The U.S. Constitution's Establishment Clause and the actual dynamics between Church & State

If there were absolute separation of Church and State in America, 
there would have never been chapels on United States military bases.
 In light of this, consider the following commonly encountered scenarios:

1]  The police officer hired by the State directs traffic solely for the benefit of
      parishioners leaving a Sunday church service.  If there were the absolute
      separation of Church and State, there would be no police officers directing
      church traffic anywhere in America, and there would be chaos on State roads
      on Sundays.

2]  The detective hired by the state investigates the allegations of clergy abuse com-
     mitted upon parishioners.  If there were absolute separation of Church and State
     in America, the molestation of altar boys would have gone unchecked and have
     become a pandemic.

3]  In 1844, Philadelphia-area Protestants, in their paranoiac hatred of a pope they
     never met, torched a Catholic Church.  In fact, they literally fired a canon at it.
     In response, soldiers employed by State rallied to the protection the Catholics
     who, at the time, were hated with seething ferocity by certain Protestant sects.
     If there were the absolute separation of Church and State, there would have
     been either a massacre in Philadelphia or the start of a literal civil war there.

     The Conclusion is that the First Amendment Establishment Clause requires the
     State to make sure that its citizens are able to freely practice religion. 

     In the alternate:

1] Catholic, Quaker, and Episcopalian schools fulfilled the job of the State in edu-
    cating students in non-religion subjects such as mathematics, science, history,
    art, and literature.  This means that there are religious institutions functioning
    as the State five days a week.  After all, the State enacted mandatory school laws
    and religious institutions fulfilled said laws by educating many youth above and
    beyond the topic of religion.
                                                      Added note:

               When a private entity acts as the government, in being the surrogate
               of said government, it's known as "acting under the color of law."
               You can sue the federal government for a civil rights violations com-
               mitted by a private institution acting under the color of law.

2] Catholic and Protestant charities of varying sort fulfill the job of the State in going
     to the aid of hurricane victims, even to the point of receiving federal dollars in the
     process.  In fact, the Catholic Church, for years, received taxpayer dollars through
     social service government contracts.  In this capacity, churches have acted under
     the color of law.  Churches have become the surrogate of the government.

3] Catholic, Jewish, and Protestant medical facilities act under the color of law each
     time their facilities treat a patient sponsored by the medicaid program.

4] Catholic, Jewish, Moslem, Protestant, Hindu, etc, chaplains are hired by the U.S.
     government, to care for the spiritual well-being of U.S. military personnel.  They
     are not hired to establish any one religion.  Rather, they are paid to secure the re-
     ligious rights of the military personnel who need chaplains, in order for the religious
     rights to be something real.  During WWII, there were priests at the war fronts giv-
     ing last rites to mortally wounded American soldiers and to anyone else caught in
     the line fire.  The United State government funded the priests, the chaplains behind
     the front line, and the military chaplain in the States.
 

    
Other observations involving the relationship between Church and State:

1] The television broadcast of Midnight Mass somewhere on Earth is governed by
     the FFC in America.  If there were the absolute separation of Church and State,
     the church would have to intrude on frequencies designated by the government,
     in order to broadcast to humanity.

2] The private jet which flew John Paul II and Benedict XVI throughout portions of
    America flew solely under the law of the FAA.  If there were the absolute separa-
    tion of Church and State, the jet carrying a pope would have crashed into another
    jet liner eventually, or else such a jet would have created aerial havoc.

3] The priests and nuns made homeless by a hurricane have the right to seek help
     from FEMA.  If there were the absolute separation of Church and State, then
     priests and nuns would:  1]freeze to death during blizzards, 2] drown during
floods,  3] and remain without shelter after tornadoes. 

In addition:

It is a well known practice to begin a congressional session with a chaplain praying be-
fore the session.  If there were the absolute separation of Church and State, then no
prayer of any kind would be heard in a congressional chamber.  It's simply that the re-
ligions take turns in delivering the opening prayer in American congressional chambers,
because there is no established religion in America.

The Federal Judiciary Conclusion:  The phrase "Separation of Church and State"
is a misnomer.  Mention of it does NOT appear in the United States Constitution.  Rath-
er, the United States Bill of Rights has the Establishment Clause which forbids the fed-
eral government or any individual State to establish an official state religion.  The same
clause protects a citizen from having his religion outlawed, unless the religion involves
criminal activity.

The First Amendment Establishment Clause guarantees that NO person will have to
support or adhere to a religion to which he does NOT want to belong.  It also guar-
antees that a person willing to adhere to a specific religion will not be required by the
government to violate his conscience in matters of faith and morals, provided that the
matter of conscience is written into the religion's official doctrine. 

One more thing:

If the practice/activity of a religion involves the doing of something illegal, then the re-
ligion is not permitted to practice it.  The example classically used was bigamy.  If a
religion allows bigamy, members of that religion are not permitted to practice bigamy
in the United States.

In the inverse, if an activity mandated by the State is NOT permitted by a person's re-
ligion, then the individual has the right to not be a part of the activity declared sinful in
his religion.  The most obvious example is war and the Quakers. 

In conclusion:

The much controverted United States First Amendment clause is NOT referred to as
the Separation of Church and State Clause, being that there is no absolute separation
of Church and State.  The operative phrase is the Establishment Clause.  This means
that you do not have to join a religion that you don't want to join.  This also means that
you can't force someone to stop practicing his/hers.

Cardinals Donald Wuerl and Timothy Dolan sought to deceive you, by twisting the abuse statistics

         Covering Up the Long-term Sexual Abuse Scandal
                       by means of distorting the statistics

Bishops who serve mammon (material wealth) distort the image of the church.

A trick of the more unconscionable members of the hierarchy is to make
the sexual abuse of minors look like a common societal occurrence.  The
con game consists in claiming that persons of all industries, professions,
and walks of life sexually abuse youth with a frequency no less than that
of Catholic priests of recent decades.  There is need to clean-up the Vati-
can II church, and not lie to the public about unconscionable manipulat-
ors who decided to use the economic security of the Western church, to
live the life of a criminal.

Dolan:  Quintessential Cover-up Artist of Double-life Priests

Timothy Dolan of New York went as far as claiming that teachers molest
youths ten times more often than do Roman Rite priests.  In fact, he stat-
ed that parents have molested their own children more often than priests
did.  This pair of statements is completely invalid, because there are ex-
cessively more teachers and parents in existence than there are priests.
That is to say, it's the per capita percentage that determines which sec-
tor of society is the one most dominant in scarring the lives of children
and adolescents.

There are, at present, approximately 41,500 Catholic priests in active
ministry throughout the United States.  In contrast, there are 1,729,000
kindergarten and elementary school teachers in the same nation.  In fact,
there are 2,388,500 American teachers when you add middle school,
and there are 3,476,200 school teachers in the U.S. when you add se-
condary school teachers.  In light of this, keep in mind that secondary
school is attended by youth mostly under the age of 18.  Now, com-
pare the number 2,388,500 to the number 41,500.  In fact, look at
the stats again:

 K-8 School Teachers   2,388,500
Active Catholic Priests      41,500   Is your intelligence insulted yet?

