More Layers of Lies

 

As a reminder, Frank Labiaux WAS CAUGHT LYING.  I already explained this in a previous post.  Also keep in mind that he NEVER offered to let me cross-examine him in front of a camera, for the Court of Public Opinion, concerning his damning accusations against Cipolla.  This means that he is hiding something.  

 

A person telling the truth would have been outraged at me, demanding to speak on record and in front of a camera, even bringing pieces of evidence with him.  This did NOT happen with Frank Labiaux.  All that I ever got from the Thompson Clan was a THREAT over the telephone, in 2018.

 

Also keep in mind that, during grand jury inquests, there are no defense attorneys cross-examining any witness there, in the effort to impeach the witness' testimony.  Just because a witness is saying something there, it doesn't mean that he's telling the truth.

 

And then came Diane Thompson's September 1978 egress, as she claimed to have gotten out of Dodge, in fear of the senior citizen assassins of the Padre Pio Prayer Group and other Church Lady Ninja assassins who were all gonna get Tucker and kill him to death.   Otherwise known as:

So, who was gonna harm Diane Thompson, if she didn't leave town immediately, in September of 1978?  Would it have been, by any chance, her landlord, for overdue rent?

 

Or do you believe that Diane Thompson was fleeing the wrath of the Padre Pio Prayer Group People who were often retired folk with medical conditions which prevented them being ninja assassins?  Well, if you do believe that the Padre Pio People were gonna team up on Diane Thompson on the Northside of Pittsburgh, then here is your belated newsflash:  

 

In 1978, Anthony Cipolla was NOT the chaplain of the Western Pennsylvania Padre Pio Prayer Group.  Fr. John D O'Connor was, and I did meet him.  To be honest with you, he acted like Droopy Dog and he literally sounded like Droopy Dog.  He was no vengeful attack dog.

 

Moreover, the monthly Padre Pio Prayer Group mass was NOT conducted in Pittsburgh.  It was conducted at St John the Baptist Church, in Baden, Pennsylvania, about 21 miles away.

 

Moreover, Anthony Cipolla was transferred out of St. Francix Xavier Parish, ASAP, in 1978.  So, he and his people were not going to be around there, to harass or revenge or assassinate Diane Thompson.  So, what was her fear other than her landlord?  

 

Diane Thompson's claim that an aged Italian shopkeeper slapped Tucker in the face, for reporting Cipolla in 1978, when Diane Thompson was the one who reported Cipolla, instead.

 

Many posts at this site show that Diane Thompson was undoubtedly LYING about 1978.  There was her story of a tragic 1965 special forces training story of a military base that closed-down in 1947. 

 

Then came Diane Thompson's 2021 or 2022 claim that Ohio citizens were now coming out of the proverbial woodwork, accusing Anthony Cipolla of having molested them, with many of them filing molestation lawsuits, in the process.  Well, in the entire history of the State of Ohio, no one in Ohio & no one originally from Ohio ever accused Anthony Cipolla of ever having molested them.

 

And let us not forget Diane Thompson's claim that I am Anthony Cipolla in disguise, operating this website.  Well, if that's the case, then somebody better call Ghost Busters. 

 

Here we go again:  The violent Italian stereotype.  Randy Engel piling on. 

 

Randy Engel stated in her defamatory 2016 article that young Tucker Thompson was in a nearby store operated by an elderly Italian gentleman, and the elderly Italian gentleman slapped Tucker in the face "for telling on Anthony Cipolla."  Well, it's belated newsflash time, once again:

 

To start, do you know who the LAROCCA CRIME FAMILY was?  Well, their territory included the Northside of Pittsburgh, in 1978.  In as much, did you know that the Mafia ... the Commission ... La Cosa Nostra ... deliberately kept crime down in their territories of operation, so as to not draw the police's attention to their Mafia Turf?

 

One law of the LaRocca Family which was imposed upon non-mafia members in the community ... in the Northside of Pittsburgh ... was that you did NOT strike a child or beat your wife.  Yes, the Mafia did enforce a semi-moral code, in vigilante justice.  

 

In the Northside of Pittsburgh in 1978, there was no way in Hell that an Italian male was going to strike a child on LaRocca turf.  Welcome to reality, 1978 Style:

 

 

Moreover, there was no way in Hell that a group of friends of Cipolla would have gotten away with smashing all of Diane Thompson's windows and slitting all of her tires, as she once claimed.  It turned out to have been another Diane Thompson lie, of course.  

 

But, Randy Engel toned it down and claimed that only one window was smashed in hostility.  Not on LaRocca Turf.  No one would have dared.  

 

Did you ever wonder why those vandals of the African Methodist Church parking lot where apprehended promptly?  It was expeditiously done.  So think!

 

For the record, Frank Labiaux LIED when he claimed that he vandalized that church.  Period.  Of course, he said that he vandalized it out of frustration for having been molested.  But of course, he NEVER offered to have me cross-examine his accusations against Cipolla, to see if there are notably contradictions ... contraindications.

 

The real vandals of that Methodist church were arrested promptly and none of the two was Labiaux.  Plus, the timeline that Labiaux and Diane Thompson gave was way way off the reality.  This is already covered in a previous post here.

The True Victims ... in my experiences ... all wanted to talk

 

Now, there was a 2018 video showing Diane Thompson ... about her claims against Cipolla.  She looked mad, ready to lash out, to bark, to snap, etc.  She was gonna be the rough and tough, teeth-gritting momma bear who was gonna take a baseball bat and start swinging.   Uhhhm, I experienced the opposite from the families of true victims, as well as the victims themselves.

 

Ladies & gentlemen, from my personal experience with true victims of any form of sexual abuse, as time goes-on, a victim ends up "wanting to talk about it without teeth-gritted wrath."  Also as time goes-on, the victim "gets philosophical."  I even knew one rape victim who told me that she wanted to talk to the two guys who raped her, to ask why they did it. 

 

And concerning family members, all except one would do the following:   They would get choked up.  Then, tears would emerge.  

 

The one outraged relative of a true victim I encountered ... which had nothing to do with the Diocese of Pittsburgh ... was outraged at the way his nephew was treated by the bishop there.  That smug & heartless arrogance factor is what outraged the uncle.

 

This uncle was an athletic guy who could easily put out of commission anyone who would have physically challenged him.  Yet, he restrained himself.  He used me for venting-out his frustration.  Sometimes listening to a person can prevent a crime. 

 

I also personally know what it is to get a note from a true victim, stating, "I need to talk to someone, right now."  In as much, the mannerisms & communication technique displayed  by Diane Thompson resulted in me allegedly realizing that ... from my personal experience ... she was ALLEGEDLY a lying con artist.  

 

Then came the fact-checking and the blatant lies she told about me which were designed to make people so mad at me that they would want to literally kill me.  She has been caught lying repeatedly about the 1978 Cipolla Case.  Examples are given in clear-enough detail in other posts here.  

 

In addition, no family member of a true victim ever mocks, defames, bad-mouths, and doxes anyone out there who got caught in a whistle-blower retaliation.  It's like a fraternity.  In fact, it's like radar, where you can tell in the person's demeanor and approach that the person was caught in the cross-fire of some vicious bishop's corruption somewhere.

