PART 1: Anthony Cipolla was NOT indicted or arrested in 1978 or ever.

If you're wondering why this particular subject matter is up front & on top of the Wuerl-of-Hurt site, it's because August 2026 is the tenth anniversary of Anthony Cipolla's violent death.

The death coincided with publication of a very nasty & defamatory article filled with easily-proven falsehoods which was first titled, "Setting the record straight on Anthony Cipolla."  It was a wall-to-wall outlay of lies, as well as a display of shear arrogance & smugness.

It set nothing straight.  It even found a lasting online home, on November 30, 2016.  And in all that time, despite the evidence-based proof of the many lies told by Randy Engel, her publishers have no idea what legal liability awaits them, pursuant to the legal doctrine of Ongoing Wrong.

However, that particular aspect is 100% confidential and I do not betray my sources.  So, on that specific matter, it's under a cloak of confidentiality, and we simply move on.  None the less, at this site, you can see what the defamatory allegations actually are.

Above:  This is where Donald Wuerl lived, while he was orchestrating the case that would destroy Anthony Cipolla for life and which would simultaneously provide for Wuerl a wide cloak of diversionary cover, for Wuerl's actual abusive priests ...

... and doing so while Wuerl had non-Catholic Ann Rodgers-Melnick of the Pittsburgh Post Gazette LIE to humanity, in proclaiming him to be the bishop of zero tolerance.

Incidentally, I presently live about six blocks away from that house and have done so, since 2022.  This means that I'm typing this post six blocks away from Wuerl's former palatial living quarters which complemented his Marie Antoinette Lifestyle ... otherwise known as his Pillow Mint Lifestyle.

The Actual Points of Defamation

The specific accusations were already online. Randy Engel's very nasty and non-factual article was once headlined under the title, "Setting the Record Straight on Anthony Cipolla."

At present, there is still online the three-part article.  It was a display of egregious defamation which rendered heart patient, Anthony Cipolla, into an untold state of Emotional Distress.  He was in so much shock that you could hear it in his voice.  During the last phone conversation I ever had with him, he simply hung up on me.  Shortly thereafter, he was dead.

More specifically, shortly after knowledge of the contents of Engel's 2016 article reached Anthony Cipolla, he ever-so-coincidentally underwent a cardiac arrhythmia while driving and crashed into a tree.

It was a display of defamation which could also provoke unhinged persons to literally hunt-down and kill Cipolla ... or to starve him out of existence.  However, unhinged people weren't needed to achieve the goal of ousting Cipolla from humanity's midst.  The 2016 Randy Engel article literally killed him.

After all, Cipolla was a heart patient who had multiple heart surgeries.  He was also a diabetic enduring neuropathy.  Then came Randy Engel's ambush of lies, rendering Cipolla into a state shock ... in 2016.  To be more exact, that which Randy Engel did shortly before Cipolla died was play "gotcha journalism.  It was an emotional ambush.  Yet, it was based on a series of easily-provable falsehoods.

Cipolla's End

As was previously mentioned, during the last telephone conversation I had with Anthony Cipolla, in 2016, he was beyond emotionally distressed.  I could hear the frantic quiver, or at least feel it in his voice.  In fact, he literally hung-up on me without ever saying goodbye ... or "till the next time" ... or "catch you later," etc.

Then, a few days later, a 6'6" Penn State grad notified me that the Anthony Cipolla whom he personally admired had died in a car accident.  In as much, if you attach the memory of a guy's stress-ridden voice to the subsequent notification of him being the central focal point in a fatal car crash ... it WILL have its affect on you.

The Profile of the typical Cipolla follower

None the less, there was a purpose for mentioning the messenger of Cipolla's death as a 6'6" Penn State grad.  Well, he was once sent a letter from Joe Paterno's main office, inviting him to join the Nittany Lion football team.

Another admirer of Cipolla whom I met was a varsity wrestler.  Meanwhile, another one was a construction contractor, and he was the one who said to me that Cipolla "was such a wonderful man."

Cipolla's Padre Pio Chaplin replacement was a weightlifter.  Another Cipolla admirer was an actual coal miner who operated dragline excavators, while his son ... another Cipolla admirer ... was a carpenter.

There was even a Cipolla follower who was an electrical engineer for the main electric company, with all of its surging power and the need to possess a sense of maturity to harness such deadly power.

In light of the aforementioned list of Cipolla followers, answer the following question:

If Anthony Cipolla were an effeminate, homosexualistic, pansified, prissy-boy child molester, then why were his male followers all stereotypical macho men?   Hello?   Is anybody home?  Earth to Randy Engel followers.  Come in, Randy Engel followers who are not yet in "assisted care living centers."

More lies in specificity, from the Randy Engel Camp

Here is a three-part series, making restitution for the lies told about Anthony Cipolla which Randy Engel and her accomplices refused to retract for the past ten years.

And remember, there does exist the legal doctrine of Ongoing Wrong.  As of 2026, the horror movie script written by an aging Randy Engel in 2016, and which starred a soon-to-be-dead Anthony Cipolla, is still online, meaning that the defamation is still ongoing.  In as much:

The 2018 Pennsylvania Grand Jury report on Cipolla proved the accusations asserted by Engel to have been falsehoods.  After all, Cipolla was NEVER arrested, there was no DNA evidence in the case, and it took 52 days to get the results of a DNA test in 1978, in the first.  But, Engel claimed that Cipolla was arrested in 2 or 3 day after a DNA test that never occurred, in the first place.

In addition, in 1965, the Spartanburg South Carolina military base had been complete closed in 1947, meaning that Diane Thompson had no husband getting hurt there in any kind of special forces training event.  That 1965 event was just another Diane Thompson lie, like the DNA lie.

Oh, and the tale of two detectives driving her, Frank, and Tucker to a courtroom was another outright lie.  There was only one detective in the 1978, as I explained perhaps a dozen times, previously.