K-12 School Teachers  3,476,200   Do you see how Dolan thinks
Active Catholic Priests      41,500   that Americans are gullible?

Now for the Unconscionable Manipulator, Cardinal Donald Wuerl

Wuerl was once a guest writer for the Washington Post.  In his guest
article, he stated that 65,964 youths across the US were sexually abused
in 2009.  He then stated that this was a sobering number, making himself
look like a caring man.  Wuerl also made it look as if there were a pan-
demic of sexual abuse transpiring throughout the United States, as if all
walks of life were regularly engaging in the sexual abuse of youth.  Of
course, Wuerl made it look as if the sexual crimes of  priests were not
disproportionate to those of the rest of the population.

Of course, Wuerl failed to delineate the types of sexual abuse, as well as
the age group distribution thereof, as well as the general demography of
sexual abusers.  Nor did Wuerl state ratios and percentages.  This means
that Wuerl is either a lazy journalist or a deliberate deceiver who wants
the facts to be  hidden from you.  Very simply, Wuerl failed to state that
there were 65,964 youths reported as having been sexually abused in a
nation of 74,500,000 youths under the age of 18.

This means that 0.000885 of America's youths were reported as having
been sexually abused during the Year 2009.   This translates into 1 out 
of every 1,127 youths.  This also translates into an approximate .09%
of the minors in a nation the size of a continent..  Now, this is NOT 9%
of the youth.  Nor is this even .9% of the youth.  Rather, it's  .09%.   
 That is "Point zero nine percent."   Observe:
  
U.S. youths between 0 -17 years of age ................ 74,500,000
     Youths reported as sexually abused in 2009 ........... 65,964
        Youths NOT reported as sexually abused ..... 74,434,036

Visualize this once again:

                       NOT sexually abused: 74.434  
                                 sexually abused: 00.066  ...  1 in 1,127.

According to the John Jay Report, 1 in 25 priests were sexually abus-
ive between 1950 and 2002.  Then, according to the 2010 Condon In-
vestigation, 1 in 1,095 NYC public school teachers transgressed the
boundaries in varying types of improprieties, from verbal abuse to con-
sensual activities to outright criminal conduct.  In light of this, compare
(1 in 1,127) to (1 in 1,095) to (1 in 25.)  The rate of modern priest
abuse is much higher.  Donald Wuerl was playing a con game with the
Washington Post article.  Everything about him and from him is a lie.

Finding a sex abuse victim is somewhat like finding a needle in a bail of
hay, as opposed finding it in an entire haystack.  Wuerl made it look as
if there were a young sex abuse victim on every block in every town in
America.  Predators are much easier to encounter, being that they will
hunt for youth, by targeting the places that the young frequent, such as
CATHOLIC CHURCHES.  In as much, Wuerl exaggerated, in using
an unconscionable diversionary tactic.

In his article, Donald Wuerl gave tips on what to do.  However, all the
tips were garden variety and common knowledge.   He contributed no-
thing new.  This is another indication that his intention was to create a
diversionary tactic and not to give rarely known expert knowledge. 

Proof that This Was a Deliberate Diversionary Tactic

The article made the deceptive archbishop look like a caring man who
stepped up to the plate to offer expertise on the subject, even though
he gave only common knowledge in his tips.  Wuerl's ill intent is prov-
en in the fact that he neglected to mention the statistical numbers of ne-
glected youth ... of those left to experience hunger pangs and loneliness
on a regular basis.  So, why did Wuerl mention the sex abuse casualties
and not the casualties of neglect?  Some neglect cases end up as fatal-
ities.  These cases are heart rending, yet Wuerl seems to care not.

The probable answer as to why Wuerl kept silent about the other forms
of abuse is that disclosing their numbers will make sexual abuse look like
much less of an occurrence.   In the process, Wuerl's diversionary tactic
will have less impact when people realize that the sexual abuse of youths
is not the pandemic Wuerl made it out to be.   In as much, here are the
2009 stats on the other forms of child abuse:

Neglect  ...................................  543,035  Wuerl was silent about this.
Physical Abuse  .......................  123,599  Wuerl ignored this one, too.
Other Abuse  ............................    66,487  He never defined what this is.
Sexual Abuse  ..........................    65,964  .09% of total youth in the US.
Psychological Maltreatment  ...    52,532  This is shear terror to a youth.
Medical Neglect .......................   16,837  This is like physical abuse.

Wuerl also IGNORED the millions of youths locked in sweatshop labor,
slave field work, and even military service throughout the world.  This
number is the highest of all forms of abuse.

In his relatively recent Washington Post article, Cardinal Donald Wuerl's
apparent objective, so it seems, was to use the Washington Post as his
dupe, in order to divert attention away from the inordinately high number
of molester priests in the Vatican II and 1950s Church, making it look as
if  "everyone on earth is doing it" when it comes to sexually abusing the
youth of America.  Well, everybody's not doing it.

Firstly, it is a completely unnatural act not common to humanity.  This
means that, in order to do such a thing, a person had to already been per-
verted in his senses.  Therefore, it isn't a common occurrence for youth
to be molested, as Wuerl was making it out to be.  God never gives car-
dinals the grace to lie successfully.  Betrone's debacle, in defaming An-
tonio Socci, is a case in point, as well as Sodano's covering up the worst
molester in the history of the Catholic Church, Marciel Maciel.

There was one more thing that the article had the effect of doing.  It also
served as a diversion to the adult homosexual activity between seminari-
ans, priests, bishops, and lay religious members known as brothers.

The evil of the 20th Century priesthood was prophesied in the church-
approved Marian apparition of Quito, Ecuador.  None the less, Wuerl's
guest article also diverted attention away from the seminarians who
were sexually harassed and even assaulted. 

Another sign that the Tiny Statured Donald Wuerl
Deliberately Performed a Diversionary Tactic

The first paragraph of Wuerl's article comprises three sentences and one
introductory heading.  Yet, Wuerl obsessively posted the same one web
link three times in that one small paragraph.   The redundancy was a bla-
tant give-away, revealing an individual who wanted the reader to go to
that particular site only.   The problem with the web link which Wuerl
provided is that it takes you to the main page, and not to the exact page
were one can view the number 65,964.   Therefore, in his article, Wuerl
puts the reader on a wild goose chase. 

A Manipulation and then a Blatant Folly in the Same Paragraph

Cardinal Wuerl stated that many parents were clueless that their children
are even at risk in their own neighborhoods.   Well, according to the true
statistics, it isn't probable that children are regularly in danger in their own
neighborhoods.  Therefore, Wuerl is marketing fear, thereby diverting at-
tention away from molester priests.  However, it is true that parents and
legal guardians are sometimes the assailants.  Wuerl's article never admits
this.  He makes it sound as if men hiding behind trees are in every neigh-
borhood ready to molest untold numbers of children.  Therefore, Wuerl
presented a propaganda article and not an informative one. 

An Additional Propagandist's Lie Told about Wuerl

It was falsely stated at another site that Wuerl had a strong sexual abuse
policy for 25 years.   Firstly, there was Donald Wuerl's triple cover-up
of Wolk, Pucci, and Zula.   There was the re-admittance into the minis-
try of John Hoehl.  There was also the musical chairs cover-up played
with Edward Huff, between St. Louis and Pittsburgh.