 

All in all, as a general rule, you don't vex your fraternity brothers.  And you sure as Hell don't dox them, either.  This is another reason it was likely that Diane Thompson was a deliberate lying con artist, even before all of the fact-checking was done which showed her whole 1978 story ... and the 1965 closed-military-base story ... was a lie ... except for three things in that story.  

 

Very simply, I WAS THE ONE CAUGHT IN A WHISTLE-BLOWER RETALIATION.  Yet, Diane Thompson pretends that she was.  So, she has to show me up.  She has to trick you into thinking that she was the holy martyred retaliation victim and that I was some type of perpetrator.  When it came to me, she violated the unwritten code of retaliation victims.

 

The reason why she was so brutal to me was because she was NOT caught in any retaliation.  She simply didn't have the needed evidence to get Judge Laffey "to issue process" in 1978 and get Cipolla in handcuffs.  

 

But of course, in my private citizen's personal opinion of a Diane Thompson made into a public figure, I always believed that she was looking for settlement money, on account of her apartment rent problem, and that she didn't know that, in the 1970s, you had to file in civil court, to get compensation.

 

So, she either didn't know that criminal court in the 1970s awarded no cash compensation or she wanted Cipolla convicted, so that she could easily win a cash award in the near future, in civil court.  

 

The problem was that it was going to take too long an amount of time for Diane Thompson to get any money.  Rent money is usually due every month.  In addition, maybe she filed a private criminal complaint on Cipolla to inspire the parish pastor or the bishop of Pittsburgh to instantly offer her money.

 

If her goal were the indictment of Cipolla, then she would have continued the effort to get him indicted, even to the point of contacting the FBI ... on account of Frank's Michigan accusations.  Or she would have contacted Harrisburg.  All indication were that she was looking for money. 

 

Plus, Diane Thompson didn't have the ability to quickly learn enough law to prosecute Cipolla herself.  She then made numerous excuses for not doing so, in claiming all of these evil things were done to her by Colville and Cipolla's bishop.  

 

If she had rent money, she would have never accused Cipolla of anything.  After all, no one up to that time ... according to the grand jury inquest and according the Pittsburgh archives ... accused Cipolla of anything ill.  Remember, in 2018, no new face came forth to accuse Cipolla of anything wrongful.  

 

There was a wide open door with a proverbial red carpet, for any sex abuse victim to easily have done so.  Therefore, being that there were no people coming forth in 2018, to accuse Cipolla of having molested them in the early & middle 1970s ... or in the early & middle 1980s ... it would generally means that Cipolla did NOT molest anyone in the early-to-mid 1970s, as well as during the early-to-mid 1980s.

 

Signs of a Dictatorship 

 

Oh, by the way, concerning the notably tall Ron Lengwin, you know that you have a dictatorship of a diocese in front of you when it has only one spokesman for consecutive decades at a time.  Lengwin did not understand the concept of sharing air time or allowing counterpoint ... or in allowing defamed people to be given the opportunity to defend themselves. 

 

For those unaware, Lengwin was ALLEGEDLY an off-stage bully who was ALLEGEDLY successful at applying intimidation tactics.

 

The Canonization Process of Fr John Hardon is Underway 

 

We need the intercession of Servant of God John Hardon.  I need you to ask for it, even in private & silent moments.  Don't sit back and be lazy.  That has been done before, and it never yielded the needed results.  

 

Remember, Our Lady said to St Catherine Laboure, in 1830, that the graces not being cast into the souls of the inhabitants of Planet Earth are not there, because no one asked for those graces to be given.  Being a happy-go-lucky simpleton is not the way of God.   You must acknowledge before the Presence of God what you want in life.

 

Of course, if you add a devotional practice to your supplication, things will get accomplished.  This includes the Rosary ... even if only one decade of it a day.  This also includes the Stations of the Cross, even if only once a week.  

 

This furthermore includes perhaps one of the following:   The Chaplet of Divine Mercy, or the Chaplet of St Theresa of the Child Jesus, or the Chaplet of St Joseph in meditating on his 7 Sorrows & Joys, as well as perhaps the meditation of the 7 Sorrows of Our Lady.  Take your pick.

 

In fact, feel free to resort to the Litany of Our Lady or the Litany of the Saints or another litany in prayer.  No prayer means no grace.  And of course, no grace means no glory.

 

Valid supplications to God ... through the saints and even angels ... also include going a day without your favorite food or beverage.  You can give up chocolate every now and then.  In fact, go do a workout and offer the burning pain in it as a mortification.  After all, every successful athlete will say:  No Pain, No Gain.  

 

Even offer as a supplication your migraine headaches, your asthma attacks, your joint pain, or any physical distress that will be upon you by default, due to injury or illness or cold weather or hot weather. 

 

You can even go study a subject frustratingly hard for you, for an hour, and then offer it upward.  In life, you are going to suffer anyway, so offer it to the Court of Heaven for a good cause. 

The Realm of Existence Beyond the Horizon 

Today, in the spiritual realm ... in the realm of prayer & fasting, as well as novenas and sacrificial penance ... Padre Pio devotees can easily ask for the intercession of noted author, Father John Hardon.

 

This is because, in 2005, Father John Hardon was placed on the first tier of the three-tier canonization process.  He is presently on the road to official sainthood.  The first phase of the canonization process endows the recognized person with the title, Servant of God. 

 

It's interesting how a staunch believer in Anthony Cipolla's innocence is now in the canonization tiers of the Catholic Church.  No Servant of God ever vouched for Diane Thompson.  No Servant of God ever defended her allegations as being true.  

 

Rather, a Servant of God ... namely John Hardon ... concluded that Diane Thompson is a vicious liar.   I experienced the viciousness and the mockery of that defamatory bully personally.  

 

You can ask John Hardon to use his intercessory power to have Cipolla fully exonerated in the Court of Public Opinion and throughout the Internet.  You can ask John to reveal in detail all of Diane Thompson's malice & deceit ...

 

... along with the malice & deceit of Tim Bendig and that of the Donald Wuerl who only defrocked Cipolla because of a diagnosis of Depression & Suicidal Tendencies, while allowing the media to deceive people into thinking that Cipolla was defrocked for sexual abuse.

 

You can also ask John Hardon to expose the supreme asininity of Randy Engel and her good good New Jersey friend who apparently knew nothing about procedural law in the United States, either involving state jurisdiction cases or federal ones.

 

You can pray that the Church will finally be free of corrupt bishops as vicious and as narcissistic as the proven con artist, Donald Wuerl

 

Wuerl played the role of puppeteer, getting the media to declare about the Cipolla Case that which was never true.  In fact, Wuerl got the media to state whatever Wuerl wanted stated about any subject, except if he disagreed with Nancy Pelosi, the uncanny stock investor wife whose investment returns far exceeded that of the S&P 500, Warren Buffet, and the DOW JONES INDICES.