The Original Beginning of this post:

It is best to begin with the most readily & instantaneously identified LIE told by a Mrs Randy Engel, in her 2016 defamatory article on Anthony Cipolla which is still online, in all of its defamatory glory.   This particular averment of Engel is something so easy to prove as a lie that there's nothing to debate.

With this lie heading the lineup card of the Randy Engel's Lies, the reader will easily see that this post is not a matter of personal opinion or debate or sleight of hand semantics.  It's about outright blatant and easily provable lies that made Anthony Cipolla look like the Son of Satan and which made Diane Thompson look like the harrowed victim of destiny.

Then came the LIE of a 1965 Special Forces training collision & explosion involving Diane Thompson's husband, at a Spartanburg South Carolina military base  ...

...  which completely ceased operations in 1947.

According to Mrs Randy Engel, some sort of husband of Diane Thompson underwent a special forces training accident that involved a vehicle collision & "an explosion," during 1965, at a military base in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

That fictional 1965 Spartanburg South Carolina military base accident was said to have been the cue ball which caused Diane Thompson ... the 1978 accuser of Anthony Cipolla ... to be forced to fend for herself as a single mother, in the era of food stamps, welfare checks, and federally funded HUD housing.

The special forces training accident story made Diane Thompson look like a harrowed victim of circumstances.  It then made Cipolla look like a monster taking advantage of a harrowed victim of circumstances.

Now, in the 2016 Renew America article of Randy Engel, it was claimed that Diane Thompson was once married to a Tom Thompson ... in the mid-1960s ... with everything ending perhaps in 1977 with an alleged barbiturate overdose suicide.  Randy described the Spartanburg vehicle crash & explosion as such:

                          ★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★
★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★

Response to Engel's Assertion go as follows:

That Spartanburg South Carolina military base actually CLOSED IN 1946, one year after the end of WWII.  It was then officially disbanded in 1947.  It was called, Camp Croft.  There was no Vietnam-era training there.  The place was a tourist sight in 1965.

Perhaps Diane Thompson meant to say, North Carolina base, instead of South Carolina.  Well, the special forces training center in Camp Mackall, North Carolina, was NOT in operation in the 1960s.  Thus, you cannot say that Diane Thompson meant to say, North Carolina, instead of South Carolina.

This means that you can be assured that Randy Engel's Special Forces Crash & Explosion narration was a deliberate lie, designed to make you "feel sorry" for Diane Thompson and hate Anthony Cipolla all the more.

Below:  Look and see what LIARS Randy Engel & Diane Thompson have been, in the claim that a "second husband" ... or the father of the second son of Diane Thompson .... was heroically serving his country, in Spartanburg, South Carolina, where there was no military base in operation, in the first place.
 ★☆★☆★☆★☆☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★
Now, concerning North Carolina's Camp Mackall, whoever this "second husband" or "father of the second child" of Diane Thompson was, he definitely did NOT do any special forces training there, either.  Thus, he did no special forces training in 1965 in either of the two Carolina states.

To get to Vietnam, you needed to embark from California on the West Coast and NOT from the Carolinas on the East Coast.  Moreover, Spartanburg was inland, near the northern border of South Carolina, far enough away from a coastline.

Plus, in 1965 you needed to train in a hot jungle environment, and North Carolina did not have that environment.  Meanwhile, South Carolina's Camp Croft had already been closed for 18 years, by the time 1965 arrived.

Those two observations, alone, should have alerted the 2016 readers of the defamatory Randy Engel article that the contents of that article were fiction.  In as much, let us now adjourn to the famous Fort Bragg, also located in the Carolinas.

A Randy Engel defender might come to say that Diane Thompson was mistakenly referring to Fort Bragg as the place of Vietnam special forces training, in Thompson's claim that her "second husband" was severely injured during special forces training.

Well, if Fort Bragg were in California or Hawaii or Guam, the special forces claim in the Engel article might have had some legitimacy.  If Fort Bragg were situated in a heated jungle, then the defamatory Engel article of 2016 might have had an element of credibility to it.

HOWEVER, the reality with Fort Bragg is that there was the 5th Special Forces stationed there and the 10th Special Forces Psychological Warfare unit, also.  However, both special forces units were stationed there, only for the purpose of paperwork and management.  Any physical training maneuvers which involved "explosions" were conducted elsewhere, in a heated jungle environment called Vietnam.

Now, the 5th Special Forces was indeed established in 1961 and assigned to Fort Bragg.  HOWEVER, between 1964 and 1971 its special forces training bases were literally IN VIETNAM, to acclimate soldiers to the hot jungle environment.  Thus, there was no second husband of Diane Thompson ... or father of Diane Thompson's second child ... involved in any 1965 special forces training in either one of the two Carolina states, especially in Spartanburg where there were no military training exercises since 1945.

Fort Bragg became the center of Psychological Warfare in 1952, and the 10th Special Forces Group was assigned to be stationed there, in the psychological warfare capacity.  Then, in 1962, JFK moved the embarkation point of 10th Special Forces to the West Coast, being that the West Coast was closer to Vietnam than was North Carolina.

The important point here is that the 10th Special Forces was a cerebral military unit of psychological academics and mind games.  The 10th Special Forces was even involved in radio transmission academics, as well as electronics.  It was an Information Operations unit.

Its training was the opposite of the violence seen in the stereotypical Chuck Norris movie.  The 10th Special Forces Unit was not trained to blow you up.  It was trained to take over your radio stations and to intercept enemy messages, as well as disabling enemy electronics.

It s personnel were trained to intercept your phone call, instead of blowing up the office where your phone was located.  Thus, there was no way in which 10th Special Forces training resulted in any vehicle crash & explosion.

Moreover, there as sure as Hell was no 10th Special Forces training in Spartanburg, South Carolina.

This shows that Diane Thompson was NOT honestly mistaken, but rather, she was a deliberate liar in her harrowing special forces training tale which was nothing more fiction.  There was no second husband of Diane Thompson getting seriously injured in any 1965 special forces training "explosion" in North or South Carolina.

