There is/was A LOT of exculpatory evidence in the Anthony Cipolla Case which includes proof that the woman formerly known as Diane Thompson ... along with her eldest son ... outright lied ... and repeatedly lied. Before all else, you need to learn the following things.
More specifically, Cipolla was served with a Summary Notice to appear at a Probable Cause Hearing, on August 28, 1978. Yet the 1978 journalist described the Summary Notice as an indictment. The incompetent journalist of 1978 described it as an arrest.
The reason why a Probable Caused Hearing was scheduled was because the police had no evidence against Cipolla, and therefore, the police could not file a police criminal complaint, otherwise known as a Police Affidavit. If there existed the evidence that Diane Thompson and her then-twelve old son claimed that there was, Cipolla would have been placed in handcuffs without being summoned to an August 28th, 1978 hearing. Therefore ====>
The truth is that the scheduled August 28th hearing was to see if there were due cause to file an indictment against Cipolla, in the first place. The hearing was to see if he was going to be arrested. No arrest transpired.
We adjourn to the 1978 Cipolla Case which ever-so-coincidentally occurred almost exactly after Diane Thompson asked Anthony Cipolla to get his pastor to pay Diane Thompson's monthly apartment rent, followed by the pastor saying to Cipolla that the parish wasn't a charity organization and couldn't afford to pay Diane Thompson's rent.
Now, it's important to note that, in the late 1970s, a white single mother faced significant danger when living in the HUD welfare projects. So, it would be expected to find a white single welfare mother vehemently trying to avoid living in the projects. So, such women would do what they could to get charity for living in other venues of housing. HUD project housing in the late 1970s was NOT safe housing:
Below is a timeline consensus, from AI
In review, in order to prevent air-headed misunderstanding: The 1978 Cipolla Case lasted 34 days, and there was NO ARREST. There was only a scheduled PROBABLE CAUSE HEARING, and such hearings were designed to discern if whether or not there were cause to file charges in the first place.
The August 1978 hearing was cancelled an hour or so before it started, by Diane Thompson, herself. Plus, there were NOT two detectives assigned to the case. There was only one.
The 34 day time span is pivotal to note, because, in 1978, it took approximately 52 days for the results of a seminal fluid test to be issued by any lab. There was NO POSITIVE seminal fluid evidence involved in 1978 Cipolla case, at all.
And remember, Cipolla was NEVER indicted for any type of molestation in any court, ever. This means that he was NEVER arrested and NEVER arraigned. In fact, he was NOT tried at the Vatican for any of Tim Bendig's accusations. Moreover, two District Attorney offices found Bendig to have ZERO corroborating witnesses and ZERO physical evidence.
Yet, Randy Engel's 2016 has a narration of arraignment appearances that never happened in the first place, and which never happened to any human in the district of Allegheny County the way Engel described such hearings.
I talked to one of the two actual uniformed police officers who went to Thompson's apartment in 1978 ... to take her statement and then give it to the sole detective assigned to the case. He definitively explained the court process and I already posted the details on another post. I'm not going to repeat them here. After all, there is a search box on this page. The bottom line is that Randy got the whole process all wrong, proving that her 2016 defamatory article was one big lie.
I already explained how the Pennsylvania Rules of Criminal Procedure operated, in this type of case. I even mentioned where, in Pittsburgh, a recently arrested defendant got arraigned, in 1978. Randy Engel claimed that people were arraigned elsewhere.
This is another instance showing that her 2016 defamatory Cipolla article was a wall-to-wall lie engineered by her overly paranoiac "good good New Jersey friend" with whom I spoke for hours. This "good good New Jersey friend" of Randy Engel's would talk and talk and talk and talk, until my landline phone ran out of battery power.
In my private citizen's personal opinion of her, she was a hate-filled gossip ... and a fear-filled gossip .... and she had a sense of "glamor arrogance," being that she proudly said that all the gay guys wanted to be like her "ballerina" daughter. And I don't know if her daughter even took ballet lessons or not.
The pertinent fact in this matter is that Randy Engel's "good good New Jersey friend" was a nurse. Now, nurses know that intense or prolonged stress can cause heart attacks upon those with heart conditions. By her actions, Randy Engel's "good good New Jersey friend" was saying to Cipolla, "Die you scum-sucking pig."
And concerning the aggravation of this "good good New Jersey friend" of Randy Engel, I once posted a Maciel article of hers ... at her dictatorial request ... on this very site. Then, maybe an hour or two later, she's mildly frantic ... deeply concerned ... about getting sued for defamation by the Maciel People. She told me to take it offline. Okay fine.
Then, maybe one, two, or three days later, she calls me up and tells me to post the Maciel article yet again. During the posting, the web-provider temporarily closed for maintenance purposes. Then, this woman's competition sees this half-done post online and reports on how badly it was done.
NEXT, Randy Engel's "good good New Jersey friend" badgered me into responding to her competition in some kind of comment board. So, as to shut that badgering woman up, I posted something, and she called me back, saying, "You did good, kid." I felt like Enzo the Baker in the hospital front-steps scene of Godfather Part 1.