  

The media, since the 1990s, has been nothing more than a row of puppets, worthless and uninspiring ... worthless & not at all intriguing.  Myna birds.  Yes Men.  Wind-up dolls.  This would also explain the intense decline in Post Gazette subscribers in two consecutive decades.  

 

This would also explain the popularity of video news commentary shows on venues such as YouTube.  To the American mind, the mainstream modern media is merely a very one-sided propaganda machine.

 

Wuerl's Retaliation against Cipolla; typical of a narcissist 

 

 

Wuerl showed how intensely vicious he is, being that he was retaliating against Cipolla for going over Wuerl's head, to the Vatican's highest court, in the 1990s.  Therefore, Wuerl, in his psychopathic narcissism, was going to make Cipolla hurt in every way imaginable.

Above:  The priest between Anthony Cipolla & John Paul II was Catholic Catechism author, Fr. John Hardon.  He was a vehement supporter of and defender of Anthony Cipolla.  And yes, he was very much aware of the accusations against Cipolla.  

Yet, he had reached the first stage of the cause for canonization & sainthood as far back as the Year 2005.  In as much, here is a question:

Q:  Since when does a saint befriend an evil molester of youth?  Now, it's possible that he befriends a person wrongly accused of molestation.  And it's possible that he admonished a sinner engaged in molestation.  But, he does NOT welcome into his doctrinal teaching efforts, undertakings, & conference rooms someone too stubborn to follow those teachings.

The DEFAMATORY ASININITY OF THE 2018 PITTSBURGH POST GAZETTE, in claiming that Cipolla was hiding behind religion to molest kids.  

The first asininity exists in the fact that Cipolla was never arrested anywhere for molestation, in the first place.  In fact, he was NEVER given the opportunity to take a witness stand anywhere and defend himself against the accusations of two members of Diane Thompson's financially desperate household of 1978 ... or the financially desperate seminary fail-out, Tim Bendig.  Cipolla was not given the opportunity to defend himself in the Court of Public Opinion. 

The Pittsburgh Post Gazette, as sure as HELL, did NOT give Cipolla the opportunity to be interviewed in depth, to defend himself.  Any in-depth researcher of the Cipolla Case who realized that Cipolla was being used as Donald Wuerl's scapegoat was not given the opportunity to speak on radio or television.  Thus, KDKA Radio didn't give him the opportunity, either.   

The second asininity existed in the fact that Diane Thompson and Tim Bendig were proven liars ... 

... 1] especially when it came to that 1965 special forces near-death training "wreck & explosion" that Thompson said occurred at the Spartanburg military base which closed-down eighteen years prior, in 1947 ... 

... 2] and when it came to the claim that the sole author of Offender of the Faith, Donald Wuerl, is Anthony Cipolla in disguise, even though that website remains in full operation TEN YEARS AFTER Cipolla's death, meaning that either Diane Thompson got caught lying yet again or the Wuerl-of-Hurt site is being operated by Anthony Cipolla's ghost, in a rare form of poltergeist phenomenon ... 

... 3] and in the claim that there was positive DNA test results from Allegheny General in the 1978 Cipolla case which lasted only 34 days, while the wait on getting a DNA test result averaged 52 days and even longer, meaning that the Cipolla Case was closed before any possible DNA could be analyzed and identified.  

Moreover, no DNA testing was done at Allegheny General in 1978, but rather, such testing was done at the NIH labs, and and and, as is certified through the July 25, 1978 O/I Report, there was NO semen found on Tucker Thompson's clothing or body, in the first place ...

... 4] And then there was the Cassock in July lie, along with the homework at the kitchen table on July 30th lie, when there wasn't even Summer School in progress ... 5] as well as the Prelim Hearing at Police Station #9 lie, being that arraignments & prelims occurred at 700 Grant St ...

 6] Let us also not forgot the lie Tim Bendig told the Beaver County and Allegheny County DA's, concerning his claim that Cipolla molested him for five consecutive years in Cipolla's bedroom at the St Canice Parish rectory, in Knoxville, PA.

The big lie here which resulted in both of the DA offices never filing criminal charges against Cipolla consisted in the fact, throughout that entire time ... and even longer ... Anthony Cipolla was stationed 25 miles away, at the McGuire Home in New Brighton PA, possessing no key to the St Canice rectory, and having no bedroom there, during the time Bendig claimed to have been molested.

 7]  Before this was the claim that Diane Thompson had to scrimp and sacrifice, in order to pay the $45 fee for a weekend at the Michigan province of the Pontifical Institute of Foreign Missions, where Cipolla would take youth, to molest them.  

Well, monetary admission for that weekend was free of charge, and it was held BECAUSE THERE WAS PRIEST SHORTAGE IN 1977 & 1978, and the weekend was designed to recruit young lads to pre-seminary schooling.  There was NO $45 FEE.  Diane Thompson LIED, yet again.  

Except for Bendig and two members of Diane Thompson's 1978, everyone from Pennsylvania who went to that Detroit weekend event with Cipolla ... and who was questioned by the John Conte law firm ... said that Cipolla never tried any sexual antics on them there. 

8]  And then there was the claim in the early 2020s that Ohio residents were coming forth, accusing Anthony Cipolla of having molested them, all the while filing sex abuse lawsuits against Cipolla, in the process.  The big lie here is that no one living in Ohio or originally from Ohio ever accused Anthony Cipolla of molestation.

Enter one Father John Hardon, author of the Catholic Catechism, the Sacraments,  the Life of Christ, and other publications 

The presence of John Hardon in Anthony Cipolla's life is evidence that Cipolla was NOT hiding behind religion.  Religion for Cipolla was the centerpiece of his life.  And I can doubly assure you that John Hardon was not a pedophile operating a child molestation ring.

When Cipolla was a child in Beaver County PA, he used to conduct pretend masses, AND some of the neighborhood kids would actually show up for the pretend masses.  

In fact, an adult neighbor literally built for Anthony a pretend altar.  Thus, this Anthony Cipolla was someone who did NOT hide behind religion, as was claimed in a defamatory publication issued by the newspaper which spent 15 years lying to the People of Pittsburgh, in very falsely claiming that Donald Wuerl was the bishop of Zero Tolerance.

After all, this is the Donald Wuerl who claimed that he totally forgot about the sexual molestation accusations leveled against one of the most influential American bishops of the modern era, namely Theodore McCarrick.

And of course, it's NOT A COINCIDENCE that the Pittsburgh Post Gazette defamed Cipolla during the same year when Wuerl was revealed to be nothing but a liar and a cover-up artist, thereby proving the Pittsburgh Post Gazette editorship & writers to be a bunch of very dishonest LIARS. 

Cipolla was used in 2018 as a diversionary tactic to cover the fact that the Post Gazette got caught spending years lying about Donald Wuerl, for the benefit of Donald Wuerl.

Cipolla did NOT conceal knowledge of Bendig's existence.  If he were molesting him, he would have done so. 

Also remember that, when an admissions priest called Cipolla in 1987 and asked him IF Bendig should be accepted into the Pgh Diocesan Seminary, despite the low school grades on his transcript, Cipolla literally said, "It wouldn't hurt."  

