Yes, I Spoke with Mark Ninehouser and he said that he never arrested Cipolla and never filled-out any police report in cursive handwriting.

However, he did say that his badge number was 46, as Randy Engel
claimed, and that his partner's badge number was 37.  However, he
was NOT a detective, as the same Randy Engel claimed.  Therefore,
Engel got everything wrong except for the two badge numbers, in
her nightmarish narration of an arrest which has now been 100%
proven to never have existed.

Quick March 2017 note:  More information of the Edward Huff case is
forthcoming.  The Huff Coverup, alone, proved former Pittsburgh Post
Gazette writer, Ann Rodgers (formerly Ann Rodgers-Melnick), to have
been nothing but Wuerl's propagandist.   That was an abuse of the press.

It is now Liberation Day for all of those who believed in the good character
of the man formerly known as Father Anthony Cipolla.  In late February of
2017, I finally made contact with ... and conversed at will with ... one of the
two police officers who responded to Diane Thompson's phone call to the po-
lice, in 1978.  Randy Engel stated that they arrested Cipolla.  In fact, Engel
stated that they were detectives.  No, there weren't.  None the less, one of
the two police officers who Engel claimed to have arrested Anthony Cipol-
la categorically stated that he did NOT do so.  Engel is now dangling at
the edge of a business-destroying lawsuit which has a statute of limitations
a lot longer than the average American attention span.

Randy Engel's didn't merely accuse Anthony Cipolla of molestation.  She
accused him of harassment and terrorism, all the while stating that the Bish-
op of Pittsburgh at the time and the Allegheny County DA at the time were
accomplices to such criminal conduct.

It has now been proven to be a lie that a young Frank Labiaux ... eldest son
of a Diane Thompson whose timeline identifies her as a teenage pregnancy
queen .... vandalized a church out of sheer frustration for having been mo-
lested.  Being that this Frank Labiaux is a proven liar, one can plausibly
conclude that he also lied about being molested.

Whatever be the case, Frank Labiaux made his debut instantly destroying his
credibility.  This will especially be the case in the eyes of an entire jury who is
given the time to assess a case that now qualifies as actionable libel.  Then comes
the Eggshell Skull Rule, where Anthony Cipolla was forced to endure the stress
heaped upon him by libel and defamation.

As I stated perhaps twenty times previously ... and which never sunk into Randy
Engel's mind, Donald Wuerl used the Cipolla Case to finally get out of the spot-
light placed on him by Washington County DA John C Pettit.  This case also
made the Edward Huff indictment largely unknown by the Pittsburgh people,
even though it did make the mainstream media newspaper, at the time.

For those unaware, Diane Thompson and Randy Engel made elaborate and
damning accusations against Anthony Cipolla, former DA Bob Colville, and
the late Bishop Vincent Leonard, concerning the assertion that Cipolla mo-
lested her son, Tucker, in 1978.  The added assertion, never prefixed with
the lawsuit-prevention word, ALLEGED, was that massive and violent re-
taliation occurred after Thompson "filed charges."  No civilian has the
power to "file charges."

You see, Engel asserted that an M.N. Nehouser, Badge #46, and an R. Fogle,
Badge #37 arrested Cipolla for molestation, filled out an Incidence Report,
and hung by Diane Thompson's side, telling her to not "drop charges, de-
spite all of the harassment she was going to get.   The narration all turned
out to be a fraudulent misrepresentation, except for the officer's badge
numbers.

In fact, in 1995, Thompson narrated a harrowing tale to a Pittsburgh Post
Gazette writer on how disappointed the two detectives looked when she
"dropped charges," with tears in her eyes, in the DA's office, signing a
paper that she couldn't read, due to the tears in the eyes.  That story
... and the story of her youngest son vandalizing a church out of the
frustration of having been molested ... have all now been proven to
be libel.  Provable lies.  Orchestrated falsehoods conjured by one of
the my incompetent liars you can encounter.

Let us proceed:

Mark Ninehouser was one of the two police officers who responded to Di-
ane Thompson's call in 1978, concerning her claim that her son, Tucker,
was molested by the man formerly known as Anthony Cipolla.

In her three-part article, Randy Engel referred to him as M.N. Nehouser.
None the less, he remembers the case and said the following:

      All that he did was take a report from Thompson, and then filled
      out a form by means of hand-printing it, and NOT handwriting it
      with cursive hand writing.  He said that he simply handed the re-
      port to the detectives, and that was it.  Nothing more was done
      by him.  Thus:::::

      1} He did NOT arrest Cipolla.  2} He was not called back to Diane
      Thompson's home, to respond to a call that she made, reporting that
      Cipolla was at her kitchen door.  3}  Plus, Mark was not called to
       the scene of any face-slapping of nine year old Tucker by a 70 year
       old man, and therefore, that account also turned-out to be a lie told
       by Diane Thompson. 4} Mark was also NOT called to respond to
       Diane Thompson's home, on account of any rock throwing incident
       which broke one of her windows,

All in all:

That which happened was NOT the way described by Randy Engel or by
the media in their 1990s reports about Cipolla.

Let's Review:   Concerning police officer, Mark Ninehouser, who respond
to Diane Thompson's original phone call to the police:

1}  He categorically stated that he NEVER put any Catholic priest in hand
cuffs in 1978, including Anthony Cipolla.  Neither he nor his partner Robert
W. Fogle arrested Cipolla.

1b}  Ninehouser was NOT a detective.  He said that he took the report of
Diane Thompson's accusations and handed it to the detectives.

1c}  At this point, the following must absolutely be remembered:

Randy Engel wrote that Diane Thompson started getting harassed by Cipolla
on July 30, 1978, upon which she called Ninehouser (misspelled as Nehouser
by Engel) and Officer Fogle.  Former Officer Ninehouser categorically stated
to me that, after he handed his hand-printed report to the detectives, he walked
away from the Diane Thompson case.  Thus, she did NOT call him, saying that
Cipolla was in the house.  He did NOT say to her, "Diane, they are going to try
to harass you into dropping charges.  So, be strong and stand your ground." Etc.

And and and he most certainly did NOT go to her home after "she was forced to
drop charges" and give her a copy of the Incidence Report which apparently was
a counterfeited one filled out by a non-police officer under the guise that it was
done by a police officer.  He did not walk up to her and say, "You're going to
need this one day."

The whole account about the detectives was a complete fraudulent misrepresen-
tation, and the detectives mentioned by Engel weren't even detectives.

2}  Keep in mind that I stated that the Incidence Report mentioned by Randy
Engel, part of which was photographed and put online, looked like a forgery.
For those unaware, the online photo which was purported to be the Incidence
Report of 1978 was handwritten with crowded handwriting and the letter "l"
always being looped widely.   The reason why that photograph was the photo
of a forgery ... of a fraud ... is very simple:

         Honorably retired Mark Ninehouser said that he and his fellow
         police officers were required to print (hand-print) all police re-
         ports.  No cursive handwriting was permitted.  The fact that the
         photo purported to be the actual Incidence Report of 1978 is
         handwritten with cursive writing, and not hand-printed, proves
         that the sheet of paper called "the one remaining piece of evi-
         dence" by Randy Engel is a very counterfeited fraud.  No po-
         lice officer of the 1970s would have filled-out the report in
         that fashion.

3}  Randy Engel stated that Cipolla was arraigned "at City Court" in a
      Pittsburgh Police Station.  This is a complete lie, because no arraign-
      ment ever took place in a police station.  ALL arraignments took
      place in one of two places:

              1} At the Public Safety Building which was located at First and
                   Grant Street, at one time.

               or

               2} At City NIGHT COURT.

Cipolla was never arraigned, because he was NEVER arrested.  He was
accused in a private criminal complaint and served with a SUMMARY
NOTICE only signed by Diane Thompson.  She was to appear in city
court ... at the Public Safety Building ... and state due cause as to why
Cipolla should be arrested.  It was a hearing equal to a preliminary
hearing, but without the accuser having been first arrested.  It was
a hearing that would judge if Cipolla were to be arrested or not.

4}  There is NOT any mistaken identity of police officers in this case,
being that Mark Ninehouser remembers the case in outline form, and
being that Randy Engel did get his badge number and Robert Fogle's
number completely correct.  Mark's badge number actually was 46,
and Robert's actually was 37, as Engel stated.  BUT, they were NOT
detectives.

In addition, there was ... at the time ... a #9 Police Station in the Northside,
located on Federal Street.  So, that part was gotten correct by Engel.  But,
there were NEVER arraignments taking place at any police station.