Even at the start of the Year 2002, Wuerl had "several" priests in active
ministry who had credible allegations of sexual abuse attached to them.
He gave those priests free rein until the media exploded with news of
the many cover-ups of Catholic bishops.  Even before the Year 2002,
there was the evidence-based Torquato Retaliation that Wuerl ratified.
Furthermore, recent info gave the Wellinger case more impact.  Plus,
there was the Henry Krawczyk case and the Pitt football player who
died suddenly and drunkenly in a Pittsburgh diocesan church.  Next
on the list is the Vincentian High School allegations.  And who knows
what else is hidden in the trail of the tinsel town narcissist, Wuerl.

The Other Deception in Guest Writer Wuerl's Article

The other deception in the guest article was Wuerl's photograph.  The
angle of the shot was a steep incline.  This means that it looked as if
a photographer of average height photographed a 6'2" person.   Thus,
in his disingenuous sleight of hand article, the 5'4" Donald Wuerl was
trying to make himself look like a giant among men.   Wuerl has ob-
sessed himself with looker much taller in his photos than he is in real
life.  In a very recent photo, for example, the photographer was eith-
er on his knees or sitting on the floor when photographing Wuerl.
This shows that the 71year old Wuerl never grew up and matured.
Incidentally, the Washington Post described Wuerl as "a slight man." 

A Communist under Every Bed Trick

Wuerl, in his guest article, was basically doing what Joseph McCarthy
did in the 1950s.   Things became so ridiculous during the McCarthy
era that the snide slogan was:  "A communist under every bed and 
in every government office."  Wuerl and Dolan were trying to de-
ceive you into thinking that a molester of youth was on every street
corner and in every classroom.

The distrust extended toward priests came from the fact that the sexual-
ly abusive ones broke their vows of chastity in the most violent of ways,
and then smugly got away with their crimes a lot of the times, due to the
various bishops without consciences.  How many priests went through
the ordination process while having zero intent to honor their vows?
Such a thing constitutes fraud.  Actually, it constitutes Lack of Proper
Intent, something that invalidates the ordination process.  Such a per-
son isn't a priest and has zero power to absolve from sin or consecrate
a host.

Back to the Audacity of Archbishop Dolan

In the Year 2008, there were 35.7 million households that had children
living in them under the age of 18.  Therefore, 74.5 million youths live in
one of 35.7 million homes.  There are approximately 53.5 million youth
under 14 years of age estimated to be living in approximately 27.7 mil-
lion households.   Therefore, at least 27.7 million American adults are in
close proximity to youths under the age of 14, serving in the capacity of
parent or guardian.  At this point compare the ratio of teachers, parents,
and guardians to Catholic priests.    In light of the fact that some of these
teachers are also parents, we subtract the number of teachers, for the
sake of obtaining a general ball park figure.

Parents or Guardians of Children under 14:  at least 27,700,000
MINUS K-8 School Teachers as of 2008:                2,388,500
                                                   TOTAL:  at least  25,312,500
                                                                                          vs
                   Active Catholic Priests today:                      41,500

  Parents or Guardians of Children under 18:  at least 35,700,000
MINUS K-12 School Teachers as of 2008:                   3,476,200
                                                      TOTAL:   at least   32,233,800

In approximate figures, there were at least 32 million people in proxim-
ity to youths under 18 years of age, on a daily basis.  In 2009, approx-
imately 66,000 minors were reported as having been sexually abused.
This means that, at the very most, 1 in 484 teachers, parents, and 
legal guardians were reported as having sexually abused youths un-
der the age of 18, in the Year 2009.  However, a number of house-
holds have both parents in them, making the actual probability of
teacher/parent sexual abuse much lower, such as 1 in 600 or 750.
Keep in mind that in 2010, the NYC public school teacher ratio
was 1 in 1,095.

In contrast, the unsubstantiated & uncertified John Jay report set forth
statistics that amount to 1 in 25 priests having sexually abused youths
from 1950 to 2002.  This concerns the United States only.  Of course,
in stating that the John Jay report was uncertified as to its data's accur-
acy, there was conjecture that some of the reported abusers were not
counted, meaning that the true ratio might be 1 in 24 or even more con-
centrated.   At the least, we have a ballpark figure, even if the bishops
were dishonest in supplying the statistical data.

In the deceivers Dolan and Wuerl we once again see the truth in John
Chrysostom stating that the Road to Hell is paved with the skulls of
bishops.  This includes 5'4" effeminate bishops known for retaliatory
conduct and who obsessively spent decades deceiving humanity into
thinking that they are tall, intimidating, & aesthetic Rocks of Gibraltar.

Incidentally, it was revealed by a Pittsburgh diocesan proof reader that
the most expected complaint to hear from Pittsburgh diocesan priests,
against Donald Wuerl, was, "Why did he get to be a bishop, and not 
any one of us?"   The answer is that you other priests were not the per-
sonal secretary of the notorious John Cardinal Wright, the alleged homo-
sexual who had personal testimony narrated about his him so detailed
that it will destroy your appetite for the rest of the day or night.

Wuerl is connected directly to Wright, meaning that, if it were not for
Wright, Wuerl would never has risen through the ranks of the church
during one of the most disgraceful times for the hierarchy in Catholic
Church.  They rival or exceeded the evils of Sergius III, John XII, and
Benedict IX of the Tenth and Eleventh Centuries.  This very difficult to
achieve.  None the less, when it came to  accomplishing evil, today's
generation of bishops excelled.  After all, they protected Maciel for
years.

A continuation on how Wuerl and Dolan sought to deceive America:

The Catholic Church needs a housecleaning ... not diversionary tactics.
Archbishop Timothy Dolan, in his unequivocal arrogance, claimed that
teachers molested minors ten times more than did priests.  When asked
for his bibliographical source in his bold assertion, a spokesperson said
that it was a NYS Special Commissioner of Investigation report that 
substantiated 78 abuse cases by teachers in 2009, and 73 such cases 
last year.  The source was the Richard J. Condon Investigation for the
NYC School District whose 2010 issue is found at:

Now observe:  The New York City School District has 1,700 schools
that educate over 1,100,000 students.  The Catholic Church in the New
York archdiocese has 279 Catholic schools that educate approximately
83,000 students.  The New York City School District has approximate-
ly 80,000 active teachers.  The NYC archdiocese, on the other hand,
has 1,783 priests operating throughout it, in active ministry.  This means
that, for every one priest operating in the New York archdiocese, there
are 44 teachers employed by the NYC School District.  That's a ratio
of 44 to1.

Moreover, the 73 substantiated cases included consensual relations be-
tween teachers and students who have reached the age of consent.  It
also included verbal sexual harassment, and perhaps even showing in-
appropriate movies to youth.  Dolan deceived the public into instantan-
eously assuming that there existed 73 cases of physically invasive and
non-consensual contact with matriculated minors in the NYC school
district.