This shows that Diane Thompson ... and and and Randy Engel's "good good New Jersey friend" ... intentionally inflicted emotional distress upon heart patient, Anthony Cipolla, with the help of their asinine dupe, Mrs Randy Engel.

There is a Huge Credibility Problem with the Year 1965

She is allegedly married to a guy named Tom Thompson in 1965, until 1977 or so, upon which he allegedly committed suicide by an overdose of barbiturates.  And then, according to Randy Engel, Cipolla pops-in and starts molesting Diane Thompson's two sons.  Now, for the big credibility problem:

Diane Thompson's eldest son's name in 1978 was Frank Labiaux.  According to the record, Frank Labiaux was 12 years old in 1978.  This would mean that he was born in 1966.  Well, in 1966, a Tom Thompson was allegedly the husband of Diane Thompsons.

So, why does Frank have a different last name, if he is Tom Thompson's son?  Who was his real father of Frank?  Who was real father of Tucker?  And who was the father of Diane Thompson's alleged third son ... as opposed to it being her nephew or step-son ... who actually did die young?

There is even a bigger time problem with the tale of Tom Thompson going from master printer ... in the age of automated printing ... to special forces trainee in 1965 which meant that he at least had to have started his military service in 1962.

Plus, Diane Thompson ... according to Randy Engel ... said that Tom Thompson's trade was that of a printer and that he was one of the finest printing trade craftsmen in the land.

At this point, there is a time problem here.  Firstly, how old was Tom Thompson in 1965 that he could gain the experience of being a master printer and yet end up in America's elite forces with the required three years of previous military experience?  Uhhhhm, there is one thing you need to know about Special Forces recruitment.  That is this:

In order to be recruited and then sent to Special Forces training, you "usually" needed to already have had three years of military experience.  THUS, according to Randy Engel, the master civilian tradesman husband of Diane Thompson started in the military in 1962, even though Engel stated that Diane Thompson married young, indicating that she married one or two equally young men.

This would mean that Tom Thompson was too young and/or inexperienced to have been in the U.S. special forces in 1965 ... or too young to be master printer during the age of automation where master printers were rarely in demand.

Therefore, how did Tom Thompson get the time to become a master printer during an era when the printing trade long since turned "push-button" as far back as in the 1940s.  That is to ask, how did the young Tom Thompson get the time to become a master craftsmen, when there was only the need for only button pushers and engineers?

Below:  Concerning the claim that Tom Thompson was both a master tradesman and a special forces recruit with three years prior military experience, how does a master craftsman in his mere 20's become a master craftsman in the printing trade in 1961, when printing turned automated and became a push-button industry?

Central Pertinent Point, to show the malice of the 2016 Randy Engel & Renew America article which made Anthony Cipolla look like the Anti-Christ & the Son of Satan

In 2016, Randy Engel assured us, with great confidence ... amidst the undertone of a novelist's suspicion ... that the evidence of Anthony Cipolla being a serial molester was blatant.  She stated that the evidence existed in the fact that Cipolla was "moved around" a lot of times, in a five-year period.  He was given multiple parish assignments in as many years.

According to Engel, this is unheard-of, and is the tell-tale sign of a molester.  According to reality, however, the multiple parish assignments given to a newly ordained priest was something quite common.  Engel erroneously concluded that:

Of course, Randy Engel was making it look as if Anthony Cipolla kept getting caught molesting youth after youth, followed by him being assigned to a different parish, as a cover-up, over and over again.  This is why multi-million dollar defamation lawsuits exist and why I personally believe that Randy Engel needed to be indicted for Homicide by Fright, as soon as Cipolla died in 2016.

In her claiming that it was "unusual" for a newly ordained priest to be frequently shifted from parish to parish, Engel LIED.  It was and is very common for a newly ordained priest to be shifted-around, simply for the sake of gaining experience.  Plus, these are the guys who are young enough have the energy to reach out, move around, and cover distances that an aging priest is too tired to cover.  Observe the reality of a newly ordained diocesan priest ... even in the 1970s, according to Archdio of D.C, Archdio of Denver, EWTN, and other Catholic sources:

ABOVE: Get into reality and take note that the 'TYPICAL NUMBER OF MOVES" made by "NEWLY ORDAINED PRIESTS" are usually "UP TO 5 IN 5 YEARS."

Now, Anthony Cipolla became a NEWLY ORDAINED PRIEST on May 27th, 1972.  Thus, it was expected for him to have been  assigned to as many as five parishes in his first five years.

MOREOVER, instead of getting arrested in 1972 or 1973 or 1974, he received COMMENDATIONS which were known as "a recognition" & "an expression of appreciation" ... even from POLICE!!!!

Therefore, according to Randy Engel and her "good good New Jersey friend," the police were engaged in the cover-up of a molester priest.  To normal people, however, the police were acknowledging a priest who found a way to keep kids "off the streets" and "out of trouble."  So, were the police the accomplices of a molester or is Randy Engel the stereotypical & predictable gossipy hag of absolutely worthless value?

Another Example of the outright LIES in the 2016 Randy Engel article.  According to Engel's 2016 article:

Response:  Firstly, once criminal charges are filed anywhere in the USA, a civilian CANNOT "drop the charges."  This includes Diane Thompson.  I repeatedly explained this in prior posts.  Only a judge ... or magistrate ... as well as a DA ... or solicitor ... can drop criminal charges once they are filed.

Thus, it was IMPOSSIBLE for the diocese to intimidate Diane Thompson into "dropping charges against Cipolla" WHICH WERE NEVER FILED IN THE FIRST PLACE.

And there was ZERO semen found on Tucker Thompson, and there was NO DNA testing of any kind performed in the 1978 case.  It was already explained in detail in other posts.