In addition, Engel stated that the incidence report was signed M.N.
Nehouser.  So, I asked Mark what the N stood for.  He said that he
did NOT have a middle name.

Once again, for those who are incredibly prejudiced against Cipolla:

5}  Rest assured that there was NO CALL to the police that a 70 year old
man working at any kind of a store slapped Tucker in the face, for having
accused Anthony Cipolla of wrong-doing.

6} Rest assured that no one called the police and reported a rock smashing
through any window at the residence of Diane Thompson and her children.

Take note that Mark was very articulate, talkative, and easy-going in his
conversation with me.  He did not stop to think of what he was going to
say.  He did not have time lapses of  momentary silence.  He simply spoke
spontaneously, hiding nothing.  He and I were literally shooting the breeze,
it was that easy-going of a conversation.

There is more to convey to you.  The bottom line is that two parts of the
three-part Randy Engel article that damns Anthony Cipolla and the late
Bishop Vincent Leonard to the Depths of Hell is complete libel.  If you
are a fan or friend of Randy, tell her that she better start talking to an
attorney.  There still is ample time before the statute of limitations ex-
pires.

I'll eventually have to notify Stephen Stone of Renew America that many
editor retractions and corrections need be made.  Moreover, if you pasted
that Engel article on your own website and you refuse to remove it once
notified, expect a summons to appear in court as a defendant, somewhere
down the road.

There WILL be other defendants, too.  I'll continue this at a later time.
For now, you have enough substantive information that it should easily
break the hypnotic trance that Engel has on the weak-minded & gullible.
She is NOT a guardian of Truth, Justice, and the American Way.  She's
a gossipy and libelous hag who actually thinks that the historic red
Shoes of the Fisherman are homosexual shoes.

I Traced Officer Mark Ninehouser through the NFL

The Pittsburgh Steeler's football stadium stands very close to the world famous 
Three Rivers Confluence of Western Pennsylvania.   Yes, the investigation of the 
Anthony Cipolla Case brought us to the National Football League, being that the 
most important witness in the 1978 case became employed with the NFL.

Every time Cipolla accuser, Diane Thompson, gets caught lying, she changes
her story.   She and her accomplice in libel,  Randy Engel,  are both going to
have to overhaul that story, especially when it comes to the signature at the
bottom of a sheet of paper that Engel called the last remaining piece of evi-
dence which was handwritten in cursive writing, contrary to Pittsburgh po-
lice regulations at the time.  Concerning this, that sheet of paper was NOT
filled-out or signed by any police officer, especially a detective.

Mark Ninehouser is the man whom Randy Engel called "M.N. Nehouser."
Plus, he was NOT a detective in 1978, as Engel so confidently asserted
in her Nov & Dec three-part article which damned to the inner recesses
of Hell the man formerly known as Father Anthony Cipolla..

The fact that Mark was not a detective, alone, tossed the whole Cipolla-
retaliation scenario out the door as a sophomorically contrived fraudulent
misrepresentation.  And and and, that sheet of paper which Engel called
the last remaining piece of evidence, in itself, created the burden of proof
and was NOT the proof itself, being that it was merely the accusation of
a private citizen and NOT a police form.  Mark Ninehouser expressly
made it known to me that he did NOT sign such a sheet of paper and
that he would not have written any report in cursive handwriting.

That retaliation saga, now proven false, was the entire foundation stone of
Thompson's entire nightmarish tale.  That tale is now  proven to have been
a lie from Stage 1.  I told Engel, over the phone, that the Cipolla Case was
an easily provable fraud.  Engel's article which possessed numerous prov+-
able falsehoods made the  Cipolla Case even more easy to prove as a fraud.  \
The more they damn him, the more fallacious they are discovered to be.

For those new to law, that sheet of paper which Engel called the last re-
maining piece of evidence was merely the setting forth of accusations
which created the BURDEN OF PROOF.  It was not proof (evidence)
in itself.  Plus, Mark Ninehouser expressly made it known that he did
NOT sign such a sheet of paper and that he would never have written
it in cursive handwriting.  Thus, we have a case of fraud, here.  Yes,
that which Engle so arrogantly proclaimed as evidence was a forgery.

After he retired from the Pittsburgh police force, Mark Ninehouser be-
came an employee in the security department of the National Football
League.  For my friends in Russia, the Ukraine, and elsewhere in Europe,
the NFL is the most prestigious league on earth for American Football.

Now, if Mark Ninehouser were not employed by the NFL, I would have
never tracked him down.  Just thought I'd mention it, in order to give the
aspiring investigative journalists out there a feel for what it's like to do
true investigative journalism . . . as opposed to the farcical type done by
Randy Engel, in her hairdryer salon form of gossip.

For those new here, Mark Ninehouser was claimed to have been one of
the two police officers who arrested the man formerly known as Father
Anthony Cipolla.  This was claimed as true by Randy Engel and Diane
Thompson-Labiaux-Mangum-Whatever.  He told me that he never did
so.

In fact, Mark become instantly curious as to the mystical sheet of paper
which bore his name and his correct badge number.  When I said that the
sheet was signed "badge #46,"  Mark said, "That was my badge number."

 I then mentioned "badge #37," upon which Mark said that it\ was definite-
ly the badge number of his former work partner.  The problem is that Mark
Ninehouser never signed any sheet of paper titled,  Offense/Incident Report.

Now, Engel and Thompson both claimed that Ninehouser (incorrectly
spelled Nehouser) was a detective in 1978.  He was not.  Therefore, no
signature on any such sheet of paper had any significance to it.

FURTHERMORE, for such a paper to have gained legal weight to it, it
needed to have been signed by an assistant DA, and not a detective or an
uniformed police officer.  The sheet of paper was actually the 1970s ver-
sion of the Private Criminal Complaint ... not the Police Complaint.

Aside of getting Mark's last name wrong, while getting his badge number
correct, Randy Engel stated that he  1} was a detective,   2} told Diane
Thompson to take young Tucker to a hospital,  3} was then given a med-
ical report from a physician at the same hospital which stated that "traces"
of a lubricant used to molest Tucker was still lingering on Tucker,  4} was
telephoned by Diane Thompson on July 30, 1978, to go over to her home
where Cipolla was standing as an intruder, clad in a cassock,  5} filled out
a report called an Offense/Incidence (or Incident) Report and signed it,
along with his partner, Robert Fogle.

Now, in October of 1995, the Pittsburgh Post Gazette reported that two de-
tectives were called to the hospiral bedside of a young molested boy who
was molested by Anthony Cipolla.  Thus, we have yet another instance of
contradictory assertions-allegations-averments between the 1995 newspap-
er article that damned Cipolla to the innermost recesses of infamy, while
Randy Engel's 2016 article which damned the same Anthony Cipolla to
the innermost recesses of Hell.

The only thing that was true about this nightmarish narration written by the
less than factual Randy Engel was Mark's badge number and Robert Fogle's
badge number.  For the record, today Pittsburgh Police officers have four-digit
badge numbers.

All in all, Mark was NOT a detective.  He was NOT called to any hospital
to attend to a Tucker Thompson who was reported as having been molested.
Mark was NOT given any medical report by any physician pertaining to the
young Tucker Thompson.  Nor did he suggest to Diane Thompson that the
young Tucker needed to go to a hospital.  In addition, Mark Ninehouser was
NOT telephoned by Diane Thompson on July 30, 1978, and he did NOT go
over to Thompson's residence to respond to an Anthony Cipolla intrusion.
In facgt, Mark was NOT in the DA's office with Diane Thompson, bearing
a look of disappointment at her signing papers with tears in her eyes, and
and and Mark was NOT called to respond to Tucker being slapped in the
face by any 70 year merchant or any younger aged merchant ... or anyone
at all..

And and and, Officer Mark Ninehouse was NOT called to respond to any
claim that Diane Thompson's residence was vandalized by a stone being
thrown through a window.  Furthermore, there was NO CALL for Mark
to respond to any report of any tire belonging to any car of Diane Thomp-
son being slashed.

In addition, there was NO MAN IN THE HOUSE during July of 1978.
This is pertinent, being taht Randy Engel made it sound as if there were
a dad there throughout the entire time, psychologically impaired.   NO.
Thompson .... at that time .... in July of 1978 ... was the stereotypical
single mom.  She and Engel lied yet again.