Now, a part of the 73 cases did involve criminal acts with underage stu-
dents, including consensual relationships with students under the age of
consent.   But, Dolan did not make any qualifying statement in relation
to this fact.  He made zero differentiation.  He exaggerated.

Visually observe the statistical ratio of 2010 NYC teacher impropriety
cases versus the entire student body population of the New York City
School District.  Keep in mind that there are 279 Catholic schools in
the ten countywide Archdiocese of New York versus the NYCSD's
1,700 schools, and that there are 44 secular New York area teachers
for every priest operating throughout the NYC archdiocese.

Total Number of NYC School District Students in 2010:   1,100,000
Total Number of substantial sexual impropriety cases:                   73

Students enrolled at Archdiocese of NY Schools in 2010:       83,000

Number of NYC School District TEACHERS in 2010:           80,000
Number of substantial sexual impropriety cases in 2010:                73

Ladies and gentlemen, in the Year 2010, only 1 out of 1,095  NYC
school teachers were substantially found to have gone out of bounds,
in varying degrees sexual abuse, ranging from verbal abuse to conduct
recognized as criminal activity in the State of New York.  This means
that some of the teachers' actions were equivalent to a Tropical Storm,
while the conduct of other ones was equivalent to a Category 4 Hur-
ricane.  In addition, keep in mind that there are almost as many NYC
area public school TEACHERS as there as Archdiocese of New York
Catholic School STUDENTS.  Now compare the long-term statistics
of American priest sexual abuse to New York City school teachers'
sexual impropriety in the Year 2010.

American priest sexual abusers between 1950 and 2002:    1 in .... 25.
NYC teachers transgressing in varying degrees in 2010:     1 in 1,095.

When you make an allegation as brazen as did Timothy Dolan, you are
obligated to produce concise statistics.  He needed to produce the num-
ber of teachers employed by the NYC School District between 1950 to
2002, along with the number of school students who suffered substanti-
ated sexual abuse in the specific degrees of intensity they suffered them.

With the statistics made available, it is ascertained that Dolan lied.  Such
a lie constitutes the Invasion of Privacy in a False Light, as well as Defa-
mation against the NYC School District and its teachers.   False Light,
incidentally, consists in taking a photograph or a set of statistics out of
context.  Dolan did no less than incite animosity and even a McCarthy-
type witch hunt against New York City teachers.

A tree is known by its fruits.  Dolan denied that he deliberately removed
$130,000,000 from Archdiocese of Milwaukee bank accounts, in only
two sets of transfers, shortly after two pivotal court rulings were entered
into law.  He said it was a coincidence.

If this is new to you, know that Timothy Dolan was once the archbishop
of Milwaukee, where he played Abra Kadabra and Alakazam with over
a hundred million of dollars when the Milwaukee archdiocese was met
with lawsuits.  He claimed that the financial repositioning was coinciden-
tal.  However, there is no such thing as coincidences, when more than
two intersecting events occur.  In the Milwaukee case, there was the in-
tersecting of four events ... two court adjudications and two large money
transfers.  The American dollar should no longer have George Washing-
ton's picture on it, stating "In God We Trust."  Rather, it would be more
fitting to have Harry Houdini's picture on it, with the caption, "Now you 
see it.  Now you don't  ... especially when Timothy Dolan gets his 
hands on it."  It has been a pea & shell game.

Evidence that Wuerl deliberately orchestrated a misleading hyper-exaggeration, in the Cipolla Case

Anthony Cipolla was ejected from his car on August 30, 2016,
one day after his 73rd birthday.

For those new here, the Cipolla Case was the one which rocketed Cardinal
Donald Wuerl into stardom.  The man formerly known as Father Anthony
Cipolla was made out to be a monster molester who was allowed to "get
away with it" until mighty Donald Wuerl (all 5'4 inches of that elevator-
shoed narcissist) came on the scene.

The Pittsburgh Post Gazette made it look as if Wuerl were having Cipolla
tried at the Vatican for molestation.  This is a falsehood.  Wuerl only plead-
ed that Cipolla had to be removed from ministry, on account of the Depres-
sion and Suicidal Tendencies Diagnosis he received at St. Luke's of Mary-
land.  The technical Vatican phrase was, Psychi Defect.  None the less, the
Pittsburgh Post Gazette made it look as if Cipolla were diagnosed with a
depraved psychological sexual dysfunction.  Only Clinic Depression.

Now, Chicago journalist, Mike Volpe, and I saw the official paperwork which
only mentioned Depression & Suicidal Tendencies as the diagnosis conferred
upon Cipolla.  So, you can ask Mike.

Incidentally, Mike is Jewish and NOT Italian.  I mention this, so that you will
not think that I have an "Italians-only club."   Plus, Michael is NOT Catholic.
This means that propagandist Bill Donohue of the one-man Catholic League
can't play the disgruntled-conservative-Catholic-right-wing-kook card that he
played, when dealing with Church Militant director, Michael Voris, and cre-
dentialed D.C. journalist, George Neumayr.  Donohue is going to have to em-
ploy another ploy, to get the reading public to shun Mike Volpe.

Anyway, in his Vatican Signatura pleadings, Wuerl made it sound as if An-
thony Cipolla were so immersed in suicidal tendencies that Wuerl had to
dismiss him from all ministry.  Wuerl made the Saint Luke's diagnosis
his justification.

In as much class, to tell me something.  What is deadly wrong with this picture
painted by Wuerl and the press?

ANS:  If Donald Wuerl really did believe that Anthony Cipolla was severe-
           ly suicidal, then he would have called the police and filed a "302" on
           Cipolla, thereby getting Cipolla involuntarily committed in a mental
           institution, on account of him "being a danger to himself."  Wuerl
           did not do so.

           Plus, if Cipolla really were pathologically suicidal, then the police
           would have confirmed it, and Cipolla would have been taken to a
           mental institution without delay.   He was never committed into
           even a 3-day observation court order.

For those unaware, a 302 in Pennsylvania law is the 72 Hour Observation
law.  It means that, when the police show cause, you are taken to a mental
institution, and put under observation there for 72 hours, in order for the
mental health professionals to assess your state of mental health.  If you
turn out to be a danger to yourself, then you stay longer than three days.

The fact that Wuerl never filed a 302 on Cipolla proves that Wuerl didn't
care about Cipolla's well-being and that Cipolla was NOT so severely
mentally ill that he had to be removed from ministry.

Wuerl made sure that Cipolla would never return to diocesan ministry,
because Wuerl was frightened of DA John C Pettit and friends.  If Don-
ald Wuerl would have put Cipolla back into ministry,  investigations in
the plural would have simultaneously been commenced.   Wuerl's private
life and the private life of his former boss, John Cardinal Wright, would
have been uncovered.  The investigators would have learned about John
Hoehl, John Wellinger, and Edward Huff.  Wuerl would not be in the
height of power he is today.

I already stated in print that I saw Wuerl lie and intimidate his way to the
top.  I mostly saw it in the eyes and facial expressions of those victimized
by him.

Wuerl's Triple Cover-up & Zirwas: Pittsburghers clueless about this history.

