Wuerl's treatment of Cipolla, in comparison to Richard Zula & Leo Burchianti
Even after Richard Zula's conviction, Wuerl gave him a monthly stipend ... a monthly check. Anthony Cipolla had no criminal record. Yet, he received nothing from Wuerl, despite the fact that Wuerl was the one who defrocked Cipolla without having done so for a criminal reason. Cipolla was NEVER a convicted molester in secular or church court. Cipolla was never even indicted.
And of course, Wuerl additionally revenged Cipolla for going over Wuerl's proverbial head, to the Vatican. This is the action of a childish and immature brat who should never have been given any position of power. The message from Wuerl was that you don't dare challenge Wuerl without paying for it immeasurably.
But, the true message is that Wuerl got away with abusing his power and destroying lives ... even during the James Torquato Retaliations ... where some laymen got caught in the middle of it all and could have gotten very physically injured.
Things were heated in that case, because Wuerl let Torquato do what Torquato wanted to do, to escalate the incitement of violence against his accuser and his accuser's whistle blower advocate.
Torquato even got a person who rents things at North Park to accuse Torquato's accuser of having stolen a bike. So, Torquato did try to have someone frame his accuser for a crime he never committed.
Yet, she assured her readers that Cipolla was mentally deranged, even though the Fr John Hardon she honored as a great teacher of Catholicism defended Cipolla's character to the core of his existence.
In 2016, Randy Engel assured us with great confidence that the evidence of Anthony Cipolla being a serial molester was blatant. She stated that the evidence existed in the fact that Cipolla was "moved around" a lot of times, during his first five years as an active priest. He was given multiple parish assignments in as many years.
Engel forgot about the PRIEST SHORTAGE of the late 1970s, when priests were in a pea & shell shuffle game.
According to Engel, this five parish assignment is unheard-of, and is the tell-tale sign of a molester. According to reality, however, the multiple parish assignments given to a newly ordained DIOCESAN priest was something quite common in the late 1970s, according to the expert sources quoted below. None the less, Engel erroneously concluded that:
Of course, Randy Engel was making it look as if Anthony Cipolla kept getting caught molesting youth after youth, followed by him being assigned to a different parish here and a different parish there, as a cover-up. This is why multi-million dollar defamation lawsuits exist. After all, my expert sources stated the opposite of what Engel stated in her 2016 article, concerning newly ordained DIOCESAN priests and their parish assignments.

Father Edward Huff's parish assignment record is that of a non-molester, according to Randy Engel & Ron Lengwin. But, Huff was a convicted molester, proving Engel & Lengwin to be WRONG.
Fr Huff's first three parish assignments were five years each. According to Engel & Lengwin, this is surely the sign of a stable non-molester. But, Huff was quite the molester, proving that Randy Engel & Fr Ron Lengwin did NOT know what they were talking-about.

Self-proclaimed Psychiatry Expert, Randy Engel
In the same defamatory 2016 article, Randy Engel concluded that Anthony Cipolla most probably was at least borderline schizophrenic or borderline psychotic.
Big Question: Ladies & gentlemen, what is deadly wrong with Randy Engel's derogatory conclusion about Cipolla's state of mental health?
ANS: Cipolla was analyzed by TWO board-certified and licensed psychiatric facilities, and both facilities OFFICIALLY did NOT diagnose Cipolla as being Schizophrenic or Psychotic.
In fact, the licensed NYC psychiatric facility gave Anthony Cipolla a clean bill of mental health, through & though. Yet, Randy Engel, in her elitist arrogance, placed herself above two mental institutions and their board-certified & licensed professionals.
Quite frankly, Randy Engel and her "good good New Jersey friend" are the ones who need to be in a psychiatric institute. Literally.
Engel's claim of unusualness
In her claiming that it was "unusual" for a newly ordained diocesan priest to have been frequently shifted from parish to parish in the 1970s, Engel LIED. It was and is very common for a newly ordained DIOCESAN priest to be shifted-around, simply for the sake of gaining experience, according to the published experts. Then came the matter of the late 1970s priest shortage.
Newly ordained priests of a religious order are a different issue, being that they are limited to only the parishes run by their religious order, as well as their religious order's affiliated Catholic schools. So, their assignments were far more limited than that of a diocesan priest, for the most part. So, you expect a religious order priest to spend longer times in a parish assignment ... or else in mission work.
Diocesan priests were in a different set of circumstances, with much wider boundaries. By the way, a diocesan priest is also known as a "secular priest."