All in all, Officer Mark Ninehouser only took a statement from Thompson
and then printed-out a report on her averments, followed by him giving the
report to the actual detectives..  If there were a man of the house living in
the Thompson residence in June and July of 1978, then he was the Invisible
Man.

That ENTIRE story which damned Anthony Cipolla to the depths of Hell
was FALSE, except for the mention of the badge numbers of Officers Nine-
houser and Fogle.

Moreover, there was a photo placed online purported to have been the
only piece of evidence remaining in the 1978 Cipolla caset.  It was a
photo of part .... and only part ... of the Offense/Incident Report which
Engel claimed was filled-out by eithery Mark Ninehouser and Robert
Fogle and then signed by both officers whom she identified as detectives.
Well, the description of the crime committed on that sheet of paper was h
andwritten in cursive handwriting, meaning that NO POLICE OFFICER
in Heaven, Earth, Purgatory, or Hell filled the sheet of paper out.  This is
because Pittsburgh police officers were forbidden to fill-out their reports
in cursive handwriting. They were required to hand-print their reports.
In as much, were those signatures anything other than forgeries?

Keep in mind that Mark was surprised to hear that his name and badge
number was on that particular sheet of paper.

The flag of the Sovereign State of Pennsylvania, where within
there are statutes against Libel and Wrongful Death, as well
as the Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress.

NOW . . . after having received the information that I received from the
in-good-standing though retired police officer, Mark Ninehouser, the Ci-
polla Case became a matter of CASE CLOSED.

Other evidentiary findings during this particular time were uncovered also,
confirming that Diane Thompson and even her son, Frank Labiaux, are liars.
For example, it was found that a 12 year old Frank Labiaux did NOT vandal-
ize a nearby church by means of a fire extinguished in 1977, as an act of retal-
iation for having been molested.  This is because the vandalism of the nearby
AME Church  was done by a 14 and a 15 year old TWICE, in November of
1978.

The first time involved the fire extinguisher vandalism and the second
time  (Nov 17, 1978) involved the two vandals slitting tires in the AME
parking lot, while the congregants were attending a "tent revival" type of
service.

Plus, Diane Thompson changed her story about the place where Frank
was "allegedly" molested.  She originally told the 1990s press .... and
me in 2014 ... that Frank was molested by Cipolla on the property of
the PIME seminary, in Michigan.   I then found a witness who went to
the PIME seminary with Cipolla and even Tim Bendig.  The witness
said that no sexual harassment or molestation of any kind occurred.

Therefore, Thompson changed her story, by saying that it happened
in a motel, while Cipolla, Frank, and other lads where in Michigan,
to see the Henry Ford Museum.

In continuing with Diane Thompson's unbroken pattern of pathological
lies, she boldly stated that she drove to Pittsburgh at her own financial
expense and gave a deposition for the Bendig lawsuit.  I then announc-
ed to the reading public that the entire package of depositions in the
Bendig lawsuit were found and sent to Europe at a relatively hefty
price.  I then mentioned that THERE WAS NO NO NO DIANE
THOMPSON DEPOSITION in the package.

So, what did the same Diane Thompson do, in response to having been
caught\ lying yet again?  ANS:  She claimed that the deposition was only
video taped.  To her asininity, there still would have been the legal require-
ment, under the Rules of Discover, to submit a copy of the video-taped de-
position to the defense team headed by my former neighbor, John Alan
Conte.  Incidentally, John said that Diane Thompson was "an adroit liar."

Once again, deep appreciation from Anthony Cipolla's brother Vince, cer-
tain close friends of the late Anthony Cipolla, and from me goes to hono-
rably retired police officer, Mark Ninehouser for the information that he
amicably volunteered and provided to us all.  It was a tremendous relief.
It was liberating.



This is a multiple topic post.  It also covers Cipolla's transfers to parish-
es in his early years ... during the mid-1970s, when American culture was
much different than today.

This post furthermore covers the comment made by the New Jersey Con-
spiracy Theory sidekick of Randy Engel, in her stating that Diane Thomp-
son choose not to sue the Diocese of Pittsburgh in 1978, as if Thompson
were a noble and self-giving per- son.

The reason why that comment is an extreme insult to me is addressed.  It
has to do with my mother dying when I was young.  A hospital blood trans-
fusion killed her, but only after a long and painful illness.  Lots of pain.
Lots of pain.

We family members, in our graciousness, decided not to sue the hospital
under the logic, "Well, it won't bring back mom.  So, what's the point?"

In as much, it is deeply offensive to see the vicious, insulting, and lying '
Diane Thompson being counted among the self-giving and me ... the guy
who sues everybody, according to Thompson.

Uhhhhhm,  I have not filed a personal lawsuit since the Year 2000.  That
amounts to seventeen years ago.  So, Thompson once again lied about me.

Randy Engel's great downfall is that she is not a team-player.  She is mere-
ly out for herself.  She's the overly domineering hag who wants to run the
show and be the queen.  It's her way or the highway.

Well, she'll be dethroned in due time.  But for now, she shows no signs of
remorse for inflicting the added amount of stress that was imposed upon
heart patient, Anthony Cipolla ... an amount of stress that could kill him.
And of course, during Engel's doing of the three-part article, Cipolla ever
so coincidentally died of a heart attack.

Engel and her New Jersey Conspiracy Theory friend couldn't let Cipolla
rest with his diabetes, bypass surgery heart condition and his neuropathy (
intense back pain included).  Naaaaaah.  Not them.

Engel couldn't let Anthony get a drop of emotional rest.  Then, after Ci-
polla died, Engel just couldn't spare pain from being inflicted upon the
same Anthony Cipolla's own family members.  She had to write the
most damning article anyone could have written about Cipolla.  But,
she included a narration of Pennsylvania criminal procedure which
did NOT exist, instantly showing what a farce that article was and is.

None then less, mighty Randy Engel had to reek further havoc on the
Cipolla family reputation.

Now, I had the Cipolla situation completely monitored, to see if he were
a molester or not.  I then discovered that there was no need for monitor-
ing.  In as much, to think that I was the one who spoke the most with
Cipolla during the last three years of his life was an erroneous thought.
He had ample telephone contact with others, being that he still had a
following.  None the less, the most common thing Cipolla said to me
through the years was  "I have another call coming.  I have to take 
this call."

Furthermore, Diane Thompson made it sound as if I had no sources
of information and that I only wrote what Cipolla told me to write.
Oh no.  Nobody tells me what to write, unless I am taking direct
orders from either the president of this C-corporation here or a
government administrator or even a grounds keeper, inspector,
etc.

In as much, in order to be a great leader, you have to first prove that
you faithfully take orders and follow them.  None the less, when it
came to the Cipolla Case, I wrote as I saw fit.

Mike Volpe of Chicago autonomously wrote what he willed about
the case, and others spoke about the case from their free will.  No
one was anyone's puppet.

In fact, as I previously stated, not only was I NOT Cipolla's puppet,
Cipolla and I had mini-World-War-III over the telephone more than
once.  After all, Donald Wuerl brings out the worst in everybody.
He surely brought out the worst in me.  None the less, I was NOT
Cipolla's yesman and he surely was not mine.

I wrote only that which could be backed-up with evidentiary support
and corroborative witness accounts, as well as an occasional expert
witness conveyance.  After all, I kept telling the public to test my
writings for cracks.  So, go ahead and test my posts about Cipolla,
Ference, the Seminary Whistleblower, and Torquato's accuser for
cracks, along with my writings on Wolk, Zula, Pucci, Hoehl, Huff,
etc for cracks and contradictions.

Of course, I originally opened the lines of communication with
Anthony Cipolla, because I was asked to meet with him.  I then
kept the lines open with him, waiting for him to confess that he
molested Diane Thompson's two sons.  Then the evidence came
in, and everything alleged about Cipolla turned out to be a sick
joke.

When the truth was finally found, I ended up saying, "You idiots!
Why didn't anyone show me this stuff sooner?"

While we are at it . . .

Let's address Engel's insinuation that Cipolla had to have been a
serial molester, being that he received more parish assignments
than is regarded as normal by today's standards.

1}  As was observed in the history of the Diocese of Pittsburgh,
     when a priest commits sexual abuse, what is done with him???
   
     ANS:  He is first moved OUT OF STATE.  Hoehl to Toronto.
    Wolk, Zula, and Pucci to Maryland.    Edward Huff to St. Louis.
     Esposito to Arkansas.  Torquato to Rome, "to finish his educa-
     tion."  Etc.

     Now, was Cipolla sent out of state in the 1970s?  ANS:  NO.