In re: The Wolk, Zula, Pucci Cover-up and resultant indictments, along with
DA John C Pettit's bitter complaint about Wuerl's degree of uncooperative-
ness with law enforcement officials ::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::::

I literally could not find anyone in Pittsburgh who knew about it.  This is
how intense the Wuerl Propaganda Machine worked; in covering up some-
thing already uncovered by newspapers from New Hampshire to St. Peters-
burg Florida to Texas to California.

Keep in mind that the Year 2002 was the year when the sex abuse scandal
went international.  It was also the year when Cardinal Wuerl stole the spot-
light from the deeply suffering sex abuse casualties and had certain media
people toot his horn, by claiming accomplishments that never transpired.

No one in the media mentioned Wuerl's UNcooperativeness with law en-
forcement officials during his cover-up of Wolk, Zula, and Pucci.

In like fashion, no one in the media admitted that Wuerl reinstated into
ministry a fourth criminal priest, namely John Hoehl, a former Catholic
high school headmaster.

Plus, no one in the 2002 media revealed that U.S. Supreme Court briefs
were in Washington DC with Wuerl's name throughout them, as aggres-
sor, on account of Wuerl's cover-up of the intrusive homosexual  James
Torquato, a retaliator who literally almost got someone either seriously
injured or killed.  Literally.

The following internet post was a mind-blowing revelation when it was
originally posted, because, until that time, America was deceived into
 thinking that Donald Wuerl was a heroic zero tolerance bishop with a
perfectly clean sex abuse handling record.  No one knew that Wuerl was
the SECOND American bishop to get caught covering-up criminal priests
.... and the first one accused of being uncooperative with police during a
criminal investigation.

All in all, this post is here to show how insufferably dishonest is and was
Wuerl's propaganda machine.  Through surrogates, he incessantly lied to
the public, deceiving people into thinking that he was a holy, caring man.

Then came the truth about Wuerl in 2018.  And the Vatican seemed not to
care about the damage, deprivation, and even jeopardization (the Torquato
Retaliations) that Wuerl caused throughout the preceding years.  The Vati-
can has become Wuerl's accessory as much as it was the accessory of the
international molester, Marcial Maciel Degollado.  Thus, this is an Evi-
dence Webpage.

Intro:  It's amazing how Vatican officials, Americans, Pennsylvanians, and
Pittsburgh residents in particular were clueless to the fact that Cardinal Wuerl
was caught in a triple cover-up which resulted in three of his Pittsburgh priests
being multiply indicted in more than one Pennsylvania county.  This is because
news of the criminal indictments and the reports of Wuerl being uncooperative
with law enforcement officials rang out in the newspapers from Lewiston Maine
to New Hampshire to NYC to Northwestern Ohio to Chicago to California ... and
from Cleveland to Saint Petersburg to San Antonio.  The reports were even in the
now-defunct Pittsburgh Press, as well as the Pgh Post Gazette.

Yours truly receiving his diploma from the John Hoehl, Wuerl's "cover-up
in the wings."  Wuerl put him back into ministry, showing that Wuerl was  
NO zero tolerance bishop.  I heard rumors about Hoehl during high school,
 but they weren't frequent and not detailed.  I simply didn't think that any 
priest would do what the rumors accused him of doing.

Instances of Wuerl's & Bendig's Propensity Toward Abusiveness

Always keep in mind the final assessment made of Tim Bendig,  the accuser of
Anthony Cipolla.  Aside of a Diane Thompson whose newspaper testimony was
found to contain outright lies in it, Bendig had zero witnesses, for a civil lawsuit's
trial that Wuerl prevented from happening.  Cipolla had 71+ witnesses, some of
whom were going to testify as to how much a liar and troublemaker Bendig was.

The first assessment of Bendig was made by Donald Wuerl himself, before Wolk,
Zula, and Pucci were arrested.  This was before  Washington County PA  district
attorney John C. Pettit accused Donald Wuerl's then-diocese of foot dragging and
uncooperative conduct throughout the criminal investigation of Donald Wuerl's
Triple Cover-up.  Wuerl assessed Tim Bendig as being NOT credible.  The final
assessment is that Bendig has been a chronic liar.

Bendig the Liar  ... from my personal experience with him

Take note that I keep calling Bendig a liar, yet he does not sue me.  In fact,
I warn you to stay away from him and have no dealing with him.  Now,be-
ing that Bendig is a chronic liar, there is nothing that he has stated which
could be reasonably guaranteed as true or false.  All that can be done is
showing Bendig contradicting himself.  Here is an example not yet re-
vealed in any public forum until now:

Bendig claimed that, as a part of his out-of-court settlement, he is not to
enter any Pittsburgh diocesan church.  Of course, such an agreement
would be a violation of canon law and civil rights ... and no violation
of civil rights is enforceable in any out-of-court settlement.  Moreov-
er, Bendig's contradiction came in the fact that David Zubik invited
him back to church, and made a media spectacle out of it.  Thus, we
have yet another instance where Tim Bendig is nothing but a liar. 

Bendig the Lunger

Shortly after Bendig received his six figure settlement from Donald Wuerl, he
started a support group for those abused by priests.  It made for an effective
front, except for the fact that Bendig quickly abandoned the group he started,
leaving the operation and maintenance of it to an individual who once had "an
affair" with a priest ... allegedly.

One meeting actually involved SNAP, Survivors' Network of those Abused
by Priests.  During this meeting, a woman who co-owned several Hallmark
Card shops with her husband addressed Bendig's mother, saying, "You are
the most negligent mother I have ever encountered in my life."

Upon hearing those words of admonition, Tim Bendig immediately lunged
for the lady.  He did this in a public forum.  Quite frankly, is wasn't known
if Tim Bendig's actions were a matter of theatrics or the absence of discipline.

In addition, Bendig's brothers' were alleged to have been bullies toward a
couple middle aged women, even to the point of denying them entrance in-
to a certain meeting.  Moreover, it was alleged that Bendig charged an ad-
mission fee for his meetings.  This would be in keeping with a predictable
money-grabbing con artist, if the allegation is true.  The sources, to say the
least, were credible.

Of course, Bendig claimed that he needed all that money for intense psychia-
trice treatment.  The liar took the money and purchased the Two Step Restau-
rant from the Levitsky Brothers.  The business quickly failed.  Meanwhile,
Cipolla's life was destroyed.  At present, he is disabled and has zero income
from the Diocese of Pittsburgh.  Yet, even if he were as guilty as the liar Tim
Bendig claimed, the diocese still had the canonical obligation to send him a
monthly pension check, otherwise known as a stipend.  Wuerl and his minions
have been starving out Cipolla for over twenty years.

One more thing for now:  Zubik (the bishop who heartlessly caused the suicide
of sex abuse casualty Michael Unglo) made it look as if Cipolla drove Bendig
away from the church.  A source stated to me that the Bendigs didn't go to
church, even years before Bendig approached Cipolla.

At this point keep in mind the allegation spoken to me long ago and recently
ago:  Bendig allegedly said that he "can con anyone into doing anything."