Now, if Cippola were molesting Bendig for five years at St Canice Parish in Knoxville ... while Cipolla was stationed 25 miles away, in New Brighton ... then Cipolla would have gone out of his way to make sure that Bendig would NOT be accepted for enrollment, by the local seminary.  Cipolla would have gone out of his way to make Bendig as hidden and as invisible as possible.

All in all, when you are having pretend masses as a child, followed by you attending a seminary for a pontifical missionary religious order, and then you operate a prayer group dedicated to one of the most miraculous saints in modern church history ... then you are NOT hiding behind religion.  Rather, you are immersing into religion and you are transforming into the objects of your devotion.  

And of course, Padre Pio was Cipolla first object for transformation.  So, to defame Cipolla is to also defame Padre Pio.

In as much, in the relatively near future ... and not in the immediate future ... if you defamatory media entities out there insist on calling Cipolla a man who hid behind religion, in order to molest youth, then you will end up hiding behind defense attorneys, yourself ... for starters.

As an added note, if you insist on trashing the Anthony Cipolla who was NEVER indicted, NEVER arrested, NEVER tried, and therefore NEVER convicted in any court of law of any kind, then you are going to have to also trash and defame the Father John Hardon who already passed the first stage of the Catholic Canonization Process.  

I would call John Hardon the one who was Cipolla's greatest defender.  Thus, watch John Hardon go into the defender mode from the great beyond, after enough prayers and "supplications" are offered to the Eternal God for one of his servants to go into the ingenious mode.  

By the way, concerning you Atheists out there, just because you don't believe in a God, it doesn't make God suddenly stop existing.  It just makes you miss everything that matters about existence.  You eternally end up mangled and entangled in your own arrogance & haughtiness ... or in your bitter distrust & resentment of everything and everyone ... depending on how you became an atheist.  End of Intro

A claim was made online, in 2021 or 2022 ... by you know whom ... that people in Ohio were now coming forth, accusing Anthony Cipolla of having molested them.  She even mentioned that people in Ohio were filing lawsuits.

 

Needless to say, that was yet another blatant lie of the woman formerly known as Diane Thompson.  Now, she may have a different name than the one she had in 1978, but it's the same old Diane Thompson ... a vicious & malicious liar who doxed me, after claiming that I was Anthony Cipolla in disguise operating this website and operating a child molestation ring.

 

For the record, I was a long-term respirator invalid who had recently returned to the Construction Field, in 2014, shortly before she defamed my name in 2015.  I was a member of the Million Hit Club ... aka the Million View Club ... without having had any YouTube videos which are much easier to watch than reading literature and/or stats, etc.  

 

Then, my viewership instantly dropped 90%, because of the one lie told by a vicious liar formerly named Diane Thompson.  For over ten years, my viewership ... my Internet hits ... waned to nearly nothing, all because of the lie told by the Diane Thompson who was treated as the suffering & sacrificial teller of truth.  

 

Well, come on in, and read in detail her many asinine lies, including those written as undeniable legal expertise by a Rand Engel who obviously didn't know the first thing about legal procedure in the United States.  There are many post here that reveal the lies and the insult to the common man's intelligence.

 

Heart Patient Cipolla was in no condition to molest anyone 

 

In Ohio, Cipolla was in pain from neuropathy.  He was a multiple heart surgery patient and had diabetes.  He had reached his seventies.  A person in that kind of medial condition is in no condition to molest anyone.  

 

Well, it has been four or five years since Diane Thompson's predictable & sophomoric accusation.  In as much, no newspaper, no magazine, and no "priest watchdog website" ever reported any Ohio accusation against Cipolla.  Not even the Pittsburgh Post Gazette did so.

 

As of the Year 2026, there has been NO MENTION of any Ohio accusation, in any court docket anywhere.  This is just another instance which shows that Diane Thompson is nothing but a wall-to-wall liar.

 

  

And remember, the Pittsburgh Post Gazette's subscriber numbers went down so significantly that it planned to close all publishing in May of 2026.  It was then purchased by a certain charity organization.  So, the Pittsburgh Post Gazette was no longer seen as the mentor of the Southwestern Pennsylvanian people.  

Where the asininity of Randy Engel enters:  

Shortly before the defamatory 2018 article, there was Randy Engel's 2016 article.  In it, Engel claimed that Cipolla had to have at least bordered on schizophrenia or severe psychosis.  Well, in the process of her defamation, she de facto claimed that catechism author Fr. John Hardon was an equal low-life, also approaching psychosis or schizophrenia.  This is due to his association with ... and his complete trust in ... Anthony Cipolla.

In sequence, you must then condemn all of the Catholic Church teachings stated in John Hardon's book as psychotic and schizophrenic trash.  Then, you must state that Catholicism, per se, is schizophrenic and psychotic trash.  will have to call all of his readers schizophrenic and psychotic trash.

Unlike the Internent condemners of Cipolla, John Hardon had a relationship with him.  He actually knew Cipolla's personality.  In as much, Anthony Cipolla was in close contact with the higher echelon of society, and none of the people in that echelon ever told me that Cipolla acted like a schizophrenic or a psychotic.   

In fact, concerning Anthony Cipolla's character,  I have heard, spoken in my presence, amidst eye contact directed straight at me that, "He was such a wonderful man."  

Nobody ever "personally" wrote to me or vocally said to me that Diane Thompson was such a wonderful woman.  Plus, a son stating in a 2021 or 2022 open letter, "my sainted mom,"  does NOT count as an assessment of her, because [1] it's a prejudicial conflict of interest, [2] the writer didn't cite any good works would signify a sainted mother.  And doxing me, while lying about me, as Diane Thompson did, is NOT sainted work.  

For the record, I actually am in construction, and I've worked on projects managed by entities ranging from the Army Corps of Engineers to a Sonic fast food establishment to various schools to the Dept of Energy to the City of Pittsburgh Engineers to HUD to the URA to neighborhood homes throughout the Chicago and Pittsburgh areas and various other entities which benefited from my construction services.

I work for a company that was incorporated in 1969.  So, if you elect to defame me, then you are defaming the company for whom I work, and the company, alone, will seek millions from you.  I'll seek my own millions, at the same time.

Of course, the asininity of Diane Thompson's 2015 accusation is that this site EXPOSES AND CONDEMNS CHILD MOLESTERS ... as well as the molesters of teenagers, and even those priests who sexually imposed themselves upon adults with the minds of children.  

Plus, there is nowhere on this site where you can order anything.  This means that you sure as Hell can't order a child at this site.  So, how in the Hell is this site a child sex ring operation?   In as much, liars like Diane Thompson are NOT sainted mothers.  They are PSYCHOPATHS, and the Pittsburgh Post Gazette presented that psychopath as a holy martyr, when she has been caught lying and harming others with her lies.

Concerning the Post Gazette presenting Diane Thompson as the sainted sufferer of great credibility, it brings us to one question:

If Donald Wuerl so confidently believed Diane Thompson's testimony and that of Frank & Tucker, then, when he gave Bendig the $200,000+ settlement of 1993, then why did Wuerl never give a publicly reported settlement to Diane Thompson?  Did she get paid under the table or not at all?  