     In as much, the story of Diane Thompson being told by then
     Bishop Vincent Leonard that Cipolla was diagnosed with a
     severe form of sexual pathology was nothing more than the
     story of a repeatedly proven liar.  She fabricated the story.
     She lied.  I saw the psychiatric paperwork.  It has my finger-
     prints on it.  Mike Volpe saw the digital version of Cipolla's
     psychiatric assessment.  No sexual perversity mentioned.
     Only Depression and Suicidal Tendencies.

2} Cipolla's last two assignments were five years each.  That is a
     lot of time to be posted anywhere as a diocesan priest.  More-
     over, the early 1970s were the Vietnam Years, followed by
     the Peace, Love, Brotherhood, and College Campus LSD
     days.  They were the "I have to find myself" days, as well
     as the Kwai Chang Caine (of Kung Fu fame) days, where
     people have the idea of searching for the truth, mingled
     with the onset of college campus hedonism.  Now, Cipolla
     was trained at a missionary seminary which had the mission-
      ary mindset . . . the traveling mindset.

     Plus, plus, plus, during the 1970s, Pittsburgh was one of the
     most prosperious cities on Earth.  There was not yet the priest
     shortage that accompanied the Donald Wuerl years.  A priest
     was NOT bound to a parish out of logistical desperation on
     the part of the bishop who couldn't attract enough seminari-
     ans.  Cipolla's goal was a Padre Pio Franciscan-type Mission.
     And he WAS extremely popular during his Padre Pio days.

     All in all, Cipolla was never shipped out of state during the
     1970s.  That was the tell-sign ... tale-sign.

Then came the theatrics which made Thompson and her family
look like a monastery of saintly heroes.  The "second dad" was
said to have gone through an accident and explosion at a mili-
tary base that did NOT exist as one since 1946.  None the less,
the easy sign of a liar and double sensationalism, such as an
accident and explosion.

Thompson's fatal is that fairy tale consisted in her omitting the
#1 symptom that all guys get when in an explosion.  That of
ringing in the ears.  My dad, of course, was a decorated Air
Force combat veteran who even saw and heard the right wing
airship blow into a ball of fire while the bomb group was over
its target.  Dad suffered from chronic ringing in the ears.  So,
the description of that accident and explosion that was said to
have occurred at a base no longer in operation was sophomor-
ic.

The Engel article made the Thompson clan sound like a clan of
saints.  Way over the top.  Then, the woman who provoked En-
gel into writing the article had the audacity to state that Thomp-
son heroically refrained from suing the diocese.  Well, the tale
of Diane Thompson was go bogus at face value that no lawyer
would waste his/her time with it.  I've explained the fallacies
set forth as face, especially in the description of criminal pro-
cedure narrated by Thompson through Engel and the Pitts-
burgh Post Gazette of years past.

Proof that Thompson elected to not sue the diocese out of the
goodness of her heart is that Thompson publicly sought to get
a law firm to sue me.  Of course, her story is such a farce that
no law firm would waste their time with her.  The New Jersey
Conspiracy Theory Housewife was more than willing to lie,
and she was more than willing to believe a story of criminal
procedure that didn't come close to having ever existed.  An
SNL skit couldn't be more ridiculous then the narration found
in the Engel three-part article.

Proven: A 12 year old Frank Labiaux did NOT vandalize a church out of "molestation revenge" in 1977. Two teens, never molested, aged 14 & 15, did the vandalizing in Nov of 1978.

The 2018 Pennsylvania Grand Jury narration of the Cipolla Case was a much
more tame version of the case.  The Pgh Post Gazette 1995 version, the 2015
version, and the 2016 Randy Engel version were hyper-exaggerations.  Real
cover-ups are sneaky, silent, snakelike, pernicious, and subtle.

Now, to the article article before knowledge of the Pittsburgh diocesan secret
archive files were known to exist:

PREVIEW:  Randy Engel stated that, between August 15 and 17, 1977 , twelve
year old Frank Labiaux was molested by Anthony Cipolla for the first time ever,
in a Dearborn Michigan motel room.  This, according to Engel, was followed by
Frank vandalizing a church near his Mexico Street home, one week later, done
completely out of rage and frustration for having been molested.  Engel stated
that twelve-year-old Frank and another youth entered through a church window,
and took a fire extinguisher, unleashing its foan upon a podium and pews.

Now, there was a church on California Avenue, very near to St. Francis Xavier
Parish, which was vandalized via fire extinguisher foam.  HOWEVER, it hap-
pens in NOVEMBER of 1978, fifteen months after Engel said it happened.

Plus, the two vandals were aged 14 and 15.  They did NOT include a twelve
year old Frank Labiaux.  Furthermore, two weeks later, the same two youths
went back to the same church and slit the tires of the cars in the parking lot
during a Protestant Revival Meeting there.  The pastor of the church quickly
recognized the youths as the same ones who committed the fire extinguisher
vandalism, two weeks prior.  Neither of the two was Frank Labiaux.  Diane
Thompson and Randy Engel lied.  Frank Labiaux lied.  It is 100% proven
to be such.

Incidentally, the church was the Avery Memorial AME Zion Church, located
at 3403 California Ave, Pgh 15212.

The one excerpt exposed here is so blatant a falsehood that it should set a
spark in your mind, in having you realize that the damning accusations in
the Cipolla Case were a series of orchestrated lies.  This one cannot be de-
fended by the Engel People, in any capacity.

At this point, however, keep in mind that Cipolla was NEVER tried at the Vatican
for molesting Tim Bendig.  He was tried for a diagnosis of Depression & Suicidal
Tendencies, making that case a procedural law case, only.

Wuerl refused to let Cipolla back into ministry out of fear for District Attorney
John C Pettit who publicly announced that Wuerl's cooperation in the investiga-
tion which lead to the indictments of Frs. Wolk, Zula, and Pucci was MINIMAL
at best.  Petti also mentioned that investigations would continue.  Therefore,
putting Cipolla back into ministry would have triggered the very Grand Jury
Investigation which is now transpiring upon the Diocese of Pittsburgh at this
very moment.

None the less, the only thing that is going to spare Randy Engel from being even-
tually dragged into a court of law is World War III - - - literally.

Forthcoming, in either this post (as an update) or in another post, is one of the more
easily provable lies told by accuser Tim Bendig and written into the 70+ year old
Engel's Nov/Dec 2016 three-part article as if it were undeniable truth.  That one
deals with the true identity of a Mark Hamilton.  Bendig told Engel that he was
a teenager who frequented the McGuire Home.  Engel believed him without
fact-checking Bendig.  Mark Hamilton was a high administrator/manager of
the McGuire Home, according to what a source told me.  And it logically fits.
I'll cover that feature, later.

Other lies of Diane Thompson/Mangum/Labiaux are yet to be addressed, as well.
One included Engel's mention of "detectives" R. Fogle and M.N. Nehouser.  Uhhm,
it's NINEHOUSER.

Now, as the usual preamble, I state that I am more than willing to declare the man
formerly known as Father Anthony Cipolla an egregious molester who earned a
one-way ticket to Hell.  But, the fact-checking of the accusations against Cipolla
keep resulting in finding that Diane Thompson/Mangum/Labiaux lied.  It was
recently found that even Frank Labiaux lied to Randy Engel.  We continue.

This post/article details an elaborate lie told by Diane Thompson/Mangum/Labiaux
and published as if it were fact-checked truth by Randy Engel.   That specific asser-
tion concerns the claim that a young Frank Labiaux co-committed vandalism upon
a church near his Mexico Street domicile in 1977, out of frustration for having been
molested.

The fact-checking on this one is so exact that it should finally jar the most stubborn
person into realizing that the Engel article is nothing more than a collection of easi-
ly provable falsehoods, and thereby, a long-winded piece of vicious and actionable
libel.

Concerning the Big-Lie-at-Hand and how easy it was to disprove, let's get to it.

Ladies and gentlemen,  Randy Engel wrote that, between August 15 and 17 of 1977,
Anthony Cipolla molested Frank Labiaux in a Dearborn Michigan motel.  Frank
was 12 years of age plus 10 or 11 months.  She asserted that Cipolla took 3 or 4
lads to Michigan, to see the Henry Ford Museum.  The other boys weren't moles-
ted according to her.  Only Frank was.