Donald Wuerl ... Not a man of gentleness and/or peace

A middle aged woman attached to the upper-middle class world alleged that
she once approached Wuerl and asked him to place Cipolla back into ministry.
Upon hearing this, Wuerl allegedly grasped on to one of the woman's hands,
squeezing it to the point of causing the woman significant pain.  Wuerl would
not let goof the woman's hand while squeezing it, she alleged.  If this allega-
tion is true, then it shows how out of touch with reality and out of touch with
others Wuerl is.

In the Torquato case, the Sotak case, and the Cipolla case, as well as other
ones, Wuerl showed how indifferent he is to the sufferings of others.  Wuerl
even caused a woman physical pain, due to his temper.

A man of peace Wuerl is NOT.  As I had long since stated in a communication
to the administrators of the Diocese of Pittsburgh, all that they ... and Wuerl ...
... were accomplished at doing was causing pain.   Those who think that they're
Wuerl's right-hand men and women in possession of privileged status stand to
one day go into shock at Wuerl's scorpion sting.

Concerning you who believe yourselves to be under Wuerl's favor, know that
what Wuerl let happen to Sotak's credible accuser, Torquato's credible accuser,
the uncle of Torquato's credible accuser, and others is what Wuerl is willing to
let happen to you.  What a person is willing to let happen to one person, he is
willing to let happen to everyone else ... including you privileged ones.

This original assessment was made before Wuerl found himself in need of a
smokescreen which would make him look like the strict disciplinarian he was
not in the cases of Wolk, Pucci, Hoehl, and Huff, as well as Fr .James "the
Retaliator" Torquato who spent years not keeping his homosexual hands to
himself.

The assessment of Bendig as perpetual liar was reinforced by the emails & ac-
companying threats that he sent me,  as well as the game he played in the Year
2010, shortly after expert witness & author, Richard Sipe, made my name pub-
licly known, in a complimentary fashion.  Before that time, I wrote under the
alias, Atlantic America, being that I wrote over 200 articles while living at the
Atlantic shoreline.  Bendig should have taken this into account before he be-
gan his very false rumor.

For those unaware, in 2010 Bendig attempted to spread the rumor that my
Wuerlgate articles were written by a "private investigator" in Pennsylvania
who was "under investigation" by law enforcement authorities there.   I shut
down that rumor quickly, pointing out that my website's name was enough
for a reasonable person to realize that the contents therein were written some-
where along the Atlantic coastline.  The name at the time was Atlantic Amer-
ica sites.  This simple observation zipped over Bendig's head.

The following year was when Bendig sent me threats.  The year to follow the
year of threats was when Bendig begged me to interview him.  He even pro-
mised to let me see the deposition that was acquired in full well before he
offered to let me see it.

Of course, I don't talk to liars, and I never let myself be in their company, lest
they lie about what I said in their company.  In addition, I was over 700 miles
away from Tim Bendig at the time, and he somehow couldn't fathom this con-
cept.  For some reason, he acted as if I could drive 20 to 40 minutes and meet
with him.  The alternative was that he was lying about his intent of showing
me the deposition, illustrating how pathetic of a con artist he is.

In conclusion, if Wuerl weren't in need of a scapegoat, namely the Anthony
Cipolla who was found to have ZERO nexus with any homosexual subcul-
ture, Bendig would never have received a settlement two days before the
jury selection of a civil (lawsuit) trial which had 71+ witness lined-up to
testify on Cipolla's behalf . . .  and ZERO witnesses to testify on Bendig's
behalf.

Now, liars have a tendency toward violence, as was indicated in the Book of
Isaiah and elsewhere.  In as much, Bendig and Wuerl are both known for hav-
ing tempers.  Of course, Donald Wuerl was repeatedly illustrated in having
lived a lie for years, going so far as to orchestrate the lies he had the Pitts-
burgh media toss to the public.  In as much, when in the presence of ladies,
NEITHER Bendig NOR Wuerl were ever reputed for any type of suave &
gentlemanly behavior.  In fact, the word, "manly," is an oxymoron when
it applies to the cardinal whom insiders in Washington DC call "Wuerl 
the Girl."

Telephone harassment 5 hrs & 37 mins after PA Grand Jury Report Release

This is written to those of good will.  Firstly ... for the record ... know
that I did NOT testify before the Pennsylvania Grand Jury, and I was
never asked to submit any of the many pieces of evidence I have had
in my possession.  However, I was told that Fr. James Torquato's case
was briefly mentioned in the report, but his name was redacted ----
---- blacked out.

Okay then, take note that shortly after the PA Grand Jury Report was
released, I received a harassing phone call from Melbourne Florida,
number 321-914-9590.  It was a male voice which said that, in the
State of Florida, those who harass some one above a certain age is
guilty of a crime.  I was then told to be prepared.

Concerning this, here is a notice for the person who called me from
321-914-9590.  Do NOT ever call me again.  Do NOT text me.  Do
NOT email me.  Do NOT get a third person to contact me and do
NOT harass any person in my life.  I have already called the police
on you, being that I has repeatedly given notice that that Melbourne
cyber-bully who was caught lying about a Cipolla arrest which nev-
er happened in the first place to never contact me.  She is not to ev-
en get third persons to contact me.  Now, I am telling you directly
to not seek to harass me as she has being doing to me and to those
close to me, for the past three years.

For those unfamiliar, a woman in Florida whom I repeatedly caught
lying about the Cipolla Case has been harassing me & defaming me
for three years.  She constructed TEN blogs that defame and harass
me.  She even posted a photo of my former residence, along with a
Google Map overhead photo which would enable a viewer the ability
to find the home which had new owners.

This woman who has perpetually been harassing me is now accusing
me of harassing her and causing her distress, even though I never call-
ed her and never wrote to her.  In fact, in one of her many posts which
were deleted by the powers-that-be, she claimed that I was stalking her,
while I was in the Chicago vicinity, approximately 1,200 miles away.

She also claimed that I was Anthony Cipolla in disguise, operating a
child molestation protection ring.  Well, this site exposed child moles-
ters. That is not the act of protecting molesters.  Plus, I'm a construction
worker, and molesters don't find the construction world glamorous.  In
fact, one needs to be very rich to operate such a protection ring

Moreover, Anthony Cipolla died shortly after her defamatory post (in
August of 2016.)  The fact that this site gets added posts, even in 2018,
shows that Cipolla was not operating this site.  In fact, Cipolla's chronic
back pain, his neuropathology, and his ill heart made it impossible for
him to run any kind of protection ring.  His last days were days of a
lot of pain.

Anway, that woman made accusations that were super easy to refute,
in her arrest and post-arrest retaliation narrative.  The refutations are
at this site.  As an example, she claimed that a man existed, named
Detective Mark Nehouser, Badge #46, and that he was called to her
abode in 1978, with and his partner, upon which he took evidence to
a hospital and got instant lab test results, (when such testing takes
many days to complete), and arrested Cipolla on the same day.

Well, it turned out that it was uniformed Officer Mark Ninehouser,
Badge #46, who did nothing more than take her statement, hand-
print it on a police form, and then handed it to the real detectives.