                ★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★☆★

Secondly,  the name was NOT "Nehouser."  It was Mark Ninehouser and he was NOT a detective.  In fact, I spoke with Mark at length, person to person, and Mark came off as a Most Excellent Gentleman, in the Keanu Reeves definition of the phrase.

Randy Engel did NOT speak with Mark.  I did.  She wouldn't have even known how to get in touch with him.

In 1978, Mark Ninehouser and Robert Fogle were uniformed police officers ... men in blue ... who were sent to Diane Thompson's apartment, on July 25th, 1978.  They did nothing more than jot down her story, transposed it on an official form, and then handed it over to the detective's desk, never to speak with Diane Thompson again.

Ninehouser & Fogle did NOT drive her or Tucker or Frank to any court venue, talking to her while driving.  They talked to her once only, on July 25, 1978.  They gave her no sheet of paper, saying that she was going to need it in the future.

Oh, and as a general and non-specific fact concerning any sheet of paper being proven as an authentic one from 1978, and NOT a newly forged one in 2016,  such a sheet paper needs to be slightly yellowed ... and NOT jet white.  Even at that, I am only stating a general, at-large fact.

Now, Fogle did do "undercover" & "plain clothes" police duty.  But, this is different than being a detective.  Cases have one detective only who does the mental work.  The problem is that Diane Thompson watched too many episodes of the fictional TV series, Starsky & Hutch.

Cipolla was never criminally indicted and/or arrested in the first place, and in order to be arraigned and then to schedule a preliminary hearing, you have to first be arrested.

As I stated a half dozen times previously, I personally spoke at length, in a polite and informative conversation, with Mark Ninehouser.  Moreover, I located him through the Pittsburgh Steeler Organization.

Mark clearly explained what I ... and what you ... needed to know about Diane Thompson's very false assertion of him and his partner being detectives assigned to the Cipolla Case, as if they were Starsky & Hutch.

In fact, Mark explained how Randy Engel LIED in her descriptions of where a defendant in Pittsburgh gets arraigned, in the first place.  In 1978, no one got arraigned at Police Station #9, near Bidwell St.  Defendants got arraigned at GRANT STREET, in a courtroom and NOT in a police station.  Or they got arraigned at the night court venue.

Engel mentioned, in her defamatory 2016 article that hearings in the Cipolla case ... in a couple of instances ... occurred at police stations.  The proper response to that assertion is:

The whole "Nehouser" & Fogle detective duo story was a lie.  It was another one of Diane Thompson's many falsehoods, and Randy Engel fell for it as she fell for a catalogue of Diane Thompson's MANY LIES which were easy to prove as LIES.

We adjourn to the Cassock in the Heat of July Lie, in re 1978

In 2016, Randy Engel was either 76 or 78 years old.  After all, she graduated from the State Univ of New York, at Cortland, in 1961.  Thus, unless if she were a child genius who graduated college at the age of 12, Randy Engel was at least born in 1940.  My source stated that Randy was born in 1938.

The bottom line is that, in Randy Engel, we were not dealing with a master genius from the collegiate National Honors Society or an inductee of the Phi Sigma Iota International Foreign Language Society or a member of the International High IQ Society or someone who actually was published along side noted laureates such as Walt Whitman Award winners and National Book Award winners.

According to the aging female writer, Randy Engel, it was in the Heat of Late July (in 1978), when the man formerly known as Father Anthony Cipolla was wearing a CASSOCK, while intruding on a single mom who, five days earlier, called the police and accused Cipolla of molesting a child or two of hers.

As a reminder, Diane Thompson said that she had to "pry the information " out of Tucker ... after talking and talking and talking to him, finally getting the answer she sought, almost immediately after After Cipolla told her that his parish did not have the money to pay her monthly apartment and therefore could not do so.

This 1978 claim of having to "pry for information" from the young Tucker was the same type of thing said by the occasional social worker who pried outrageously ridiculous accusations from the mouths of the McMartin PreSchool children of the 1980s.

There are a number of cases where a mother or a social worker claimed to have finally "pried out incriminating information" from youths who accused certain adults of outrageous crimes.  Each one of those cases turned out to be a hoax prompted by ... instigated by ... a relentless mother or social worker who kept badgering the children being interrogated for the answer that the mother or social worker wanted to hear.

Cassocks-in-July is a fictional tale

Concerning Randy Engel stating that Anthony Cipolla appeared on the porch of Diane Thompson's apartment in the Heat of July, while Tucker was diligently doing his homework in the middle of Summer Vacation, take note:

Cassocks are for cold-weather months, and are NOT typically worn in late July ... in the Northern Hemisphere ... in case you didn't know.

BTW, I asked a few former followers of Anthony Cipolla if anyone of them ever saw Cipolla dressed in a cassock.  The answer was always, "No."  All of the Cipolla followers with whom I spoke said that they never saw Anthony Cipolla in a cassock.  So stated for the record.

Meanwhile, Mrs Randy Engel also asserted that Cipolla appeared while Young Tucker was diligently doing his homework at a kitchen table ... on July 30th, 1978.  Well, ladies & gentlemen, this was during the HEART OF SUMMER VACATION, when school had been out for over 7 weeks ... and while there were still five or so weeks of Summer Vacation remaining, before the ringing of the first school bell of 1978.

The Motive in Demonizing Cipolla

Randy Engel's "good good New Jersey friend" manipulated the contents of the 2016 article, in order to drastically demonize an Anthony Cipolla whom she literally wanted off of Planet Earth

I personally spoke with Randy Engel's good good New Jersey friend for many hours.  She wanted Cipolla completely disregarded, avoided, and entirely ignored.   She vehemently, in a paranoiac tone of voice, kept telling me to not even begin the Cipolla investigation.  I complied ... until I was handed a box of documentation on the case.  And then my conscience was alerted.