In fact, Engel stated that it was a long and tiring trip from Pittsburgh, and therefore,
Cipolla didn't have the energy to molest anyone on the first night.  Now, concerning
the trip to Dearborn being long and tiresome, BULL CRAP!  I know this from person-
al experience, being that I had a girlfriend in Grand Rapids whom I would visit via
highway travel, and the drive to the Detroit area was only halfway to Grand Rapids
and not tiring at all.  In fact,  Pittsburghers used to travel to Detroit and buy cars there.
They would then return to Pittsburgh on the same day.

The trip to the Ann Arbor / Dearborn / Detroit area is only FOUR hours.  Now, I have
traveled as far as 1,000 miles in a day (from SC to Texas) and I did more than one 14
hour trip between Pittsburgh and the Carolina coastline.  A four hour drive is nothing.
The sign of a liar is exaggeration.  Engel exaggerated on purpose, insulting the intelli-
gence of any American used to really long road travel.

We need to keep the following in mind:

Diane Thompson wrote to me and specifically stated that Frank was molested at the
PIME seminary, and NOT at a motel.  Then, I produced a witness who went to the
seminary with Tim Bendig and Anthony Cipolla.  He said that nothing immoral
happened there.  He said that Cipolla did NOT do anything queer.  Therefore, Di-
ane Thompson/Mangum/Labiaux ever-so-coincidentally changed her story and
placed the molestation in a motel room.  Quite frankly, people who drive to the
Henry Ford Museum can easily drive back to Pittsburgh on the exact same day.

We continue:

Engel wrote that one week after the motel molestation which is highly unlikely
to have occurred, Frank vandalized a church near his Mexico Street home, using
a fire extinguisher as the weapon of vandalism.  That would be AUGUST 24,
1977.   Engel wrote that Frank and an accomplice entered a church window
and sprayed fire extinguisher foam on to a podium and church pews, result-
ing in his arrest and visit to juvenile court.  Got it?  Let's continue.

On California Avenue, near Saint Xavier Parish, a church was vandalized by means
of fire extinguisher abuse, damaging furniture and carpets.  It was the Avery Memor-
ial AME Zion Church, locate 3403 California Avenue.  HOWEVER, it was NOT
vandalized on August 24, 1977.  In fact, it was NOT vandalized in 1977, at all,
It wasn't vandalized until November 1978, fifteen months after Engel said that
it was.

Now, Engel stated that Diane Thompson took her family in flight to Cleveland,
in the middle of September 1978, after she was harassed into dropping criminal
charges that were never filed in the first place.  Yet, the vandalism did not occur
until November of 1978.  And and and, the vandals were a 14 year old youth and
a 15 year old one who would then commit vandalism at the same church two weeks
later, sometime around November 3rd and 17th, 1978.

In as much,  if Diane Thompson fled Pittsburgh in September 1978, then how did
she know about the fire extinguisher vandalism of November 1978.  This would
indicate that she didn't leave Pittsburgh as was reported by Engel.

In their second vandalism spree, the two boys slit the tires of the cars in the park-
ing during a Protestant Revival Meeting.  The pastor recognized those two boys
as the ones who did the fire extinguisher vandalizing two weeks prior.  And neith-
er one of the boys was Frank Labiaux.  Thus, Diane Thompson lied through her
teeth, and we now have evidence to prove Frank Labiaux to be a liar.

Now, you can do the fact-checking for yourself.  Go to the:

It mentions both acts of vandalism, including the one that Diane Thompson claims
to have been done by Frank a year and a quarter before it actually happened.  In as
much, I can assure that Frank was NOT taken to Juvi Lockup & Court, as Engel
claimed.  Thus, Frank Labiaux was NOT frustrated for having been molested, and
therefore, he probably was NOT molested.

This one lie should break the hypnotic trance upon you, in thinking that Engel is the
holiest woman alive.  You might then say, "Hey, she was in Vietnam as the voice of
Saigon."  Uhhhm, the Voice of Saigon headquarters was in Dayton Ohio where one
can find the Wright-Patterson air base.  That is the air base which has the memorial
plaque of the my father's Air Force Bomb Group.  None the less, we now have very
convincing evidence that Diane Thompson and her children orchestrated a theatrical
lie about Cipolla molesting the family.  And why?

ANS:  The custody of two grand children who were 12 and 14 in 2016.

Moreover, if Frank said that he did this act of vandalism upon the AME Zion
Church in his interview with Randy Engel, then it's proven that he IS a LIAR.
A lawsuit deposition will find out if this is so, unless if Engel committed the
act of SPOLIATION OF EVIDENCE, by destroying the interview notes.

Ladies & gentlemen, this is the southern end of the very
short Mexico St about which Randy Engel wrote.
It's a glorified back alley and little more than that.

Now we address Engel's mention of two "detectives." Firstly, one's name was
NOT Nehouser, as Engel stated.   It was NINEHOUSER.   Mark Ninehouser.
As far as goes the R. Fogle mentioned by Engel, it was ROBERT W FOGLE,
Ninehouser's partner.  And yes, at times, Fogle would do "plain clothes stake-
out" assignments.

The pertinence in the misspelling is this:   If Engel saw the "Incidence Report"
and if she saw clearly saw the name, Nehouser, then it was a forgery.  If Engel
saw the actual Incidence Report and the name of NINEHOUSER was hard to
read, then the sheet of paper didn't have a forged signature.

Now, Diane Thompson is an exceptionally dimwitted person who lived in an area
where people could not pronounce words correctly.  She might have heard the name
Nehouser, because the nearby people couldn't pronounce NINEHOUSER.  She then
would have had someone sign on the Incidence Report "Nehouser" and make up a
badge number.  None the less, in later years, Mark Ninehouser became the NFL
Security Representative in Pittsburgh.  In fact, before becoming a police officer,
Ninehouser was a welder.

Concerning this,  Pittsburgh Police badge numbers were four digits and not two,
because they were more than 99 police officers in Pittsburgh.  In fact, there are
presently approximately 900 sworn Pittsburgh police officers and about 188
non-sworn ones.  None the less, Mark Ninehouser might have signed his name
illegibly on the private criminal complaint form that also goes by the name In-
cidence Report.  None the less, that Incidence Report mentioned by Engel is
suspect, because of the badge numbers she reported it as having.

Observe:  FOUR digit badge number.
Observe the words Pittsburgh Police

One more thing,  Engel kept mentioning Police Station #9, and I said that, in
Pittsburgh history, Police Station #9 was on Mount Washington.  I furthermore
stated that there are presently only SIX police units in Pittsburgh and that the
iunit covering the Northside of Pittsburgh is Unit #1.  Now, in the 1970s, there
was a Police Station #9 in the Northside, but it was NOT a jurisdictional identi-
fying number.  The number on police complaint forms that mattered was the
number of the COURT of jurisdiction.  None the less, in the 1978 case, we
were dealing with a private criminal complaint form and NOT a police crim-
inal complaint form.  And we are dealing with four-digit badge numbers and
NOT two, as Engel reported.  In as much, is that Incidence Report a forgery?
Any civilian was able to obtain a copy.

Concerning Fogle & Ninehouser

The irony here is that both police officers were involved in a murder that they
could have prevented, on October 4, 1978.  The murder took place on Buena
Vista Avenue, when a man named Robert Tucker was shot to death by a Ty-
rone DeVaughn.  Tucker was walking from the police station and then shot
dead.  You see, Fogle and Ninehouser gave the man a private criminal com-
plaint to fill-out, upon which one of the officers went to night court to get a
motions judge to sign-off on it and allow DeVaughn to be arrested and pro-
cessed.  Of course, the 1970s version of a private criminal complaint is an
Incidence Report.

This October 1978 murder case shows that Engel and Diane Thompson lied
about their description of Anthony Cipolla's pretend July 1978 arrest.  At no
time did they mention a judge's signature, and I told my readers on multiple
occasions that you either need a judge to sign-off on a complaint or an assis-
tant DA to approve a complaint and then direct the local magistrate to "issue
process."  To issue process means to "Book him, Danno."

Another 1978 case involving Robert W Fogle should give light on how high
the bail would have been imposed upon Anthony Cipolla IF he actually were
arrested.  And remember, Cipolla only received a summary notice that was
only signed by Diane Thompson by which he was to appear before city
court magistrate Stephen Laffey, to see IF Laffey would issue process
on Cipolla or not.  It was up to Thompson to show probable cause.
She simply dismiss her complaint the day before the hearing.