Now, I think that I remember seeing in a Randy Engel article that
which was alleged to be the "Police Arrest Report" which does
NOT exist the way in which laymen think such a thing exists.
Well, the report was written in cursive handwriting.  Plus, the
the style was wide-looped feminine.  That certainly was NOT
a handprinted male police officer report.  All in all, that cyber-
bully woman's entire narration of an arrest and post-arrest har-
assment was entirely contrary to criminal law procedure in
every state in America.

Florida.

Apparently, the woman who has been long-term harassing me is
is going to try to get me criminally charged for all that I wrote
about  the Cipolla Case.  She is once again lunging for my jugular
vein.

One note at this point:  There is such a thing as Malicious Prose-
cution and the Filing a False Police Report.  Now, Donald Wuerl
is a public figure.  Cipolla was made into a public figure.  There-
fore, his accusers became partial public figures.  Well, pursuant
to Times v Sullivan, any American is permitted to state opinions
of public figures, to advance the conversation in the issue at hand.

All in all, that woman had been a relentless living Hell to me, since
2015.  She has been doing nothing less than torturing me, and now,
after all of her harassment and defamation of me, she accuses me
of doing that which she has being doing.

Now, if she is willing to lie about me so much, how can you be-
lieve anything that she said about Cipolla?  So take note.  She is
seeking to hurt me really really badly, after all of the work I did
for you who have suffered under Wuerl ... and after the intense
amount of suffering she caused me.

If anyone would like to help me with the 321-914-9590 harass-
ment call and the male harasser attached to it, I would be very
grateful.  I suffered hideously at the hands of Torquato, Wuerl
and others.  This woman is an insect from the most tormenting
regions of Hell to me.  So, please acquire a Florence Nightengale
heart and give some assistance.

Incidentally, I did call the police about an hour or so ago (at the
time of this writing) and received instructions on what I am to
do, to have this three year long harassment of me processed.

Keep in mind that this woman who repeatedly mocked, har-
assed, and defamed me spent a relatively significant amount
of time going online, asking for a law firm to come forth and
sue me.  No one came forth.  Of course, her story of the "arrest
of Cipolla and the ensuing harassment thereafter" is instantly re-
cognized by any law enforcement officer or law student to be
bogus, being that it's contrary to the standard American rules
of criminal procedure.

And of course, there was the attempt to get her donations, to
sue me.  All in all, there has been no demand letter sent to me
and no lawsuit filed against me.  And now, she is claiming that
I caused her extreme anguish through harassment, even though
I never wrote to her, never called her, never stood in her presence,
etc.  Perhaps she suffers from a guilty conscience, on account of
all her easily-provable lies.

The fact that that cyber-bully woman failed to get a law firm to
file a lawsuit against should be a sign to you that I am not com-
mitting libel.

In fact, I previously stated and I state now, that I would be more
than willing to declare Anthony Cipolla a molestor, IF someone
would give me evidence or credible corroborative testimony
against Cipolla.  Well, I was informed that that woman would
let me talk to her two sons.  But, that turned out to be a lie.

She also stated that Randy Engel got a lawfirm to vet the
Randy Engel article that damns Cipolla, and that I would
get the final report after the article gets vetted.  That was
last year.  No, law firm sent me anything that I know of.

In fact, my conversation with former police officer Mark
Ninehouser, Badge #46 assured me that that woman was
lying all along about Cipolla getting arrested by a Detective
Mark Nehouser, Badge #46.

Once again, the harassing phone call made by 321-608-9590 was
made on the same day when the Pennsylvania Clergy Sex Abuse
Grand Jury Report was  released.   And then, a voicemail message
was left.  So, think.  This woman ever so coincidentally undergoes
life-threatening distress days after my notice which that she keeps
harassing me and that I finally have to report her to the police.

Yes, on the same day of the release of the PA Grand Jury Report
which certainly condemns Donlad Wuerl, I got prosecution and
prison for writing that I keep getting harassed and that I finally
have to bring the police into the equation.  So, what happens?
ANS: She preempts and brings the police in, before I fot time
to do so.  So, do you think that she got a heart attack, today?
I did not think that that would happen, being that she is very
vicious in her writing and phone calling --- even to the closest
friend in my life.

None the less, it is obvious that a woman who obsessively spends
her time calling person after person about me, while writing to per-
son after person about me is unfit to have the custody of any youth.
What part of "quit harassing me after three years of doing it," does
she not understand?  Does she think that she has the right to torment
me to death?

Another revelation:  Shortly ago, that cyber-bully woman wrote to
the closest female in my life and proceeded to outright harass her.
In that letter, the bully woman claimed that she located & contact-
ed Torquato's accuser.  Now, I have not seen him for over TEN
years.  Yet, she stated to my closest female friend that Torquato's
accuser told the bully woman that I was recenlty talking to him
and said that I was angry for not getting from my dear friend the
loan I never asked her to make.  The great irony is that I once give
my close friend $10,000 and said that she never had to pay it back.

This is mentioned so that you can see that this cyber-bully woman
in Melbourne Florida keeps trying to sow dissension --- to cause my
friends and associates to fear me and/or hate me and to turn against
me.  Well, that attempt failed, and my dear femal friend and I be-
come even closer.

Now . . .

I have a lot of EVIDENCE which shows that that Florida woman
has been harassing me and even third parties since 2014.  And now,
there is the claim that me writing on my Wuerl-of-Hurt site caused
her great harm.  She wrote that I was stalking her from 1,200 miles,
and that post got deleted.  Yet, she did not see that as causing me
untold distress.  She wrote that I was Cipolla in disguise, operating
a child molester protection ring, when I exposed many a molester.
Yet, she doesn't think that her blatant defamation caused my untold
distress and pain.

She wrote other defamatory things that caused me untold grief,
entirely inconsiderate to how much pain it caused me to this day.
At present, she is accusing me of committing the egregious acts.
Yet, I heard Cipolla's pain when he read what she wrote about
him.  She caused his heart attack.  For example, she wrote that
Cipolla's friend slit all of her tires and smashed all her windows.
Uhhm, no they didn't.  If that happened, Cipolla would have
been taken into custody instantly.  Was was not.

Someone as vile as the cyber-bully lady in her writings against me
shows signs of mental instability, in combination with the fact that
she has obsessively called everyone or emailed everyone attached
to me, in order to dig up dirt on me.  A person like her is far too
unstable to be allowed to have minors in her custody.

Remember that I NEVER telephoned her. I NEVER texted her.
I NEVER wrote her an email.  I furthermore did NOT drive to
Melbourne Florida.  Therefore, I did NOT stand in her presence
and harass her.  I simply want her to leave me alone.  Now you
see why I always refused to communicate with her in any capa-
city.

All that that cyber-bully woman has to do is delete even the titles
of all remaining defamatory blogs she created and which had the
literary content within them deleted by the powers-that-be.  She
then has to stop writing about me and stop talking about me, and
to stop writing to any of my associates.  She did NOT write about
the merits of the Cipolla Case in her blogs.  Rather, she attacked
me personally, in hominid attacks.

Also remember that I never submitted my evidence in the Cipolla
Case to the PA grand jury.  I was away for a while, and I didn't ev-
en know the procedure to do such a thing.  Needless to say, I did
NOT testify before the grand jury..