A psychopath is a person who isn't moved by the pain she caused others. 

All in all, Diane Thompson has been nothing but a liar, as is illustrated in numerous posts here.  And Tim Bendig lied to me four times in a row.  He is also a psychopath, because he doesn't care about the pain he causes others, either.

In fact, Anthony Cipolla's description of Tim Bendig was this:  "He was a Huck Finn."  Concerning that literary character, Huck Finn, was regarded as "an unreliable narrator" ... a person who presents things in a false light. 

And of course, if you state what Diane Thompson stated, and if you have money, then you and I are going to court, and I will NOT settle out of court.  It will not be a mere matter of money.  Court injunctions will be involved.  And if you live in a State where defamation is a criminal offense, then guess what else is going to happen to you?  

In review of Cipolla  

Authors did not go out of their way to go to Rome with Diane Thompson.  They did, with Anthony Cipolla.  No count ever represented Diane Thompson in any kind of court of law anywhere.  A count helped Cipolla.  

And of course, no Chicago journalist told me that Diane Thompson was probably correct.  Rather, a Chicago journalist said about  Cipolla, "He's probably innocent" ... because no one molests in a vacuum, and Cipolla didn't have a long list of accusers.  And and and and and, the 2018 PA Grand Jury investigations resulted in the realization that Cipolla received ZERO accusations of sexual abuse in his first five years of ministry.  

Even at that, his two accuser parties both asked the Diocese of Pittsburgh for money, followed by them receiving zero dollars from the diocese.  Then came the accusations against Cipolla, during stages of financial desperation.  

Thus, Randy Engel FALSELY conjectured twelve years prior, in 2016, that Cipolla was probably a molester from the start, getting shuffled around parishes, in a long-term cover-up.  This is why Diane Thompson started a new lie, in claiming that all of Cipolla's molestations occurred in Ohio, outside of the 2018 Pennsylvania Grand Jury jurisdiction.  

There basically was no one accusing Cipolla in Pennsylvania, despite his eight parish assignments, except for two known liars whose lies are detailed here, at this site ... at this site which is NOT being operated by the dead Anthony Cipolla and which does NOT have children for sale. 

Ironically so 

Ironically, the 2018 PA Grand Jury Inquest exonerated Cipolla, especially when Warren "Bud" Broz said that he only believed the damning accusations of Frank Labiaux, because Broz believed that no twelve year child would ever law to a police officer.  And of course, this belief is NOT a legal standard that warrants an indictment.

The jury itself saw no evidence against Cipolla, and therefore asked  Broz what would have warranted an arrest of Cipolla.  The fact that the question was asked of Broz was proof that there was no evidence against Cipolla. 

None the less, the bottom line is that Bud Broz did NOT mention that he had any evidence or any corroborating witnesses at all.  Thus, he had no evidence to prove Cipolla guilty, "beyond a reasonable doubt."  And maybe ... just maybe ... Broz didn't have the evidence of Cipolla molesting anyone, because Cipolla didn't do the molesting.  

But, I need to cross-examine Frank Labiaux, and he never offered to be cross-examined, and this makes the reasonable person assume that Frank Labiaux has something pivotal to hide.

Moreover, the error in thinking that the Thompson clan sealed the coffin on Cipolla in 2018 is that grand jury testimony is NEVER cross-examined.  There are no defense attorneys in grand jury inquests, thus there is no opportunity to impeach an accuser's testimony.  And when you only judge a case on one-sided testimony which has not been cross-examined, you have a Kangaroo Court.

And when you have the Pittsburgh Post Gazette refusing to give the public Cipolla's side of the story, you have Julius Streicher's Nazi journalism which is NOT journalism at all. 

So, here is the question:  Could Broz have gotten a judge to issue an indictment on Cipolla, solely on Broz's claim that no 12 year old child would ever lie to a cop?  The answer is:

Now, the accusations on the part of Tucker Thompson are attached to blatant lies, especially concerning the allegation of a DNA test result  that never was ... due to the fact that DNA testing took at an average of 52 days to produce in 1978, while the entire 1978 Cipolla case only lasted 34 days. 

 However, the Frank Labiaux accusations are still a collective open-ended question which needs cross-examined.  Yes, Frank Labiaux needs to be cross-examined.  Until that happens, you have no seal on Cipolla's coffin.  Rather, you have lie after lie after lie after lie told by Diane Thompson ... and one pivotal lie told by Frank Labiaux.  

That easily provable lie ... about the African Methodist Church vandalisms ... heavily degraded Labiaux's credibility.  But, he still needs cross-examined as to his accusations of 1977 and/or 1978 against Cipolla.

But, how is Labiaux going to consent to a cross-examination in the Court of Public Opinion?  And who will do the cross-examining?  None the less, famed author, John Hardon, thoroughly believed in Cipolla having had the character to not molest anyone.  Hardon believed in Cipolla's innocence.   In fact, Hardon wrote ...

Perhaps that aging defamatory woman ... if she's still alive ... will claim that she misread an article which she thought mentioned Cipolla, furthermore claiming that she relayed the news mistakenly.  Okay, fine.  Whatever.  None the less, in order to clear the record in the Court of Public Opinion: 

The bottom line is that only two households accused Cipolla of molestation, and both households didn't accuse Cipolla until shortly after each one individually asked for financial assistance from Diocese of Pittsburgh affiliates, followed by both of them receiving Zero dollars and Zero cents from those Diocese of Pittsburgh affiliates.

1978 

In 1978, a 32 year old Diane Thompson called the police on July 25th, in order to accuse Cipolla of molesting a son of hers.  Of course, she did not see any molestation take place.  More importantly, the July 25th O/I Report showed that there was no visible signs of molestation or even simple assault on Tucker Thompson.

None the less, July 25, 1978 was ever-so-coincidentally a time close to a rent payment due date.  And I emphasize "ever-so-coincidentally," as well as allegedly.  

None the less, on July 25th, she claimed that only Tucker was molested.  Allegations from Frank Labiaux ... either a step son or a DNA-related son of hers ... came a few days later.

After this, ten years passed with no one accusing Cipolla of any sexual molestation.  In fact, five years prior was a time when no one accused Cipolla of molestation, either.  So, from May 1972 to July 1978, no accusations.  

Then, from August 1978 to 1987 or 1988, no accusations.  This is the case, after a hefty dose of grand jury inquisitioning transpired in the State of Pennsylvania, in 2018.

Now think:  

The 2018 Pennsylvania Grand Jury Inquest made it available for anyone who was molested by Anthony Cipolla to come forth and go on record.  The Welcome Mat was out in full display.  No one NEW came forth to accuse Cipolla of any wrongdoing. 

Plus, the way in which Cipolla was accused of molesting that nine year old was not usually done by child molesters. 

More importantly, secret archive records on Cipolla could have been produced by a Pennsylvania constable, via court order, which would have enumerated a number of sexual abuse accusations, if and only if the hush-hush records of molested children actually existed.  