Observe the reality of a newly ordained diocesan priest ... even in the 1970s ... according to the Archdiocese of D.C, the Denver Catholic, the Jersey Catholic, EWTN, and other sources:
The 2018 Pennsylvania Grand Jury Inquest blew the doors on the Diocese of Pittsburgh wide open. This included the Pittsburgh diocesan archives.
If Cipolla were a serial molester, a secret archive file somewhere would have emerged, at the hands of a Pennsylvania State constable, which would have recorded far more accusations than the 1978 ones and those of a Tim Bendig who contradicted himself at the outset, when speaking to a Beaver County PA assistant DA.
It would have then been entered into the record, if there were more accusers than that of the Bendig and Thompson parties. That is to say, if he were the molester Randy Engel conjectured him to have been, then two, four, or six more accusers would have emerged, and they would have given testimony to the 2018 PA Grand Jury.
No new accuser came forth.
That, alone, proved Engel's defamatory article of 2016 to be a multi-million dollar defamation lawsuit waiting to be filed ... if there is someone out there still alive who has the constitutionally required Article III Standing, in the defamation hurled at Cipolla and which was spread throughout a large spectrum of humanity.
Cipolla was never charged. Zula was charged with 130 counts.
Richard Zula received a monthly stipend ... a monthly financial check or a monthly direct deposit ... from the Diocese of Pittsburgh, by order of Donald Wuerl, even after he was convicted of sexual abuse. Cipolla received nothing from Wuerl, except massive doses of defamation, through Wuerl's surrogates.
Concerning Cipolla's assignments, I do know that there was one specific pastor Cipolla could not stand. This is because, he specifically told me. So, Cipolla requested a transfer and got it. But, Randy Engel insinuated that each parish assignment equaled one molestation accusation each.
No, Engel simply succumbed to the influence of her pushy and emotionally disturbed "good good New Jersey friend" who wanted Cipolla gone forever. Engel did NOT think things out. She trusted her very pushy and hate-filled friend who did leave the Catholic Church ... which was ironic for Catholic-Doctrine-Supporter, Randy Engel. Randy was basically a groupie following a New Jersey cult leader, at least in 2016.
That New Jersey woman freaked out when Cipolla tried to get a home-schooling job as some kind of religion teacher ... in New Jersey. I personally thought that this was the stupidest thing Cipolla ever did, and in the end it would come to cost him everything. This is because that New Jersey woman wanted Cipolla out of the picture, proverbially & literally.
That New Jersey woman wanted Cipolla dead, and she got what she wanted. I call it voluntary manslaughter or negligent homicide or homicide by fright. Remember, I talked to that New Jersey woman repeatedly, for consecutive hours at a time, and I can assure you that she wanted Anthony Cipolla dead ... literally.
None the less, the New Jersey woman didn't know that Anthony Cipolla:
1] ... was NEVER arrested ... even in 1978 ... but was rather defamed by a single mom who claimed that DNA evidence was taken from young Tucker's clothes and was positively matched to Cipolla in a hospital lab within one, two, or three days time, when 1978 DNA matches took more than 7 weeks to complete ... with the testing thereof never occurring in hospitals ... but rather, occurring at NIH labs, in 1978.
None the less, Cipolla was ...
2] ... officially cleared by TWO DA offices who found that Tim Bendig's accusations against Cipolla were unfounded. Now, the assessment of Bendig's accusations was limited to the specific testimony of Tim Bendig himself, unaltered & unedited. There was zero physical evidence and no corroborating witnesses, at all.
BTW, the counties were Allegheny County where sits Pittsburgh and Beaver County, the home of the former largest push button railroad in the World and a number of steel mills, as well as a tin mill and a Valvoline depository.
None the less, the list of four people in the center of the Beaver County DA case report below are all PEOPLE IN AUTHORITY ... or adults in influence, such an advocate and promoter ... and not juvenile sex groupies or under-aged frequenters of the McGuire Home.
In addition, Anthony Cipolla ...
3] ... NEVER had to register as a sex offender, being that he was never even arrested for a sex offense, in the first place. He was NOT arrested in 1978, as Randy Engel falsely claimed, and he was never arraigned or summoned to a hearing at Police Station #9. The writer of that 2016 article obviously knew nothing about American or Pennsylvania legal procedures.
In continuing, Cipolla also ...
4] ... through his attorney, namely my former neighbor John Alan Conte ... had dozens of character witnesses lined-up to testify at the Tim Bendig lawsuit trial which Wuerl made sure would never happen. Wuerl simply gave Tim an out of court settlement shortly before the trial date.