Well, if she were a woman of truth, then she would have invited me to continue investigating Cipolla, to prove without the shadow of a doubt that he was guilty of molestation.  It were as if that woman feared that numerous pieces of exculpatory evidence in favor of Cipolla would arise.  And exculpatory evidence kept rising like artifacts during an archeological excavation.

Cipolla was in too much pain to molest or hurt anyone in 2016

The huge issue concerning the outright paranoia of Randy Engel's "good good New Jersey friend" is that, in 2016, Anthony Cipolla had painful and debilitating medical conditions which included heart surgery, a previous minor heart attack, and diabetic neuropathy.  I heard Cipolla in pain many times, over the phone.  And yes, it included the predictable back pain.  Yet, Randy Engel's "good good New Jersey friend" saw Cipolla as a danger to humanity.

In my private citizen's personal opinion, the "good good New Jersey friend" of Mrs Randy Engel wanted Cipolla dead, and she got what she wanted.

The Harrowing July Homework Fairy Tale ... in addition to the "Cassock in July" tale:

Concerning the claim that Young Tucker was doing homework at a kitchen table on July 30th, 1978, a person set on defending Randy Engel's 2016 defamatory writing would respond, by claiming that Young Tucker was probably doing Summer School homework.  Well, that conjecture is very easy to disprove.  Observe:

According to the Pittsburgh Teachers' Union Contract of the late 1970s, there was to be no summer school occurring in the final week of July.  This was done, so that union teachers could get valid vacation time before the start of the "teachers' in-service days" which immediately occurred a few days before the start of the school year.

Moreover, the start of the school year was scheduled to immediately follow Labor Day.  Thus, the Teachers' In-Service Days were scheduled for Late August.

This is why the union contract made sure that there would be NO SUMMER SCHOOL in the last week of July.  In as much, it is 100% certain that the Young Tucker was NOT doing any summer school homework on July 30th, 1978, as Randy Engel claimed.

Moreover, the 1978 accusing mother could have easily gotten a Restraining Order against Cipolla.  She could have simply called the police, if he did appear on her porch in a cassock, on July 30th.  But of course, the entire story can be written-off as a deliberate lie, because it was one big lie to have claimed that Tucker was doing homework during a time when there was no school.

No one in the early 1970s youth groups ever accused Cipolla

If Anthony Cipolla were such a notorious child molester, then why did no one from any of his early 1970s youth groups ever accuse him of any wrongdoing?  People in those youth groups had 53 years to come forth and state their accusations.

In fact, if Cipolla ever molested you, call me.  I'm actually polite when speaking, because you have to be even-keeled and properly mannered, in order to get residential & commercial construction work.

I no longer am in government contract work which necessitated the lowest bid and a pile of paperwork, without first giving a sales pitch.  Speaking nicely to people is now required ... simply to win their trust.  Thus, I have had a lot of practice in the niceness mode of communication.

BTW, if you are a stranger to the concept of "Niceness," it was coined by Mel Brooks & Buck Henry, for the NBC TV Get Smart comedy series.  Yes, Maxwell Smart was fighting for Niceness & the American Way, against KAOS agents.  And of course, this was a pun on CHAOS.

Even a confidentiality clause of decades past would have come forth during the 2002 media onslaught of Catholic bishop cover-ups, if and only if Cipolla were a serial molester of youth in the early 1970s.  But, no such non-disclosure agreements were reported among any of Cipolla's early '70s youth group members.

There is zero indication that any member of those youth groups came forth and accused Cipolla of any physical wrongdoing in the '70s, the '80s, the '90s, etc.

MORE IMPORTANTLY, my former neighbor of many years, the late Attorney John Conte, had lined-up dozens of character witnesses for Anthony Cipolla, in the Tim Bendig lawsuit trial that Wuerl made sure would not occur.

If that civil court trial had transpired, then Bendig would have been crushed and obliterated by the testimony of dozens of male youths stating under oath that Anthony Cipolla never tried any sexual exploits on them ... and that none of them ever saw Anthony Cipolla doing anything suspicious or obscene with Tim Bendig.  It would have been Case-Closed for all time.  Wuerl would have no longer had his scapegoat.

So think!!!!   Dozens of male youths were ready to take the stand as pro-Cipolla character witnesses and swear under oath that Cipolla did nothing intrusive to them.

However, one of the witnesses was being coached by an assistant attorney, to say something on the stand that no one could prove to be true or false.  It had to do with some kind of a red blotch on Cipolla's arm or neck or wherever.   The witness was a nephew of Cipolla, and the nephew never had respect for Cipolla, ever since.  But, it was the attorney who deserved the disrespect.

You see, Tim Bendig's attorney brought that blotch mark into the conversation, in order to insinuate that Cipolla contracted some sort of sexual disease, thereby suggesting that Cipolla was an out-of-control animal who would go out of his way to have his way with Bendig.

So, the assistant attorney of my former neighbor, John Conte, told Cipolla's nephew to say that the red mark was from a spider bite.  Now, how was Cipolla's nephew supposed to have known this?  It was stupid advice.

PLUS, both one of Diane Thompson's sons never offered to sit down with me and talk, in order to prove to me that they were telling the truth about Cipolla.  That is to say, I never got to cross-examine Frank & Tucker.  Well, if they had truth on their side ... and had no falsehoods to hid ... then they would have had no problem speaking with me.

All in all, I never had the opportunity to video-tape an interview of Frank and/or Tucker, for a body language expert to evaluate.  In fact, you would logically think that Frank & Tucker would be so outraged at me, for calling their mother a liar, that they would have demanded to sit down with me, do their talking and set the record straight.  But, they didn't.  It would plausibly seem to the reasonable person that they are hiding something ... something like false accusations.  Wouldn't you say so?

12 Year Olds have been caught lying.  But, people didn't think so in the 1970s.

The sole detective of the short-lived 1978 Cipolla investigation mentioned in his 2018 grand jury testimony why he believed the damning accusations against Cipolla, as were told by the then-twelve year old son of Diane Thompson, in 1978.