The bottom line here is that I only saw high-school-level pettiness from a person acting as if to be on a mission from the Eternal God. This person's mind was still in high school, competing with the other girls in the high school in her mind. This is the person who orchestrated the contents of the 2016 defamatory Engel article.
This is the same woman who confidently claimed that I was a fraud only pretending to be in construction, even though there are hundreds of witnesses who encountered me on construction sites, at warehouses, at order counters, along with over a thousand pieces of paper with my name on them, concerning construction material purchases.
You can also include my signature on hundreds of construction company paychecks. So, if you have a lot of money at your disposal and you repeat the defamation spoken of me by Randy Engel's "good good New Jersey friend," then you and I are going to court ... for lots and lots of money.
And for you who believe in the moral necessity of fidelity to the original Catholic Church, through apostolic succession AND the Seat of St Peter, Randy Engel's "good good New Jersey friend" left the Catholic Church. However, this is typical for those holier-than-art-thou types.
The Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress
That good good friend of Engel contributed to Cipolla's heart-related sudden death, due to the stress the 2016 defamatory article caused him, especially in light of the fact that he was NOT given the time or space to defend himself. This is how Nazi dictators worked.
This is something close to Homicide by Fright ... or negligent homicide ... or a form of manslaughter, as well as it being the Intentional Infliction of Emotional Distress.
Oh, and then came this New Jersey woman's Number 1 theory:
She asserted that all homosexuals become child molesters after reaching middle age, because they are no longer attractive to young homosexual males.
Well ... uhhhhm ... I live in the city, between two famous university campuses, each of whom has a "world renowned status." I'm even in walking distance from a network television office which was the first public television station in the word.
I live near the mansions, including Donald Wuerl's former manor-type house. I live near the indebted college students renting nearby houses. I've a lot of Jewish neighbors, including one of whom who had a relative murdered during the 2018 tree of life Synagogue massacre which occurred three blocks away from where I'm typing this post. So, I've a bit more experience in life than the average bear. Moreover ...
I personally know what it is to have two young ladies knock on my door, frantically telling me that their dad was beating their mom, followed by me having to walk right into a wife-beating, just to shut it down. Oh, that teaches a lot of wisdom.
I also know what it is to literally take the retaliation victim of a predatory priest into hiding. This, alone, teaches you far more what the holier-than-art-thou church women can possibly teach.
I've conversed with the eastern Indians here, as well as the Jamaicans also here. I've conversed with the native Chinese students, and they are not at all lacking in intelligence, even though they certainly were given limited information about World Society, while in China. Such a thing gives you insights.
I have repeatedly crossed paths with Pittsburgh Steelers, with me going my way and with each of them going their way. Yet, on two occasion two different Steelers stared at me, while I was dressed in construction worker attire, seated in a pick-up truck. And then they went on their way, in a matter of seconds.
I even had a famous top-forty hit song musician walk in front of my car while he was hurrying to the concert hall 40 feet away. And of course, he was hurrying, in order to avoid any nearby autograph hounds. I instantly learned something by facing his facial expressions.
I also conversed with Andy Warhol's nephew more than once. And that guy did meet major figures in the Rock & Roll world. Super famous ones. Again, insights were conveyed to me.
The bottom line is that the statistical probability is that you have lived a much much more sheltered life than I did. This means that I have much more experience than you and insights to go with the experience.
In all of my metropolitan encounters with humanity, I have commonly encountered the transsexuals and standard homosexuals in certain venues. I can absolutely assure you that the adult homosexual world ... at least the metropolitan world ... has its own culture. The one thing about these guys is that ======>
=====> they need "someone to talk to" (in the Billy Joel sense of the phrase) and that someone needs to be an adult.
Maybe in younger years they have played a game of musical chairs with beds, and lived in sexual mayhem. But in older years, they need someone who will not let them be left alone in their thoughts, as if to be completely isolated from society.
They need affirmation and confirmation, as well as simple understanding. They need to converse and even to vent. Such a thing is done with an adult, even when you're an aging homosexual.
Plus,
these guys ... at least when talking to me in public ... know history
and culture more than the average city slicker. They need "a mind" to
be with them, in terms of academic subject matter, especially when at an art museum. They need someone to talk to ... on an adult level ...
even when they get past middle age.
But of course, the blatant observation which proves Randy Engel's "good good New Jersey friend" to be wrong in her assertion that homosexuals turn into child molesters, when they become old & ugly, is the fact that there are homosexuals who are young & ugly, yet they mate-up with adult homosexuals and don't become child molesters.
Very simply, young pedophiles become the aging pedophiles. Homosexuals attracted to adults don't suddenly change their preference.
Moreover, children who are not being sex-trafficked have an aversion toward ugly old men. They are not inclined to leap into their arms.
Back to the New Jersey Disconnection from Reality
It got to the point where I told Randy Engel's "good good New Jersey friend," in writing, to never call me again and to not send me emails anymore. This was in 2011 or 2012. Then, in the Summer of 2012, I went on my 12,000 mile coast to coast to coast road trip solo. It lasted 60 days and it cost me $10,000 pre-Biden dollars.