But, no list of hidden accusers was ever presented to the Grand Jury.  This makes Randy Engel look like even more of a jackass, in her claim that Cipolla's parish assignment record is the record of a serial molester.  

So, where are the records of these hushed children, and in which secret archive were they found, Randy?  What specific subpoenas were presented by state constables, thereby ordering the surrender of secret Cipolla files, for the 2018 PA Grand Jury Inquest?  

What court orders were presented, to grab hold of these archives which would have enumerated all of those sex abuse victims of Cipolla, IF he were a serial molester, as Randy Engel asserted?  

Where did all of these molested children go, Randy?  Perhaps they were invisible or living in a parallel universe ... or maybe they were living in the lair of witches that the McMartin school children claimed to have seen flying over the McMartin campus.

Or is it that Randy Engel was nothing more than a non-factual, gossipy hag who became a danger to society every time she sat in front of a keyboard?   Well, her keyboard activity killed off Anthony Cipolla.  So, you better keep your distance from her, if you know what's good for you.

1987 

Then came Tim Bendig in 1987 and again in 1988.  He had literally been expelled from the Pittsburgh diocese's seminary after only one semester of attendance.  He then asked the Diocese of Pittsburgh for charity dollars and received zero.

Then, during a Padre Pio Prayer Group reception, Anthony Cipolla got everyone's attention and told the people there to stop sending Tim Bendig money ... to the seminary ... being that he didn't live there anymore.

Tim Bendig then asked a close follower of Cipolla via telephone, if "Father Cipolla" told the prayer group to stop sending him money.  The nice lady whom I personally met said, "Yes, he did."  

Tim instantly responded by saying, "He shouldn't have done that."  Shortly thereafter came Bendig's accusation against Cipolla and nine other priests, as well as approximately a dozen seminarians.  Wuerl dismissed the multiple accusations as not credible and closed the books on Bendig.  

Those multiple accusations was the first instance of proving Bendig to have been nothing but a liar, being that Bendig made it sound as if he personally witnessed it. THEREFORE,  keep in mind that Bendig made it sound as if these priests were doing their molesting at the seminary.  

Concerning them, it was during Bendig's deposition when he was asked by my former neighbor John Conte, how he came to be so sure of the homosexuality of those priests.  Bendig was asked if he personally witnessed any of it.  

Bendig's answer was that he heard all of it in the rumor mill ... through the proverbial grapevine ... from rumors ... from hearsay ... from gossip.  Yet, when he spoke to a certain newspaper, Bendig acted as if he were there watching it happen.  He was not and did not.

At the time, there was a grand total of one seminarian who kept going  around the dorm rooms, looking for sex .... ALLEGEDLY.  He was summarily dismissed, allegedly. 

It then turned out that mention of 9 predator priests in Bendig's lawsuit referred to those who already were indicted or sued or at least suspended from ministry.  That would have referred to 1] Wolk, 2] Zula, 3] Pucci, 4] Zirwas, 5] Hoehl, 6] Leo Burchianti, 7] maybe Bernard Costello in Charleroi,  8] maybe the John Bauer who claimed to have been the victim of mistaken identity, 9] maybe Fr Joseph Mueller ... or maybe even Ginder.  

February and then October 1988 

As a reminder, Wuerl was in Seattle, as an auxiliary bishop, until February 1988.  He started there in May of 1987.  Bendig's accusations were still lingering after he was expelled from the Pittsburgh seminary.  Then, after Wuerl settled-in, in 1988, the proverbial book was closed on Bendig. 

Next came the Wolk, Zula, and Pucci arrests in October of 1988.  Bendig saw that this was a great opportunity to publicize his accusations, and maybe score on some lawsuit money.  Then, on the 25th anniversary of the JFK assassination, a newspaper reported on Bendig's accusations against Cipolla.

Between 1978 and 1988, no one accused Cipolla of molestation, either.   From 1972 to 1978, no one accused Cipolla of any wrongdoing, except for the Thompson gang.  And of course, from 1989 to 2026, no one ever accused Cipolla of any type of sexual abuse.

There were neither past molestation accusations nor present ones against Cipolla, concerning the entire state of Ohio.  Diane Thompson is merely a malicious liar, thinking that you are stupid enough to believe whatever she writes and then posts.

I've a question about the Bendig Lawsuit Deposition of Frank Labiaux, if it does exist: 

Now, concerning Frank Labiaux and an alleged deposition taken a couple weeks after Attorney Douglas Yauger received communications from Diane Thompson's clan, does anyone out there have a copy of an alleged cross-examination of Frank Labiaux? ... if such a thing actually exists?

You are more than welcomed to act like a lady or a gentleman and send me a text or an email or even give me a phone call.  In fact, you can find my cell phone number in each of the three posts about the renovation of the St. Wenceslaus Church structure, located around the early August 2026 posts.

I need to see that cross-examination or I need to see someone out there versed in trial law to give a cross-examination to Frank Labiaux.

And concerning you arrogantly assured ones out there, there is one huge difference between me and you.  I talked to Cipolla time after time after time, and I even saw him in person a couple of times.  

In fact, even before Tim Bendig accused Cipolla, I was in a car with Cipolla, one night ... alone ... and he didn't try a damn thing on me.  I was also alone with Cipolla, in daylight hours, at his McGuire Home room/office, and he didn't try to do a damned thing to me.  

Zero physical contact.  Zero seductive talk.  No talk about sex.  No talk about girls.  No talk about "trying new experiences."  Etc.  It was all "church talk."

Moreover, I even offered to be a character witness for Cipolla in the Tim Bendig lawsuit.  But, there were more than enough character witnesses lined-up already.

Plus, I held and viewed the documentation.  You did not.  All in all, I'm an American construction worker who has no investment in any Padre Pio Prayer Group enterprise ... or in any Cipolla-related project ... or in any project of any person once involved with Cipolla.

That white Mercedes I often drive came solely from construction profits.  That tan Ford 250 that I also drive also came from construction profits. 

I did NOT get paid as much as a dollar to write what I did on any subject, including the Cipolla Subject.  In all that time, I received a grand total one $100 donation in 2014, from someone grateful that I revealed Wuerl as the evil entity he is, instead of claiming him to be the saint he as sure as Hell is not.  So, I have no conflict of interest in the Cipolla Case.  

Diane Thompson and her sons definitely had a conflict of interest.  In fact, they had 250,000 conflicts of interest.  Bendig had nearly the same amount of conflicts of interest, too.  But, he quickly squandered his conflicts of interest to the Levitske Bros, for the Two Step Lounge.  

And and and the Levitske Bros committed no tort offense or criminal offense in selling Bendig property that came from the money given to Bendig by Wuerl.  As soon as the settlement was signed and transacted, that money became Bendig's unshared financial holdings.  

The Levitske Bros were not aware of any fraud in Bendig acquiring the money, and Bendig was NOT under a contractual obligation to spend the money on high-tech psychiatric treatment as he told the media he was going to do.  