The former detective said that he only believed what the 12 year old boy said to him in 1978, because he was a 12 year old boy.  The detective of 1978 didn't think that any 12 year old child was capable of lying to a police officer.

That belief was common amongst Americans in the late 1970s.  This is why the hoaxes of the 1980s, such as the McMartin Pre-School farce, was so easy to orchestrate.

Of course, in subsequent years, court cases showed that 9, 10, 11, and 12 year old students most certainly do lie.  This means that you have to test any junior high school student's testimony for cracks & contradictions, just like anyone else's testimony.

None the less, concerning the 1978 Probable Cause Hearing which came after the issuing of a Summary Notice, the sole detective's 2018 grand jury testimony ... of the 1978 case ... as soon as it was made known to him that the Cipolla Case was going to be dismissed ... was reportedly this:

[I] didn’t recall seeing Father Cipolla, but I do recall there was – – approximately – – there was five men and it has been a while back.

I don’t know if they were all attorneys or who they belonged to. But one of them approached me and told me that the mother doesn’t want to press charges and they - - to the effect - - they didn’t want to get the priest in any trouble or hurt the priest.  Something to that effect.

And I said, ‘Well, what about the boy?’ And I didn’t get an answer. So I kind of asked again. I said, ‘What do we want to do with the boy? He is the one who is the victim here.’

And of course, the sole detective whose last name began with McG... only believed that Cipolla was guilty because Detective McG believed that a 12 year old eldest brother was incapable of lying to police.  Of course, the 1980s McMartin case proved that 9, 10, 11, and 12 year old children are very capable of telling ridiculous lies with a straight face.

(Note on Due Process:  When a judge would find probable cause for an indictment, he/she would do what was known as "issue process."  Then, and only then, does the person end up getting indicted and then arrested & arraigned.)

In 1978, no one issued process on Anthony Cipolla.  And in 2026, after a deep-dive investigation which included searching America for those involved in the 1978 case, it turned out that Diane Thompson and her eldest son repeatedly lied in their "averments of fact."  Those lies were as bad as those told by the McMartin witnesses of 1983 to 1990.

The 1978 Pittsburgh detective automatically played jury, declaring Cipolla guilty, because Detective McG believed that 12 year old big brothers didn't lie.  Well, school teachers know that 12 year youths do lie.

The detective should have simply  said, "But, we had an element of probable cause in the 1978 case which needed follow-up."

The probable cause was the stethoscope, IF and ONLY IF there were no evidence of Cipolla occasionally sending medical supplies to the foreign mission with whom he was once associated.  And of course, his association with that mission was as a seminarian.

BTW, the yearly Michigan trip of Cipolla was to the grounds of that religious order.  The purpose of that yearly trip was to inspire Catholic youth to aspire to the priesthood.

Anyway, the 2018 testimony of the sole detective of the 1978 case also said:

And I was kind of ignored, to be honest about it. And the case was dropped, thrown out, whatever you want to call it, and it was nothing that the police – – that we could do because the Magistrate went along with it and dumped the case.  So here we are today.

Randy Engel should have first studied Anatomy

Now, if Cipolla did molest Tucker, it was NOT the way Randy Engel said it was repeatedly done.  Such an action would have caused any nine year a lot of physical pain.  This is due to the Science of Anatomy.  And quite frankly, I do NOT want to get graphic here.

Once again, the 1978 detective did NOT test the youth's allegations for contradictions.  He immediately believed anything the youth said, simply because the youth was a youth and youths were immaculately honest people who were incapable of lying ... NOT.

If the woman formerly known as Diane Thompson were in the danger she later claimed she was ... at the hands of Cipolla in 1978 ... police would have had due cause to arrest multiple persons, including Cipolla.  Thus, she would NOT have had to have fled her apartment.

The conjecture is that Diane Thompson failed to pay rent and faced eviction.  Cipolla wasn't out to get her.  All that Cipolla had to do was relocate and stay as far away from her as possible.

Her Lies about Yours Truly, shows that she IS a liar, per se

This Diane Thompson also claimed that you could search the internet all day and not find any proof of my existence.  She simultaneously claimed that Cipolla was operating this site, under my name, while operating some kind of sex ring.

Now, if you have money and you state about me what Thompson did ... and I learn of it ... I'm going to sue you with the intention of utterly destroying the sum total of your defamatory existence.  Your attorney can be the one giving you lessons on law and civil court, as well as the history of Italian vengeance.  I suffered too much in life than to die defamed.

And of course, the attorneys with whom I consulted, to sue Diane Thompson for defamation, simply mentioned the word, "uncoverable."  This refers to the fact that suing her was not going to result in any cash award actually being obtained by the law firm.  Therefore, no lawyer was out there who was going to file a defamation lawsuit against someone who had no vast bank account.

Wuerl benefited by letting financially impoverished people commit defamation for him ... by committing defamation which benefited Wuerl.  Those people were surrogates doing his "bidding" for him.

None the less, it has been ten years since Cipolla's violent death, and this site continues to be operated.  That, alone, is proof that I exist ... or else Cipolla's ghost is operating this site.  That would make this site haunted.

Therefore, if you go to this site, and cups and saucers suddenly start flying around you, with kitchen drawers opening and closing at will, then this site is being operated by Cipolla's ghost.  If not, then you know Diane Thompson to be nothing but a liar.

None the less, if you claim as true anything defamatory that the woman formerly known as Diane Thompson stated about me, get a lawyer.  And remember, I'm Italian.  So, do the math on what that means ... and go for it.

Was revealed to me

Now, something was revealed to me about Diane Thompson's mindset, during the days when she originally learned that I repeatedly caught her lying ... in the 2010s.  She was in utter traumatic distress, because she was in a position to loose a massive settlement, if the authorities of the Pittsburgh Diocese weren't either corrupt or utterly stupid.

She WAS terrified of me and wanted me out of the picture.  She even doxed me, enabling some fanatic to find me and to violently take me out of the picture.