None the less, once upon a time Fogle had undercover (plain clothes) duty, and
he caught two thugs assaulting and robbing two 80+ year old sisters.  The two
alleged robbers were John Knox and Samual Wade.  Both were held on $10,000
bond each.  Thus, if Cipolla molested Tucker Thompson, he would have been
held at a high price tag.  Probably $10,000.  He would NOT have been released
on his own recognizance.  Thompson lied.

Of course, Engel said that the police let Cipolla go on  his own "cognisance' (it's
recognizance).  But, only a judge can order a man released onhis own recognizance,
at a courthouse or magistrate's office.  Plus, there are no arraignments in police sta-
tions.  Again, Thompson was fabricating a story ... a false story.

Now, let me squelch an easily refutable piece of libel written ABOUT me by
Diane Thompson.  It's something which shows that someone was obsessively
attempting to dig up dirt on me.  Perhaps Randy Engel's paranoiac side kick
from New Jersey did the digging or Randy herself.

None the less . . .

The snide libel, in this case, asserted that my family kicked me out of my
"deceased father's" house.  Stop there.  Firstly, there is no such thing as a
deceased man's house after the probate period.  It belongs to his heirs.  I
was one of my father's four heirs.  Thus, it was MY HOUSE co-owned
with my three siblings.

Concerning that house and my father's other house, I WAS BOUGHT-OUT IN
FULL.  Now, I was offered as my inheritance either one of my father's houses,
but I did not except the offer.  I took the equivalent money, instead.  Thompson
and her source are bumbling and defamatory buffoons who kept going out of
their ways to make you disrespect and despise me.   You need to be snapped
out of the hypnotic trance that has you thinking that Randy Engel is the all-
knowing goddess of the ages.  She presented as truth many fact-checks lies.

Remember one thing.  I was the one caught in the Fr Torquato Retaliations.
And usually, a person caught in a corrupt bishop's retaliations is one who
wins the compassion of the people.  You people might as well go out and
ridicule cancer patients and robbery victims, as well.

The fact that Thompson/Mangum/Labiaux ridiculed a retaliation victim of
a corrupt bishop shows that she was not one of us.  There is an unwritten
code of respect among us.  Thompson showed zero respect for me.  Plus,
Thompson was found to have lied repeatedly.  Do the math as to whether
or not Diane Thompson suffered a priest's retaliation, and keep in mind
that Frank Labiaux is now proven to be a liar, concerning the AME Zion
Church vandalism which occurred 15 months after he claimed to have
done the vandalism.

None the less, this shows that someone has been striving to dig up dirt on
me and such a thing is a form of harassment.  Once again, I was NOT
kicked-out of my deceased father's house.  I WAS bought-out of my
own inherited house..  This ends another piece of libel against me.

I have to go, right now.  I will continue ... either here or in a new post.
By now, you should realize how incredibly non-factual and defamatory
is the Engel three-part article.  In as much, when she is dragged into
court sometime around November 2017 or so, I will not tolerate your
condemnation of me or Anthony Cipolla's 70+ year old brother who
wants his brother's name restored.

Mark Hamilton, not a teenager galavanting around McGuire Home. Rather, he was an adult attached to the McGuire Home Administration.

This is why "Mark Hamilton" was the FIRST NAME on the district attorney
office's interview list, concerning the investigation of Tim Bendig's private
criminal complaint.  Randy Engel is such a gullible dupe, and she is one
because she wants to believe that all priests who perform the Novus Ordo
Mass are all demons --- in my opinion.

To say that Mark Hamilton was a teenager who frequented the McGuire Home
was to make Cipolla look like a revolving-door molester.  Engel should have
done some fact-checking before writing libel as obvious as the melo-dramatic
narration of her Nov/Dec 2016 massacre of Anthony Cipolla's reputation.

She should have instantly realized that there is no school in session in Pennsyl-

vania on July 30, and therefore, young Tucker was NOT sitting at the kitchen
table doing his homework in a holy state of martyrdom.  She was like a wolf in 

nice grandma clothing seething to tear apart Cipolla.

I was surprise to find that Engel never contacted Anthony Cipolla's only broth-
er ... or Cipolla's twin sister ... and that she never made contact with either one 

of the two police officers whom she claimed arrested Anthony Cipolla, when 

the fact is that honorably retired Officer Mark Ninehouser expressly told me 

that he NEVER arrested Cipolla --- that he merely went to Diane Thompson's 

residence, to take a statement from her, and then to transpose it on a standard 

form, via hand-printing ... and NOT cursive writing ... followed by him giving 

the standard form to the sole detective of the case.  

And that was it.  No theatrical events.  Ninehouser had nothing to do with the 

case from the moment he handed his hand-printed report to the detective sector.

Thus, he was NOT a detective as Engle very erroneously claimed, in her self-

assured smugness.

And once again, I categorically state that I am more than willing to categorically
declare Anthony Cipolla a vile molester who was rocketed into the blast furnaces
of Hell for all eternity.  The problem is that the fact-checking on all of the damning 

accusations against Cipolla categorically turned out to be sophomoric lies, such as 

the 100% proven lie about Frank Labiaux committing fire extinguisher vandalism 

upon a church near his home in August of 1977 at the age of twelve (out of revenge 

for being molested.)   The fact is also that the vandals involved were a 14 and 15
year old duo of thugs who slashed the tires in the church's parking lot, on another

occasion.  That church was the African Methodist Church, located down the street.

And concerning Randy Engel's slur against Pope Benedict XVI for having worn
red Medieval shoes, in her stating that it was an obvious sign of Benedict being
a homosexual, know that those were the historically famous SHOES OF THE
FISHERMAN.

They were red, to symbolize that the pope was willing to shed his blood for
Christ, as did Saint Peter, Saint Linus, Saint Anacletus, Pope Evaristus, Pope
Pius I, Pope Soter, Pope Eleuterus, Pope Victor, Pope Urban I, Pope Calixtus,
Pope Anterus, Pope Cornelius, Pope Lucius I, Pope Felix I, Pope Marcellinus,
and a number of other ones.  There is a lot of blood on the Chair of St. Peter.
So, Engel better quit mocking the papacy.  She is apparently jealous that she
never got to have the power and influence of a pope . . . or else she is merely
the stereotypical overly domineering hag who damns people, because she
thinks that it gives her power.

      Q:   And what is the indication of this?
ANS:   She goes by a man's name, hypocritically enough.

Engel committed destruction without just cause.  Destruction is now her smug
and self-righteous inheritance.  After all, she has shown no contrition for these
easily provable acts of libel against Cipolla.  It's like hearing a trick question,

The Lie about a military base in Spartansburg

You know, there is no military base in Spartansburg, being that Camp Croft was
closed in 1946 and is a civilian tourist spot.  Plus, there is no school in Pennsyl-
vania on July 30, and and and Vince Cipolla told me last week that he NEVER
saw his brother Anthony wear a cassock.  In fact, a close friend of Cipolla, (the
6'6" one who was invited to join the Penn State Nittany Lion football team and
who majored in electrical engineering), said that he NEVER saw Anthony in a
cassock, either.  Engel was very non-factual in her Nov/Dec 2016 horror story.

She wrote those damning things, because she wanted to believe them ... and be-
cause she is soooooo gullible to con artists and their voice inflections.  But now,
we have proof that Frank Labiaux is a liar, just like his mother.

Well, Engel proved that she has no respect for the dead, as
well as no respect for the Shoes of the Fisherman

Now for the matter at hand:

In her three-part article, Randy Engel addressed the Beaver DA office's 1989
report on the investigation of Tim Bendig's private criminal complaint against
Anthony Cipolla.

Now, ladies & gentlemen, Bendig only filed that complaint, in the hope of get-
ting a large sum of lawsuit money from the Diocese of Pittsburgh.   It was an
obvious ploy and farce for Bendig to have filed that private criminal complaint,
based on one very simple and obvious observation.  The observation is that Tim
Bendig filed his notice of pending lawsuit (through his attorney) before filing the
private criminal complaint.  If you are criminally wronged, you call the police
first.

Plus, Bendig had many years to report Cipolla.  He was NOT chained in a Cleve-
land basement.  Throughout those years, he showed no signs of distress.  Now, I
went through a suicide, concerning a teenager who lived at Father John Hoehl's
Baden house.  I KNOW the look of .... of .... giving up on life.  Bendig did NOT
shows signs of being an imprisoned sex slave in any capacity.

In addition, Bendig didn't accuse Cipolla until after he had no money and after
Cipolla told the Padre Pio Prayer Group members to stop sending Bendig money
to the Pittsburgh Seminary.  Once again, I went through a suicide, and NOT the
hag, Randy Engel.  I literally had to take the accuser of Father James Torquato
to safety and I saw the look of fear on his face.  Randy Engel did NOT.