The point in mentioning the Two Step Lounge was to show that Bendig was a liar.  Very simply, being that Bendig lied about using the settlement money on psychiatric treatment, it's reasonable to assume that Bendig lied about everything else.  This includes Bendig claiming that he was molested between the ages of 13 to 17, at a parish where Cipolla was NOT stationed, in a rectory bedroom that Cipolla did NOT have.     

So, let's do a quick review for those who deny reality 

Two parties received a $200,000+ settlement after damning Cipolla with storylines already proven to have been false.  Wuerl gave Bendig his settlement, and Dave Zubik gave Diane Thompson's clan its settlemtn.  Cipolla was never put on trial, and he was never in handcuffs ... and there was no DNA evidence at all, in his 1978 case. 

Most importantly, Detective Broz failed to produce any physical evidence or corroborating witnesses to make his intended ... yet unrealized ... prosecution of Cipolla convincing to a jury, "beyond a reasonable doubt."  And he did NOT reach the legal standard to warrant the indictment of Cipolla.  

Quite frankly, he failed.  So, he blamed his failure on "the suits." The "suits" were four men in the hallway at the cancelled August 28th, 1978 Probable Cause Hearing.   

Broz said that he didn't know who they were, but when he saw them, he knew that "the fix was in."  HOWEVER, fix refers to dishonest rigging, and Broz FAILED to produce any physical evidence or corroborating witnesses that justified a judge "to issue process" on Cipolla, in the first place.

Maybe ... just maybe ... Broz's disrespect for Cipolla came from the fact that he was a freemason, as in the Franklin/St. John's/Trinity Lodge 221 of the 55th Masonic District.  

If you are unaware of the animosity between the freemasons and the Catholic Church, then look it up.  As a preview, the Freemasons were originally designed to destroy the Catholic Church and to discredit its priests ... for starters. 

As my private citizen's personal opinion of public figure Warren Broz, as is protected under NY Times v Sullivan (1964), I think that Broz was going through burn-out and didn't want to play sleuth anymore.  

He was drained of energy or drained of inspiration.  After all, he became a member of an organization which reaches out to those "first responders" who are either going through burn-out or mental trauma from experiences seen on-the-job.

And and and, he did NOT report on any attempt to confirm or refute a Cipolla assertion which could have been answered by the people at the Michigan province of the Pontifical Institute of Foreign Missions.  All that Broz had to do was ask the friars at that province if it were true or false that Cipolla occasionally collected medical supplies for the missions and brought some supplies with him, in his yearly trips.

Then again, maybe Broz did ask and didn't get the answer he wanted, resulting in him remaining silent about it, so as to not make Cipolla look good in the eyes of the public.

At this point, the bottom line is that the PA Grand Jury discovered that there wasn't any archive file which mentioned any mass sex abuse accusations against Cipolla, and and and there was no one in the history of Ohio who ever accused Cipolla of molestation. 

The stupidest thing a financially strapped Cipolla ever did 

Now, Cipolla did do something really stupid after Wuerl defrocked him and refused to give him the financial assistance which Wuerl gave to Frs.  Wolk, Zula, Pucci, Burchianti, Zirwas, etc, etc, etc.  Cipolla tried to get a job in New Jersey from some type of home schooling organization as some kind of teacher.  

His life experience was limited to youth groups and prayer groups.  And he knew that he couldn't survive the cost of living on a minimum waged, no-experience-necessary job.   Plus, I think that he was too proud to do that kind of work.

He never tried to do this kind of thing again.  If he kept trying to get a job around youth, then you could sound the alarm and have accused him of being a pedophile on the hunt, even to the point of reporting him to the police.  

In fact, if Cipolla would have kept going around, looking for jobs that would have him in close contact with youth, then I would have reported him to the police.   But, Cipolla did NOT do so.

I never mentioned what he did in the last years of his life, for financial supplementation

 Cipolla did get a monthly social security check.  But, that wasn't enough.  So, Cipolla starting living off of the CASH VALUE OF HIS LIFE INSURANCE POLICY.

In addition, Cipolla got an affluent woman who believed in him to pay his monthly apartment rent for him.  And concerning those people who really believed in Cipolla, they were actually believing in the miraculous Padre Pio whom Cipolla represented and even spiritually manifested in a real though invisible way.  

They saw Cipolla as the conduit ... the relay system ... the representative of Padre Pio.  Admiration of Cipolla was all based on appreciation of Padre Pio.   So, to claim that Cipolla was a molester is to claim that Padre Pio was/is a worthlessly weak buffoon of zero value who let the demonic world takeover his "turf."

Well, Padre Pio was a victim of defamation, too.  Deja vu. 

PA Grand Jury: ZERO Cipolla secret archive files & no new accusers came forth

Preview:  The 2018 Pennsylvania Grand Jury Inquest opened wide the doors, windows & curtains of SIX Pennsylvanian Roman Catholic dioceses.  It was so productive that it revealed the molestations of 301 priests upon 1,000 youths.  

This grand jury inquest was so competent that, if anyone actually had been molested by Anthony Cipolla and had his accusations kept in a hush-hush secret archive file, then that person had an open avenue to come forth and go through the process of testifying against Cipolla on record.  Well, no new face came forth.

This 2018 grand jury inquest also meant that any secret archive detailing any sexual abuse accusations against Cipolla would have been uncovered and made part of the record, via subpoena & Pennsylvania constable.  Well, no such "secret molestation archive against Cipolla" was brought forth by any Pennsylvania constable.

This means that, in his first SIX YEARS as a priest in ministry, there was NO RECORD OF ANY ACCUSATIONS AGAINST ANTHONY CIPOLLA for any type of wrongdoing, including any type of molestation.

Moreover, Cipolla was NEVER shifted to another nearby diocese ... or to any nearby state ... to hide any sexual wrongdoing.  Randy Engel was wrong about him, in her defamatory assessment of him, in erroneously claiming that his parish assignment record was that of a molester.  

In reality, Anthony Cipolla's parish assignment record for his first five year in ministry was that of a priest in the late 1970s, in the midst of a priest shortage.  The fact about the priest shortage was covered already on this Wuerl-of-Hurt site. 

 Moreover, Anthony Cipolla was NEVER found with child pornography.  Richard Zula used to make the stuff, himself.

All in all:

[1] Only Diane Thompson in the late 1970s accused Cipolla through two young sons, while she was in desperate need of apartment rent money.  In fact, she accused Cipolla shortly after she asked Cipolla for apartment rent money ... through Cipolla's pastor ... and Diane Thompson got none.  Moreover, the accusation came at the last week of the month, and such a week is often near rent payment due dates.

[2] Only Tim Bendig in the late 1980s accused Cipolla, but not until after Bendig was expelled from the seminary and was denied a request for charity money from the Pittsburgh diocese ... and only after Anthony Cipolla told the Padre Pio Prayer Group people to stop sending money to a Tim Bendig who was now in desperate need for money. 

The Scorecard

 

~After all of these decades, no one from the youth groups of 1972 to 1976 ever accused Cipolla of any sexual wrongdoing.