The revelation about Diane Thompson being terrified of me came from the mouth of someone in her camp, into my ears.  The Diane Thompson People were ... and probably still are ... really, really, REALLY stupid.

Enter the Self-Righteous Randy Engel, judge of us all

The importance of the female writer named Randy Engel is that she used to be the one who edited Anthony Cipolla's Padre Pio Group periodical, called "Thorns & Roses," for consecutive years after Wuerl defrocked Cipolla on account of the St. Luke Institute's diagnosis of Clinical Depression & Suicidal Tendencies.  She knew all about the accusations against Cipolla, but dispelled them ... for years.

As you read her 2016 text, you instantly see that Engel didn't know the first thing about the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure.  This is because Engel's narration of a 1978 arrest and  arraignment which never happened in the first place was NOT the way defendants were processed in Pennsylvania.  That, alone, proves the 2016 Engel text to be  defamatory fiction.

In addition, Wuerl hyper-publicized and misrepresented the Cipolla Case as a diversionary tactic which concealed from the public all of Wuerl's actual cover-ups of priests who actually did get convicted in criminal courts of law ... or who should have been convicted.

Wuerl obstructed justice, and he used the hyped-up version of the Cipolla case in the obstruction thereof.   But, in 2018, all came tumbling down for Donald Wuerl.  He was found to be the opposite of the super-hero he was made-out to be.

In addition, a third person did contact Ann Rodgers-Melnick, reporting a priest cover-up of Donald Wuerl.  But of course, she ignored that third person.

Once again, in my private citizen's personal opinion of a public figure ... as is protected under NY Times v Sullivan (1964) ...  Donald William Wuerl was the opposite of St Francis of Assisi, St Francis Xavier, St Francis de Sales and every other St. Francis in the Catholic Church's list of saints.  That list is called, the Roman Martyrology.  Incidentally, martyr means "witness."

Concerning Randy Engel's age, she began journalism shortly after her college  graduation which occurred in 1961.  Thus, one can assume that Randy was born somewhere in the vicinity of 1940 or so.  Therefore, she was in her 70s in 2016.  Incidentally, Randy was a grad of the State University of New York at Cortland; SUNY Cortland.

I personally knew Randy.  In fact, she, Mike Ference, and I were simultaneously interviewed on some type of internet radio talk show thing, in the early 2010s.

One of the two interviewers turned out to be my long lost cousin ... literally.  He was a second-cousin raised somewhere near the Penn State campus.  His mom ... a woman I did meet ... had a restaurant near the Nittany Lion stadium.  Yes, it was a super coincidence.

Cipolla died the same year as the Engel Text ... from a heart attack

In 2016, Randy Engel seemed to have seen herself as Cipolla's executioner, in letting him endure untold emotional distress which lead to his 2016 death.  That was sick and twisted of her.

Simply because a person speaks or writes with confidence, in an assured tone (or rhythm), it doesn't mean that the person is telling the truth.  The 1980s McMartin Case, alone, proved this to be so.

In addition, Diane Thompson later claimed that Cipolla's followers smashed all her windows and slit all her car tires, in the Summer of 1978.  Well, this occurred BEFORE Cipolla was put in charge of the already-existent Padre Pio prayer group which was founded in the 1960s.  He had no Padre Pio Prayer Group followers as of yet.  This means that he didn't have a group of followers to go out and smash windows for him.

Of course, Randy Engel water-downed that particular falsehood in 2016, by claiming that only one window was vandalized.  Well, Randy Engel must have lived a sheltered life.  When people commit retaliation, they don't waste their time smashing only one window.  They go for the Kill.  The Randy Engel of 2016 had no wisdom ... or common sense.

Of course, the big lie in this situation is that Randy Engel suggested that Diane Thompson was being intimidated into "dropping charges" against Cipolla which is something is no civilian in any jurisdiction in the USA is capable of doing.  Only a judge ... including a magistrate ... or a DA ... including a solicitor ... is capable of dismissing a criminal case.

The concept of the abbreviated expression, "do you want to file charges" literally means:

"Do you want to file a private criminal complaint which will first be reviewed by the DA's office, and IF the DA's office finds no probable cause for indictment, then a probable cause hearing will be conducted at a local magistrate's office, to see if the magistrate sees cause to "issue process."

Moreover, today, if a DA's office and a local magistrate decline to indict a person accused of a crime in a private citizen 's complaint, the same private citizen can then file a civil action in United States district court, to get an injunction ordering the local DA to file criminal charges.

If the federal district judge doesn't grant the injunction, then the accused person goes about his/her life, even to the point of suing the private citizen who defamed the accused person.

This all means that, once a person is indicted, arrested, and arraigned no amount of vandalizing anything will result in a private citizen dropping criminal charges, because only a DA's office or judge can dismiss a criminal case.  Thus, the window smashing accusation was yet another lie.

Senior Citizen Church Goers are NOT notorious window smashers

By the way,  the windows of that single mom's apartment were NOT smashed at all, and her car tires were NOT slit, either.  After all, the majority of Padre Pio Group members were either retired or disabled, meaning that they didn't have the energy to commit felonies, in the first place.

Of course, Cipolla was not yet in charge of any Padre Pio Group that would have members go out and start smashing windows, during the hours between them cashing their social security checks, seeing their doctors for arthritic medical conditions, and playing checkers at the local senior citizen's hall.  Padre Pio Prayer Group members were NOT the Hell's Angels, to say the least.

Cipolla NEVER had to register as a sex offender ...

... and TWO DA offices said that there was neither evidence nor corroborating witnesses in Tim Bendig's accusations.  And the Vatican never tried Cipolla on any sex abuse accusation made by Tim Bendig.