And yes, while on that journey, I had to buy four entirely new tires and get entirely new brakes, as well as getting the oil changed, etc, etc, etc.
Next came me actually meeting Cipolla and receiving a box of documents which detailed events much differently than was described by the Pittsburgh Post Gazette, KDKA radio, and the other Wuerl People. That would be 2013. Then I posted my findings on the Cipolla investigation. That was in 2014.
Randy Engel's good good New Jersey was disturbed, alarmed, polarized, dismayed, etc. So, she was going to get an article out there which stated the opposite of what I stated.
Then came the 2016 Engel article which utterly traumatized heart-patient & diabetic neuropathy patient, Anthony Cipolla. In his state of unhealthiness, he wasn't going to molest anyone. Yet, the New Jersey hag had to have Randy Engel literally kill off Cipolla with wall-to-wall falsehoods in an article that was easy to detect as a long list of falsehoods.
This included Randy pretending to be the second coming of Perry Mason, while showing that she knew nothing about the actual rules of criminal procedure and 1978 DNA testing.
It took me a lot of time to accept the fact that Wuerl would lie so egregiously about Cipolla. Now, I knew how vicious he was during the Torquato Retaliations, but I assumed that he wouldn't have been so stupid to have orchestrated a major farce against Cipolla. This is because those farces are eventually revealed, destroying the con artist's credibility for all time.
I kept trying to figure out where I went wrong in my viewing of those documents. Cipolla was said to have been arrested and arraigned and even tried as a sexual monster at the Vatican. None of that ever happened in real life.
Then came another piece of evidence, and yet another one, and even more pieces that constituted exculpatory evidence. I then acknowledged that Wuerl would go egregiously far, being that this is the same Wuerl who allowed the Torquato Outrage and who simultaneously covered up Wolk, Zula, Pucci, Zirwas, Hoehl, Wellinger, Huff, and Fr Leo of West Aliquippa.
The conclusion was that a bishop as deceitful as Wuerl would find himself a scapegoat and orchestrate a case of extremely ridiculous deceit, as a diversionary tactic, to hide his real cover-ups.
Then came the 2018 PA Grand Jury Report. Yet, I reported Wuerl as a danger to society as far back as 1998. So, Wuerl was cited for wrong-doing even twenty years before the 2018 official report.
Yet, the media didn't care, showing how incompetent and non-factual the media has been, thereby resulting in very popular alternative internet broadcasts replacing the worthless mainstream media.
It was arrogance mingled with laziness
Randy Engel was apparently too lazy to learn the introductory basics of the PA Rules of Criminal Procedure, making her 2016 article a sick joke. Moreover, if you believed the contents of that article, then you are a moron in law, without doubt. In fact, if you did believe the contents of Engel's 2016 article as undeniable fact, then stay away from people selling Florida swamp land real estate.
Quick Review on 1993 Vatican Rehearing
The Vatican case was based on Wuerl dismissing Cipolla from ministry, because Wuerl received From St Luke's Institute, in Maryland, a diagnosis of Depression & Suicidal Tendencies for Cipolla. Ron Lengwin, the Pittsburgh Post Gazette's Ann Rodgers-Melnick, and Donald Wuerl dedicated their time to deceiving America into thinking that the Vatican case dealt with molestation, when it did not.
Well, another professional institute diagnosed Cipolla as being mentally healthy, during the same time span. And of course, Cipolla had to pay the bill out of his pocket. None the less, Wuerl called the favorable diagnosis "scantily" and rejected it. Wuerl let humanity be deceived that the Vatican Case involved Bendig's accusations against Cipolla. It had nothing to do with that.
The other media reports, even those from the Diocese of Pittsburgh, were filled with SLEIGHT-OF-HAND semantic twists that presented the Cipolla case in a False Light. I've already covered that, too. But, I did so before the emergence of the friendly availability of the vast AI library.
In review of the Research of the Cipolla Case
For
the record, I was NEITHER a follower NOR a fan NOR an admirer of the
man formerly known as Father Anthony Cipolla. But, I did meet admirers
of him. They were fine. Plus, I was paid ZERO dollars and ZERO cents for all of the
research that I did ... which I did, at my own expense. Thus, I had and
I have no conflict of interest in this case.
It's simply that this case, beginning with a box of documents, fell into my hands. Being
that the documentary evidence contradicted all that was claimed by the
Wuerl People and the Pittsburgh Post Gazette, I automatically had the
task of doing extracurricular homework on the case ... at my own
uncompensated expense. After all, when defamation occurs,
restitution is required through whoever finds the exculpatory evidence which
defends the accused.
Now remember, one day in the 2010s, I received a phone call, where the voice on the other side said, "We're going to meet Anthony Cipolla today." My immediate response was, "Why do you want to waste your time on this case?" I later asked, "What makes you think he's innocent?"
The
bottom line is that I was not a brain-washed follower of anybody,
including Cipolla. Yet, until the 2010s, I trustingly believed all of
the defamatory reports about Cipolla published by the Pittsburgh Post Gazette. It's the 2020s now. I never waste my time reading the Post Gazette anymore. I ignore it as absolutely worthless.
