

Diane Thompson's claim that an aged Italian shopkeeper slapped Tucker in the face, for reporting Cipolla in 1978, when Diane Thompson was the one who reported Cipolla, instead.

 

Here we go again:  The violent Italian stereotype.  Randy Engel piling on. 

 

Randy Engel stated in her defamatory 2016 article that young Tucker Thompson was in a nearby store operated by an elderly Italian gentleman, and then ... all of a sudden ... the elderly Italian gentleman slapped Tucker in the face "for telling on Anthony Cipolla."  Well, it's belated newsflash time, once again:

 

To start, do you know who the LAROCCA CRIME FAMILY was?  Well, their territory included the Northside of Pittsburgh, in 1978.  

 

In as much, did you know that the Mafia ... the Commission ... La Cosa Nostra ... deliberately kept crime down in their territories of operation, so as to not draw the police's attention to their Mafia Turf?

 

One law of the LaRocca Family which was imposed upon non-mafia members in the community ... in the Northside of Pittsburgh ... was that you did NOT strike a child or beat your wife.  Yes, the Mafia did enforce a semi-moral code, in vigilante justice.  

 

In the Northside of Pittsburgh in 1978, there was no way in Hell that an Italian male was going to strike a child on LaRocca turf.  Welcome to reality, 1978 Style:

 

 

Moreover, there was no way in Hell that a group of friends of Cipolla would have gotten away with smashing all of Diane Thompson's windows and slitting all of her tires, as she once claimed.  It turned out to have been another Diane Thompson lie, of course.  

 

But, Randy Engel toned it down and claimed that only one window was smashed in hostility.  Not on LaRocca Turf.  No one would have dared.  

 

Did you ever wonder why those vandals of the African Methodist Church parking lot where apprehended promptly?  It was expeditiously done.  So think!

 

For the record, Frank Labiaux LIED when he claimed that he vandalized that Methodist church.  Period.  Of course, he said that he vandalized it out of frustration for having been molested.  But of course, he NEVER offered to have me cross-examine his accusations against Cipolla, to see if there are notable contradictions ... contraindications.

 

The real vandals of that Methodist church were arrested promptly and none of the two was Labiaux.  Plus, the timeline that Labiaux and Diane Thompson gave was way way off the reality.  This is already covered in a previous post here. 

 

Signs of a Dictatorship 

 

Oh, by the way, concerning the notably tall Ron Lengwin, you know that you have a dictatorship of a diocese in front of you when it has only one spokesman for consecutive decades at a time.  Lengwin did not understand the concept of sharing air time or allowing counterpoint ... or in allowing defamed people to be given the opportunity to defend themselves. 

 

For those unaware, Lengwin was ALLEGEDLY an off-stage bully who was ALLEGEDLY successful at applying intimidation tactics.

We need the intercession of Servant of God John Hardon.  I need you to ask for it, even in private & silent moments.  Don't sit back and be lazy.  That has been done before, and it never yielded the needed results.  

 

Remember, Our Lady said to St Catherine Laboure, in 1830, that the graces not being cast into the souls of the inhabitants of Planet Earth are not there, because no one asked for those graces to be given.  Being a happy-go-lucky simpleton is not the way of God.   You must acknowledge before the Presence of God what you want in life.

 

Of course, if you add a devotional practice to your supplication, things will get accomplished.  This includes the Rosary ... even if only one decade of it a day.  This also includes the Stations of the Cross, even if only once a week.  

 

This furthermore includes perhaps one of the following:   The Chaplet of Divine Mercy, or the Chaplet of St Theresa of the Child Jesus, or the Chaplet of St Joseph in meditating on his 7 Sorrows & 7 Joys, as well as perhaps the meditation of the 7 Sorrows of Our Lady.  Take your pick.

 

In fact, feel free to resort to the Litany of Our Lady or the Litany of the Saints or another litany in prayer.  No prayer means no grace.  And of course, no grace means no glory.

 

Valid supplications to God ... through the saints and even angels ... also include going a day without your favorite food or beverage.  You can give up chocolate every now and then.  In fact, go do a workout and offer the burning pain in it as a mortification.  After all, every successful athlete will say:  No Pain, No Gain.  