It's too bad that the "good good New Jersey friend" of Randy Engel did not find the psychiatrist she needed, because she was nuts.  She was so bad that her wardrobe closet needed a straight-jacket in it.  She was frantically OBSESSED with Cipolla.  So, she got Randy Engel to write the 2016 article which was wall-to-wall lies, as has already been illustrated ... even in this post.

BTW, concerning scaring people to death, there literally is a criminal offense called Homicide by Fright.  But, that is for sudden shock events.  Those events which cause days of continued emotional trauma and which result in a heart attack need to be prosecuted, too.

Cipolla was never arrested.  Thus, Cipolla was never convicted of any sex offense.  This means that Cipolla was never required to register anywhere as a sex offender.

He was only removed from priesthood ministry for DEPRESSION & SUICIDAL TENDENCIES.  Thus, it was never a crime for Cipolla to apply for a job as a youth group counselor or camp counselor.

It was only a civil offense, actionable in civil court, for him to have posed as a priest in good standing and to apply for a job as a chaplain.  But, it required a civil court order to have him removed from anywhere he was hired as chaplain.  Cipolla was even able to legally apply for a job as a layman catechism teacher or a layman news reporter, etc.

Wuerl was never man enough to stand in front of a camera and emphatically state this, so as to prevent confusion and false beliefs.  Rather, Wuerl orchestrated the false light beliefs, purposely allowing the mistaken beliefs and confusion to set like cement.

Concerning Tim Bendig, from personal one-on-one experience, I discovered that Bendig really was a wall-to-wall liar.  What he did with his relatively hefty settlement money also proved him to be a liar.  There's more evidence of Bendig having been nothing more than a con artist.  But, for now, remember that he had me fooled ... until he kept on talking and told me four lies in a row.

Meanwhile, as Tim Bendig was telling me his third lie in a row, in the silence of my mind, I literally thought, "Wow.  Cipolla really is innocent, after all."  This is at least the case concerning the very rigged Bendig Case.

And again, as I stated eight, ten, or twelve times previously, the famous & infamous 1993 Vatican Rehearing had nothing to do with Bendig's accusations against Cipolla.  It had to do with answering the following question:

Did Wuerl have the right to dismiss Cipolla from the clerical state, solely on account of a diagnosis of Clinical Depression & Suicidal Tendencies, given to Cipolla by the St Luke Institute in Maryland?

Here is the For The Record Section, due to the gossipy hag nature of the Randy Engel People

During the same time frame, Engel called me to play 'gotcha journalism' with her too.  Her "good good New Jersey friend" was absolutely certain that I was not in construction ... because of my asthma ... even though that New Jersey lady knew nothing about the new water-based product revolution, as well as the occasional & new Zero VOC products which saved me from many an asthma attack.

This vicious New Jersey Gossip also did not know about federal disability "reasonable accommodations" as it applied to asthmatic in the workplace which was something relatively new.

My present accommodations includes a place exactly 2.1 miles away from me where I take any construction product that gives me an asthma attack.  There are also two garages 12 miles away where I can take anything that triggers my asthma, as long as it's not flammable.  Plus, if an asthma attack is triggered ... and a concrete truck is not there in need of someone to pour the concrete ... I may leave the site and not get fired.

I have poured concrete during an asthma attack, due to proximity toward something from where chemical reeked into the outdoor air.  I kept walking away, to catch my breathe, and went right back to the concrete truck.  Professional are very patient around asthmatics.  It's the trash who doesn't work who yells and screams at you when you are having an asthma attack.

I even did construction in 2026, with a number of witnesses attached ... as well as numerous signatures to the purchase of construction materials.  So, if you want to join the defamatory New Jersey hag's side, then let's go to.  If you want a war, you got one.  Cipolla lost his.  I won't loose mine, in the end.

Part 2 of the For The Record Section

I wanted to talk to Randy about it.  But, the last thing Randy ever said to me over the phone was that she had no reason to believe that I was in construction, asking how it was ever possible for me to do construction work with my asthma.

This meant that I had no credibility in her very mistaken eye.  Of course, she mentioned that her "good good New Jersey friend" came up with that conclusion, and therefore, according to Randy Engel, only her "good good New Jersey fried" was correct.

So, she acted as if I never worked in construction at all, even though there were over a thousand construction company paychecks issued to me, in my official name ... even even though I signed over a thousand purchase orders & vouchers & delivery tickets, concerning construction material.

And then there are the many witnesses, comprising other construction workers, inspectors, warehouse workers, subcontractors shooting the breeze with me between shifts, and security guards who let me into the building and that building, as well as the occasional police officer checking out the newcomer to this site or that site, just to make sure that I wasn't burglar.

There were also numerous homeowners of the houses I renovated; one after the other after other ... in addition to Randy Engel's requirement to explain why I had in my possession a lot of padlock keys, door keys, desk keys, and vehicle keys ranging from pickup trucks to vans to backhoes and skidsteers.  I have had the key to a 52,000 lb Link Belt excavator.  Only a veteran in construction trusted by the owner of the company would have that many keys, as well as access to all of the blank checks and credit cards.

For the record, if you have money and you claim that I am or was a fraud only pretending to be in construction, while engaged in some kind of criminal activity, then and I are going to court.  So, for a quick reminder of me having started construction in 1992, and having been on about 300 construction sites ... even for the US Army Corps of Engineers, the URA, HUD, and the US Dept of Energy ... despite the fact that I was a respiratory invalid from 2004 to 2012, take a quick peak:

My signature is on those purchase orders.  There were about a thousand more of those in existence, as purchase orders, or vouchers, or delivery tickets.   You must understand that Randy Engel was not the infallible vicar of God ... or messenger of God ... or even God's favorite.  In 2016, she was a full blown idiot who followed her "good good New Jersey friend" like a brain-washed recruit followed a cult leader.

Below:  That's me operating heavy equipment on the former grounds of the formerly world famous Aliquippa J&L Steel Works.  If you say otherwise, then you get to say it to a judge.  I'm tired of these modern-day gossipy hags not caring whose life they destroy.