Engel's followers act as if she is all things to all people and that she has been every-
where.  No way.  Engel, as old as she is, didn't come close to experiencing what I
had to experience in life.  After all, did she ever have frantic young teenaged girls
knock on her apartment door, begging for help to stop their dad from beating their
mom?   NO.  I am the one who knows what it is to walk into a wife-beater home
during the wife beater.

Does she know what it is to endure sexual harassment or to see someone attempt
to murder her?  Did she ever take to safety a woman being beaten by her guy?
Did she know what it was to be in TWO major industrial accidents and live to
tell about both?  So, why do you follow her as if she is the infallible Man of all
Seasons?  In following Engel, you are following a pretender and libelous hag.

Tim Bendig IS a strategic liar, and a number of people contacted me, confirming
what I personally witnessed of Bendig the Liar.  Plus, after all these years of me
calling Bendig a liar, he never sued me.

None the less, the Beaver County DA, as well as did the Allegheny County
DA, stated that there were no grounds upon which to indict and prosecute
Anthony Cipolla.  In the Beaver County report, mention was made that
FOUR people were interviewed by law enforcement personnel.  They
were:
          TOM HAMILTON

          SISTER MARY ALICE

         MONSIGNOR SHULTZ

         ANTHONY CIPOLLA

In her libelous three-part article, Engel stated that she asked Tim Bendig who
Mark Hamilton was, and Bendig said that he was a teenager who used to fre-
quent the McGuire Home.  Do you believe him?  Well, his answer was obvious
bull crap.  Take a closer look:

What are the caliber of people named in the above list?  ANS: People of some
measure of authority.   Observe:

Cipolla was the official chaplain of the McGuire Home.  Monsignor Shultz was
the head of the Pittsburgh Diocesan Beaver County Deanery.  This means that he
he was the most powerful Pittsburgh diocesan Pittsburgh in all of Beaver County.

Sister Mary Alice had a superior's post at the McGuire Home.  Therefore, wouldn't
it be obvious that Mark Hamilton was some type of authority at the McGuire Home,
such as the director, head administrator, or manager?  People, please test damning
accusations for cracks.  In as much, Hamilton wasn't a teenage kid coming and go-
ing as he pleased.  Please quit being so gullible, people.

Ever so coincidentally, the murdered Father Alfred Kunz was Anthony Cipolla's new canon lawyer at the time of Kunz's violent death.

there was evidence that he, at
67 years of age, exchanged
punches with a killer who
would end up stabbing a
strategic sector of Kunz's
neck, causing the priest
to die from blood loss.

Shortly before Kunz's death, he agreed to represent Anthony Cipolla
in a court of Canon Law, for the sole purpose of winning for Cipolla
the monthly stipend/pension due to Cipolla.

Fr. Kunz's exact words on the issue allegedly were that Donald Wuerl
didn't have to assign Anthony Cipolla (to ministry), but he did have to
sustain him.

Even when a priest is actually guilty of ill conduct, his bishop must pro-
vide him with a pension which, in Roman Catholic nomenclature, is a
stipend.  Wuerl denied Cipolla his stipend, thereby violating Canon Law,
as was previously mentioned.  Alfred Kunz then came forth, offering his
services to Anthony Cipolla.  In the spirit of a vicious form of Murphy's
Law, Cipolla lost his advocate.

As of 2013, the Anthony Cipolla case, as was presented by Ann Rodgers
and the Pittsburgh Post Gazette, was found to have been a fraudulent mis-
representation of the facts, to the point of constituting something known
as Invasion of Privacy in a False Light.  After all, Tim Bendig was repeat-
edly called a pathological liar by those who spoke to me about him, and
the 1978 accuser's "newspaper testimony" was found to have contained
blatant falsehoods.

In addition, the first Vatican Signatura hearing only addressed the fact that
St. Lukes diagnosed Cipolla as suffering from Depression and Suicidal Ten-
dencies, while St. Michael's of New York gave Cipolla a clean bill of mental
health, saying that it was normal to be sad when your reputation is defamed.

The second hearing was dependant upon a Polish archbishop would was re-
puted for always siding with a bishop over his aggrieved priest.

Now, Anthony Cipolla received two plaques of appreciation for his service
with youth in Jersey and PA.  One plaque came from an NJ police depart-
ment.  The chief of the police department there put a plaque into Anthony's
hand, instead of any handcuffs around his wrists.

In 42 years, no one from those venues ever accused Cipolla of any wrongdoing.
Thus, Cipolla doesn't look very much like a molester, and substantial evidence
(or non-contradictory and non-Swiss-cheese testimony) needs to comes forth, in
order to establish such a thing.

In addition, it has been reasonably suspected that Bendig plagiarized the
1978 accusation of Cipolla which never resulted in Cipolla being arrested,
indicted, or arraigned ... according to my sources and according to a 2014
Pennsylvania State Police security clearance.  The Cipolla case is explained
in the December 2014 archive of the Wuerlgate site.

Wuerl publicly disassociated himself from Cipolla, so as to wash out of
the minds of a very gullible public the memory of Wuerl's Triple Cover-
up and Wuerl's ping-pong cover-up of a Father Edward Huff who would
also come to be the direct object of a criminal indictment.  This meant
that Donald Wuerl, long-term secretary of alleged open-secret homosex-
ual hebephile, John Cardinal Wright, was next in line for an indictment
which, in all probably, would have been a Summary Offense, unless a
district attorney would have gotten Wuerl on obstruction of justice
charges.

A summary offense results in nothing more than a fine.  It's less than a
misdemeanor.  None the less, a summary offense conviction would have
made the Vatican affix an 'X' over Wuerl's name, when it came time for
promoting bishops to the college of cardinals.

 

Diane Thompson-Mangum would have called the police, if she believed what she wrote about this site being the front of a "pederasty protection ring." She was deliberately lying, to get you to avoid reading about her fraudulent misrepresentations.

Diane Mangum-Thompson-Labiaux avoided providing proof in any of her
accusations against Anthony Cipolla, DA Bob Colville, and Bishop Vincent
Leonard in her SEVEN web logs.   Rather, she created multiple diversionary
tactics and attacked me from A to Z.  She even mocked an Australian Outback
Gal who was pivotal in my life, showing how vile, crass, and vicious is this
Diane Thompson-Mangum-Labiaux, aka whatever-other-name-she-used.

In one of her damning allegations, while providing zero evidence and zero
witness accounts, she claimed that I am Anthony Cipolla in disguise operat-
ing a pederasty protection ring through the Wuerlgate site whihch condemns
the pederasty cover-ups of Donald Wuerl.

Such a damning rumor morphs, and even though Cipolla is deceased, it will
still be believed by  Randy Engel  followers that  the person operating this
Wuerlgate site runs a pederasty protection ring, even though the Wuelgate
site condemns pederasty.

Now, if Diane Thompson really believed that I were operating a pedophile
ring, then she would have contacted the law enforcement authorities.  They
would have:

- long sing discovered the pedophile ring, - arrests would have been made,
- the story would have been in all of the major news network broadcasts,
- and she would be an international hero, instead of the present subject of
  a criminal complaint, involving criminal defamation.

Now think, you believers in Randy Engel and Diane Thompson:

Diane did NOT call the police.  She did NOT call the state attorneys general
office.  She did NOT call the FBI.  She did NOT call the Allegheny County
DA's office.

Thus, she is a deliberate liar who knew that I was not Anthony Cipolla op-
erating a pedophile protection ring and that I personally was not running
any such ring.  I'm a construction worker who does some field work, some
legal work, and some administrative work, along with assisting the com-
pany estimator, between battling and avoiding allergic asthma attacks.

I do photography and spend a lot of time writing.  I don't have the time for
a criminal ring.  Plus, my interest is adult female companionship to the
point of having someone who can finish my sentences.

Meanwhile, Wuerl remained silent, living in pampered luxury,
like Marie Antoinette.

Concerning Diane Thompson believers:

Randy Engel, in her Nov/Dec article, claimed that Diane Thompson was
a teller of the truth, always and in every way.  Thus, Randy Engel, in her
silence ... in her tacit  approval of Diane Thompson's damning accusation
about the Wuerlgate site which ever so coincidentally condemns Engel ...
is claiming that Diane Thompson tells the truth when she claims that the
person operating this Wuerlgate site runs a criminal enterprise.