Once again, 321-608-6731 on the exact same day as the release of
the Grand Jury Report.  What a coincidence!!!  Your assistance, if
you can give it, will be much appreciated.  Please spare me of this
chronic torment and repeatedly harassment of me.

Letter by one of many sex abuse casualties of a priest reinstated into ministry by Wuerl.

Donald Wuerl's cover-up of his former personal secretary was in progress
in 2002, the year when Wuerl had the media make him look like a caring
man who had a clean sex abuse handling record.  In that same year, a few
writers made the tiny Donald Wuerl look like a hero in his triple cover-up
of Frs. Wolk, Zula, and Pucci.  In fact, the Ann Rodgers who was caught
lying in print made Wuerl's cover-up of John S. Hoehl look like the stern
deliberations of a zero tolerance bishop.

You see, Ann Rodgers, former Post Gazette writer who was found to be a 
liar via fact checking, wrote that Wuerl emphatically told Hoehl that he could 
never go back into ministry.  She made it sound as if Wuerl stamped his hand 
on the desk, while reading Hoehl the Riot Act.  Liar.  The truth is, ladies and
gentlemen, that Wuerl was the one who put Hoehl back into ministry.

Concerning Hoehl:

Below is something that I had in my possession for years.  It's the copy of a
2007 letter written to present Pittsburgh bishop, David Zubik, by one of the
many sex abuse casualties of the Pittsburgh area.  This person is also a vic-
tim of Wuerl's way of administrating.  The way of Bishop David Zubik was 
apparently morphed into a clone of Wuerl, as far as goes administrating.  Af-
ter all, Zubik cut off Michael Unglo's psychiatric funding, resulting in poor
Michael committing suicide.  Yet, Zubik had the audacity to not resign.  
That was cold-hearted, to say the least.  Zubik's fatal error was that of
being a Wuerl clone, instead of being himself.  Zubik passed on Wuerl's
baton of death.

The individual who wrote the letter posted below had long since made the
local newspapers and television newscasts.  Thus, his name, face, thought
patterns, and voice patterns were already made publicly known.  He isn't
mentioned here by name, simply because I've a policy of not waving in
neon the names of private citizens that haven't become household ones.

I encountered another casualty of the same priest years ago and saw the pain

in his face.  This was before I learned how corrupt Wuerl was, meaning that
I encountered the sex abuse victim a year before being told about Torquato.
That is to say, I learned of how corrupt Donald Wuerl was, via the Torquato
Retaliations.  If I did not get involved in the Torquato case, I would never
have discovered how vicious Wuerl was.  I would have been praising him,
like everyone else, in 2002. Here is the letter written about the priest whom
Donald Wuerl returned to ministry the first year Wuerl became bishop of 
Pittsburgh.  Bishop David Zubik is addressed, Fr. Dave, because the writer
of the letter knew Zubik as such years before Zubik became a bishop.  It 
was a matter of habit for the gentleman:

haven't spoken in years.  He left the Catholic Church and, the last time I spoke
with him, in was living in the former Confederate South.  I used to live in the
Johnny Reb South too, incidentally.  I don't advise doing so.

"Here we go again, 10 years later, with me writing you and trying to rely on

my faith that you would possibly have the strength within you to do the right

thing:  A simple act of kindness to a family that has been betrayed, living with

the pain of the abuse of a sexual predator  -  a religious sexual predator;  one

who has been set free into society by his so-called leaders, so that he can con-

tinue to molest innocent children without recognition of his horrid past on

file.  And as last time, you failed horribly."

"Do you recall the first time I wrote you regarding this?  1997!   Even then

 I had to write you (via certified mail) twice, to get you to return my call for

concern.   That was a sign of the relationship I would come to face with the

Pittsburgh Catholic Diocese; a relationship of aloofness and arrogance,

without accountability."

"During our most recent meeting of last month, I asked if you beforehand

read the four page letter I had sent to Bishop Bradley, so you could familiar-

ize yourself with what me, my wife and my parents have been going through.

You didn't take the time.  You didn't care enough to take the time."

"You sat there, with arms crossed, and tried to tell me how you had become

a victim, as well, by being associated with Hoehl and Quigley.  Trust me, you

have no idea what we victims of that sick {censored} have to go through; how

every association that he scarred us with sends us back to that horrible time

in our lives; of how he washed me up in the shower, {censored} in his bed,

and {censored.}

"Here I am, 26 years later, at 44 years of age, still dealing with the night-

mares, the raucousness, the depression, the knowledge that he's still out

there to do what feeds his illness.  You and Wuerl could have made a tre-

mendous move forward, to help local Pittsburgh youth, as well as gain

recognition nationally, for outing these predators that your leadership

chose to keep secret.  You chose poorly."

"I saw this as God's will, in order to make me deal with my guilt, by com-
ing forward in the courts and at least out Hoehl.  It was the most challeng-
ing test I have ever had; a test that I literally bet my life on."

"Now, again, you could have allowed the agreement that Bishop Bradley
and I had go to fruition.  But you denied that move of good will.  As I have
always stated, it was never about money, and this still stands.  It's is about
the actions taken.  The action of Bradley, and not you, to pay my legal fees,
truly brought about good will and trust in my heart that there is someone
in the Pittsburgh diocese who actually cared enough to do the right thing."

"After reading my letters (the ones you ignored) he even had Rita Joyce
call to offer additional monies  -  not the petty $1200 she now defends.
Please!   What an insult!" 

"So here I am; tossing since 3:30 a.m., struggling with my Crohns' Di-
sease and the aloofness from you.  You said at the end of our meeting
that you would find some monies to send my parents and call it tuition
reimbursement.  I thought that was great."

"There again, I {miscalculated} and I trusted you.  Ten days later, and
three days after my call, you had your assistant call me to tell me that
you won't do any more and that you have done enough. 

"DONE ENOUGH?  YOU HAVEN'T DONE {censored}!"

"Correction:  You have done plenty  -  all the wrong things.   You have
destroyed, once again, the belief I had that you actually care.  You truly
are a disciple of Wuerl."

"How you live with yourself I will never know.  It takes a very little person
to do what you do.   You are a minimalist.   You do the bare minimum
to get by, regardless of the effects to good, caring people, looking for a
thread of human decency to hold on to.  The Diocese of Pittsburgh put
the wrong man at the helm.  Bishop Bradley deserves that seat, not you." 

The following was written by one of John Hoehl play toys who left the
Catholic Church.  I used to coach him in basketball, too.

End of the edited letter addressed to Bishop David Zubik in 2007, by a
gentleman I coached in basketball a few years before he became one of
many preys of a Pittsburgh diocesan priest.

And remember, if I didn't go through the suicide I went through, I probably
wouldn't have gotten involved in the Torquato case and in the investigation
of Wuerl's corruption.  In as much, if Torquato never got away with his re-
taliations, I wouldn't have uncovered what I uncovered about Wuerl.  I also
wouldn't have discovered what others uncovered about him.

In trying to keep things covered by means of intimidation, Wuerl caused them
to be discovered.  He did what was counter-productive to his goal of cover-
up. Of course, such uncovering happens when you don't succumb to threats
and retaliations ... and when they don't succeed in silencing you permanently.