 

Even offer as a supplication your migraine headaches, your asthma attacks, your joint pain, or any physical distress that will be upon you by default, due to injury or illness or cold weather or hot weather. 

 

You can even go study a subject that is frustratingly hard for you, for an hour, and then offer it upward.  In life, you are going to suffer anyway, so offer it to the Court of Heaven for a good cause. 

The Realm of Existence Beyond the Horizon 

Today, in the spiritual realm ... in the realm of prayer & fasting, as well as novenas and sacrificial penance ... Padre Pio devotees can easily ask for the intercession of noted author, Father John Hardon.

 

This is because, in 2005, Father John Hardon was placed on the first tier of the three-tier canonization process.  He is presently on the road to official sainthood.  The first phase of the canonization process endows the recognized person with the title, Servant of God. 

 

It's interesting how a staunch believer in Anthony Cipolla's innocence is now in the canonization tiers of the Catholic Church.  No Servant of God ever vouched for Diane Thompson.  No Servant of God ever defended her allegations as being true.  

 

Rather, a Servant of God ... namely John Hardon ... concluded that Diane Thompson is a vicious liar.   I experienced the viciousness and the mockery of that defamatory bully personally.  

 

You can ask John Hardon to use his intercessory power to have Cipolla fully exonerated in the Court of Public Opinion and throughout the Internet.  You can ask John to reveal in detail all of Diane Thompson's malice & deceit ...

 

... along with the malice & deceit of Tim Bendig and that of the Donald Wuerl who only defrocked Cipolla because of a diagnosis of Depression & Suicidal Tendencies, while allowing the media to deceive people into thinking that Cipolla was defrocked for sexual abuse.

 

You can also ask John Hardon to expose the supreme asininity of Randy Engel and her good good New Jersey friend who apparently knew nothing about procedural law in the United States, either involving state jurisdiction cases or federal ones.

 

You can pray that the Church will finally be free of corrupt bishops as vicious and as narcissistic as the proven con artist, Donald Wuerl

 

Wuerl played the role of puppeteer, getting the media to declare about the Cipolla Case that which was never true.  In fact, Wuerl got the media to state whatever Wuerl wanted stated about any subject, except when he would disagree with Nancy Pelosi, the uncanny stock investor wife whose investment returns far exceeded that of the S&P 500, Warren Buffet, and the DOW JONES INDICES.

  

The media, since the 1990s, has been nothing more than a row of puppets, worthless and uninspiring ... worthless & not at all intriguing.  Myna birds.  Yes Men.  Wind-up dolls.  This would also explain the intense decline in Post Gazette subscribers in two consecutive decades.  

 

This would also explain the popularity of video news commentary shows on venues such as YouTube.  To the American mind, the mainstream modern media is merely a very one-sided propaganda machine.

Wuerl showed how intensely vicious he is, being that he was retaliating against Cipolla for going over Wuerl's head, to the Vatican's highest court, in the 1990s.  Therefore, Wuerl, in his psychopathic narcissism, was going to make Cipolla hurt in every way imaginable.

I was the one who wanted to be granted the apostolate dedicated to countering the 1990s Sweatshop, Slave Labor profiteering which continued into the 21st Century.    

After all, Pittsburgh is the quintessential working man's town, with a history-changing labor history.  So, Pittsburgh was the ideal place to start an apostolate dedicated to rescuing the severely underpaid workers whose products were being used regularly in America, by millions of Americans, and which was causing a massive Trade Balance Deficit.  

But of course, Donald Wuerl completely ignored me, until I became the advocate of the Whistle Blower of one of Wuerl's priests.  That priest used to be Wuerl's personal secretary.  

None the less, in ignoring my apostolate request, Wuerl ignored the suffering of slave-waged workers throughout the world who were making Americans their products.  In as much, many a shirt had a tag saying, "Made in China."  It should have said, "Made by Chinese Sweatshop Slaves."  Meanwhile, Wuerl remained silent, indifferent, and uncaring for years.