Randy Engel, through her silence, is telling you that I am criminal.  Yes,
according to Randy Engel, a guy she used to ask to post her writings and
who has an FBI clearance, is a criminal.  This is great for government con-
spiracy theory buffs.

This mean that, if you are a believer in either Randy Engel or Diane Thomp-
son, then you have the moral obligation to call the police on me, right now.

Or or or call the Pennsylvania State Attorney general's office, being that this
is being written in Pittsburgh Pennsylvania ... or the Allegheny County DA's
office ... or better yet, call the FBI.  Go do it.  I'm waiting.  Let's go.  I don't
have all day.

Now, if you to claim that  Diane Thompson is the teller of truth, but you
do NOT call law enforcement on me, then you are admitting, by not call-
ing the police, that you know that Diane Thompson is lying, and that you
merely want people to believe in her lies about me, out of hared for me ...

... and quite frankly, you wouldn't  be the first, second, or third person who
hated me to the point of death ...  or even attempted murder .... and attempt-
ed assault & battery.  Yes, I make people like Diane Thompson, Father James
Torquato, and 257 pound thieves really really really mad at me.

I'm calling your bluff.  I'm also calling the bluff of the New Jersey Conspir-
acy Theory Housewife whose name I do not mention for legal purposes.
She is the one whom Randy Engel calls her good good friend.  The New
Jersey housewife's bluff is paramount, because she wrote to me and said
that she believed Diane Thompson.   So, get her to call the police on me,
if she believes Diane Thompson.  Thompson said that the operator of this
site is running a criminal network, so get that hag to call the cops on me.

Oh by the way.  Two caveats for you to remember.  After you do call the
police on me, you better call an attorney to defend you in a civil lawsuit.

Plus, you will also need a criminal defense attorney, when you get arrest-
ed for filing a false police report, if you claim that this site is operated by
the operator of a criminal pedophile ring.  But, don't let that stop you.

With all kidding aside, being that no one called the police on me, it shows
that  no one believes Diane Thompson, after all.  It's just that  some people
are bored in life and love to hear vile accusations.  Some people are the lov-
ers of lies.  In fact, the definition of a sinner, according to Saint Bernadette
Soubirous, is a person who LOVES evil.

The other important feature:

The trick that you might have missed is that Thompson is attempting
to trick you into thinking that my sources are pedophiles.  For the re-
cord, my sources have included married women with children, one of
whom recently went through cancer-related surgery and who has a
Downs Syndrome son.  Another one of my sources have security clear-
ances no different than the ones I earned.  Other sources of mine in-
cluded professionals.  Others included those in high society, as well
as Regular Joes ... Average Joes ... Ordinary Joes.

Most importantly, my most pertinent sources were sheets of papers
known as documents.  Documents don't molest children.  Without
the paperwork evidence, I would not have a case.  Period.

Now, if you want to run around and tell people that my sources are
pedophiles, then I can assure you that my real sources will think no-
thing of taking you to court with highly reputable lawyers.   In fact,
one of my sources IS the wife of a lawyer.  So, go for it.  Defame me
even further.

Do you finally understand that all which Mangum-Thompson-Labiaux
wrote about me was one contiguous lie, done knowingly and deliberate-
ly, in order to divert your attention from her wrongs?  She lied to cover
her lies.  It's called "whistle-blower retaliation;" ad hominem attacks.

Furthermore, Frank LaFerriere is an individual on psychiatric disability,
and he has already been arrested and put on trial, previously.  He put on
his site the 70+ year old Diane Mangum-Thompson's damning pederasty
ring article which had ZERO evidence attached to it, ZERO witness ac-
counts, and NO ZERO news links and ZERO police report links... and
which was written by a  person who identifies herself as "a disabled
senior," meaning that she was NOT beating the streets and participat-
ing in stake-outs, finding the evidence.

It's the morning of March 31, 2017, at the time of this writing.  I'm scheduled
to go to pick up Vince Cipolla and take him to speak with law enforcement, in
the hopes to get a Criminal Defamation Indictment on Thompson IF her libel
is not erased from the Internet.  The word, IF, is pivotal in American law.

Vince wants his brother's name cleared.  I want restitution for what  Thomp-
son did to meand which Randy Engel let happen.  My security clearances al-
ready has my name cleared.  But, there are really really really stupid people
who gaze through the internet.  So, I need the libel deleted.

Destroying a reputation unjustly is a mortal sin and takes the
life out of you.  In as much, when you kill others, you kill yourself.

Remember, in June of 2016 Engel calls me and attempts to destroy me.  She
then starts conversing with proven liar, Diane -LabiauxThompson-Mangum.
Then, in July, there appears online the claim that I am Anthony Cipolla in
disguise operating a" pederasty protection ring."

Now, pederasty is a "Randy Engel word."  It's obvious that the easily provable
lie which existed online for at least eight months without me knowing about it,
can be traced to Randy Engel's influence.   And of course, no one in my circle
thought it was important, being that they know that Diane Thompson is not
credible.  But, they forgot that Engel made her sound credible in even her
damning accusations against me and her attempt to forever destroy me,
despite all the work I did and pain suffered in doing the work.

Therefore, when I finally get the time to get Engel to account for her evils in
a court of law, for refusing to undo what she has done, I will not tolerate you
saying, "Oh, she's just an old lady, and she's pro-life."

Firstly, claiming that Randy Engel is pro-life is equivalent to saying that a
kid who never got a hit in baseball was a batter.  Engel is a failure at pro-
life, evidenced by the fact the abortion-on-demand is alive and well, even
to the point where "they" are harvesting organs and making snide jokes
about it.

Plus, Engel definitely is NOT an investigative reporter, evidenced by her
Nov/Dec article which was picked to pieces and found to have been one
contiguous fraudulent misrepresentation.  After all:

-there is no school on July 30 during Pittsburgh Summer vacation, especially
 when a few days away from August's Teachers' In-service days.

-there is no military base in Spartansburg.  Engel was too lazy to fact-check.

-there is no such thing as being taken to police station #1 and being released
  on you own "cognisance" by police, being that you are taken to the county
  jail and then to a magistrate's bench for a bail hearing, and if you are re-
  leased on you own recognizance, it's from the county jail and NOT from
  police station #1, 2, 3, 4, 5, on 500.

-there is no such thing as Detective M.N. Nehouser.  Rather, is was Officer
  Mark Ninehouser who was not a detective in 1978.

-there were NOT two detectives going to Thompson's home, giving her a
 sheet of paper, telling her that she would need it in the future.  That hand-
 written sheet posted online was NOT filled out by any police officer, be-
 ing that officers were required to hand-print reports.

-there was no such "Offense/Incident Report" signed by "Nehouser" or
"Fogle,"  being that they were NOT the detectives Engel said they were,
 and no police officer in 1978 Pittsburgh would sign a handwritten sheet
 of paper, being that all report were to be hand-printed.  Plus, that form
 was NOT the Police Complaint Form that an officer would used.  Such
 a form was the Police Arrest/Complaintant Affidavit.

The list of lies in the Engel article goes on and on and on.  It's a statement
in itself that she has not lifted a finger to make any corrections to her Nov/
Dec 2016 article which proved beyond all doubts that Diane Thompson is
a pathological liar and that Engel is an absolute dupe.  Think:

After 38 years, Randy Engel claimed that the uneducated Diane Thompson
was able to have a detailed memory of every little police procedure which
occurred in 1978, when the truth is that there was simply a cop serving An-
thony Cipolla with a summary notice, along with a look at parish grounds,
in search of credible evidence.  Being that no evidence was found, Diane
Thompson had no choice than to drop her private criminal complaint.
There was no mass retaliation.

Oh, and concerning the claim of Randy Engel that there was a Thomas
Thompson who was the finest printer in the land, uhhhhm, we are talk-
ing Labor Union Pittsburgh and modern technology.  You press a few
buttons, and then machines do the printing for you.  Furthermore, ask
Diane Thompson to which union he belonged ... and the union number
of his local group.  Or was she referring to printing rock concert T-shirts?

     All in all, you believers of Diane Thompson-Mangum-Labiaux, read the  
     following or eat the following in a court of law.

    Incidentally, the pertinence of this document is that, in order to be allowed
    to do construction work on school property in the State of Pennsylvania,
    each worker abolutely must have the Pennsylvania Child Abuse History
    Clearance.  So, you have the evidence that Diane Thompson-Mangum-
    Labiaux is a vicious liar.