 

~No one amongst his wide array of Padre Pio Prayer Group altar servers of the 1980s ever accused him of anything wrongful ... except for a financially destitute Tim Bendig, in 1987 and then again in 1988.

 

Concerning the Pittsburgh diocesan parishes where Cipolla was assigned: 

 

~No one from St Bernard Parish in Mt Lebanon ever accused Cipolla.

~No one from Immaculate Conception Parish, in Washington PA, ever accused him.

~No one from St Philomena's Parish in Beaver PA ever accused Cipolla.

~No one from St Agatha Parish in Bridgeville PA ever accused him.

~No one from St Philip Parish in Crafton PA ever accused Anthony Cipolla of molestation ... according to the investigators and record hunters.  

 

As a reminder, Cipolla was NEVER found to have possessed or have made child pornography or teenage pornography, etc. 

 

Needless to say, the PA Grand Jury of 2018 would have found such records, if they existed, due to the power vested & invested in it.

 

Thus, any secret archive of Cipolla molesting a multiplicity of children did NOT exist, as Randy Engel conjectured that it would.  All of the evidence and witness accounts in the wide open statewide Grand Jury Inquest shows that Cipolla was NOT a serial molester being shifted from parish to parish, to cover-up any type of molestation habit or sexual impropriety.  

 

So, if you website operators out there ... and newspaper editors and TV producers and magazine publishers ... insist on claiming that Cipolla showed all the signs of a schizophrenic child molester who was arrested, arraigned, and then let go after a DA strong-armed a Diane Thompson into "dropping the charges" that were never filed in the first place, then ...

 

... this conversation can be continued with the involvement of a magistrate here and a magistrate there who will be vested with the power to make the conversation have meaning ... an expensive meaning.

 

Article III Standing 

 

That which would be needed to initiate the civil court legal process is someone or some entity with Article III Standing.  This involves a person aggrieved by the defamation of Cipolla which caused the person some type of injury, such as defamation to an entire family name.  You can easily look up Article III Standing and get a tutorial on it.

 

And remember, Warren "Bud" Droz told the 2018 Grand Jury under oath that the only reason why he believed everything said to him by a twelve year old Frank Labiaux in late July of 1978 was that Droz believed that no twelve year old youth would ever lie to a police officer.  That is super bogus police work.  But, it's expected to come from someone going through police officer burn out.  Case Closed. 

 

Cipolla was stationed here at one time.  No accusations against Cipolla here.

 

The Great Hypocrisy of putting Cipolla in the Spotlight

 

Website after website puts Cipolla in neon lights, always insinuating that he, at the least, molested three youths for dozens and even hundreds of times.

 

However, there was one priest whom Wuerl reinstated who ended up being accused of molesting about 20 high school students.  It was John S Hoehl.  Why did he not get the amount of negative press that Cipolla got?

 

As another point of hypocrisy, there was the Fr Leo Burchianti who had a monthly stipend from Wuerl, while living in the St Jean Vianney House for the rest of his life.  Burchianti was surmised to have molested eight male youths.  

 

Meanwhile, the number of molestation victims at the hands of Fr John Wellinger is attached to a question mark. 

 

And of course, the Richard Zula who received a monthly check from Wuerl was once charged with 130 counts of child sexual abuse and even the possession of child pornography.  Yet, Cipolla was the one made out to be Wuerl's greatest monster, by the media and the internet.

 

 

Now for the major hypocrisy of Randy Engel, in her damning of Cipolla, in his parish assignment record

 

Randy stated that Spokesman Fr Ron Lengwin stated that the average priest's first assignment is about five years.  My multiple expert sources did not agree.

 

None the less, according to Randy Engel, if you are a priest whose first parish assignment was five years long, then you are a good man who was never accused of molestation, and therefore never had to be moved to different parishes, to cover-up your habit of molestation.

 

Well, Fr Richard Zula's first parish assignment lasted 5 years.  Yet, he was a monster.  Therefore, Randy Engel, in her assessment, is wrong.

 

 

THE IMMACULATE MISCONCEPTION

 

Plus, at the very start of one of the sections of Randy Engel's 2016 three-part article, she had a damning declarative statement about Cipolla's state of mental health which was instantly able to be proven FALSE.

 

Q:  And what exactly is this asinine & defamatory assertion that comes out of the starting gate in one of Engel's 2016 declaratory statements?

ANS:  Her mention that Anthony Cipolla was most probably a psychotic or schizophrenic? 

Q:  What makes her initial assertion an asinine one which instantly signals to the reader that the 2016 article is nothing more than a list of defamatory lies, written by a gossipy hag?

ANS:  Anthony Cipolla was analyzed by TWO board-certified & licensed psychiatric institutions which included personnel who held an MD and a medical license.  Both institutions DID NOT diagnose Cipolla as being either schizophrenic or psychotic.

In fact, the New York City institute gave Cipolla a clean bill of mental health, while the Maryland Clinic simply diagnosed him as having Clinical Depression & Suicidal Tendencies.  That is much much different than schizophrenia and/or psychosis.

And remember, Randy Engel does NOT have an M.D. attached to her name, and she was NOT the operator of a psychiatric facility. 

Usually, a person with the suicidal tendency diagnosis is treated with compassion.  In fact, people refrain from bringing any amount of grief or trauma upon that person which would compel him to suicide.  But not Randy Engel.

Of course, Engel, in her self-righteous & holier-than-art-thou mindset, made herself out to be far more knowledgeable and enlightened than all of the degree-earning & license-holding professionals at those two clinics. 

Cipolla also had a serious heart condition which included surgery.  I previously mentioned the neuropathy and diabetes of Cipolla.  This means that his medical condition was such that he was in no condition to molest anyone.  

So, Randy Engel's "good good New Jersey friend" didn't need to traumatize Cipolla to death, so as to protect children from being molested by him ... by a man who was never indicted or arrested or arraigned or placed in the witness box for any type of molestation charge.

Due to the scouring of information done in 2018, during the Pennsylvania Grand Jury Inquest, it turned out that there actually was no secretly held Cipolla archive file detailing a serial molester, during his first five years of priesthood ministry.   

The PA Grand Jury concluded that there was zero sexual abuse accusations against Cipolla in his first five years of priesthood ministry.  

This is why Warren Broz was asked why he believed in the 1978 statement of Labiaux, being that the grand jury had no corroborating evidence against Cipolla and because there was no pattern of molestation accusations against him.  The 1978 accusations literally came out of the blue, when compared to Cipolla in 1972, '73, '74', '75, '76, and even '77.

This is important to note, because Engel claimed that Cipolla's parish assignment record was the definitive and undeniable record of a molester.  But of course, the 2018 PA Grand Jury reported much differently than a Randy Engel who had zero subpoena power and zero agents working for her.  

However, Randy Engel had to push the issue and torment Cipolla with her 2016 plan of instilling widespread defamation against him, until the shock & mental trauma which was consuming him augmented into a fatal arrhythmia, while driving.  

Cipolla then crashed into a tree with heartwood so strong & wide that the car's engine literally ended up in the front seat immediately upon impact.  Simultaneously, Cipolla was thrown from the car.