And concerning this, Diane Thompson emerged for Attn Douglas Yauger, to be a witness in the Bendig lawsuit. Wuerl definitely knew this.
Well, Wuerl gave Bendig a six-figure out-of-court settlement. If Wuerl believed that Diane Thompson were credible and honest, then why did Wuerl not give Thompson a form of settlement money of some sort? Or did Wuerl allow money to reach Diane Thompson from under the proverbial table? From behind the scene, perhaps?
No matter what, no public notice of Wuerl giving any kind of compensation to Diane Thompson was made, meaning that Wuerl did NOT publicly acknowledge that he found Diane Thompson to be credible.
Moreover, Cipolla ...
5] ... was only accused by a Diane Thompson who was proven to be an outright wall-to-wall liar, and who was hard-up for apartment rent money during the time in 1978 when she accused Cipolla.
An of course, Cipolla ...
6] ... had no one accuse him of molestation ... outside of financially desperate Tim Benig and the financially desperate Diane Thompson.
7] Plus, in the thirteen years since I was first handed the box of documents pertaining to the Cipolla Case, not a single person ever contacted me, to tell me that Cipolla molested him or anyone else.
8] The 1993 Vatican Case had nothing to do with Tim Bendig's or Diane Thompson's accusations.
9] Moreover, Randy Engel's New Jersey friend refused to accept that Diane Thompson was repeatedly caught lying. And it was Diane Thompson who, after sending me emails which proved that she knew I existed, publicly stated that I didn't exist, but rather, Anthony Cipolla was running this site under my name which Diane Thompson claimed was a fictional name.
None the less, Cipolla's fatal error was walking into that home-schooling interview as a priest-with-faculties and not as a suspended priest forbidden to present himself as a priest. That was stupid of him. Yet, Wuerl purposely put Cipolla in a state of desperation. Wuerl manipulated circumstances. Wuerl incited thing by playing puppeteer.
None the less, Cipolla was completely cut off by Wuerl, even though Wolk, Zula, Pucci, and Leo Burchianti, as well as Huff & Zirwas, etc, were NOT cut off. None the less, Cipolla needed money. His reputation was ruined in Western Pennsylvania. So, he went to Jersey, for work, and he actually asked a priest for the home-schooling job. But, the priest told the New Jersey woman to interview Cipolla, instead.
As far as goes work experience for Cipolla, it was limited to managing youth groups and prayer groups. He needed to take with him the docs which proved that he was repeatedly CLEARED by LAW ENFORCEMENT and was never arrested in 1978.
And and and, the 2018 PA Grand Jury Inquest showed that there were no other persons who ever accused Cipolla of anything ill. There was no secret archive file of undisclosed accusers in Cipolla's case.
Cipolla also needed to dress as a layman. Even at that, no home schooler would have hired him as a layman, unless that home schooler knew him for decades. Cipolla still had people who believed in him, and concluded that Bendig was just a liar. This included Jesuit author, Fr. John Hardon.
Most importantly, applying for a youth group chaplain type of a job was only attempted by Anthony Cipolla once. If he would have kept trying, then that would have been the sure sign of a molester, on the hunt for children. But, Cipolla didn't keep doing so. If Cipolla had kept doing that, I would have called the police on him, myself.
The Cipolla Case still has its doubts, but only concerning Frank Labiaux's accusations. At the least, it is certain that Cipolla was not the Son of Satan whom Randy Engel made him out to be. Cipolla was NOT the monster that Richard Zula was.
And remember, I saw the whole 2016 article long before the November 30th, 2016 publishing of it, done by Renew America. In fact, Randy Engel ... on a few occasions ... asked me to publish writings of her ... on my Marian website.
And I spoke extensively to her "good good New Jersey friend," time after time, hour after hour. Therefore, I am NOT a stranger showing up with an opinion. I'm a witness.
All in all, that New Jersey woman who was obsessed with home schooling and obsessed with avoiding all Catholic schools was too emotionally immature to understand Cipolla, in his plight, under a thoroughly corrupt and ruthless Donald Wuerl.
She was also asininely wrong in other things, time after time. After all, she claimed that there was no way I was in construction ... and she then claimed that I was a fraud only pretending to be in construction, while fronting criminal activity. HOWEVER ...
... there have been hundreds of construction company paychecks addressed to me, as well as ...
... hundreds of times I signed vouchers, deliver tickets, and purchase orders for construction material, as well as me writing-out employee checks in my handwriting and then signing them in 2014, 2015, and 2016 ...
... as well as me having numerous witnesses see me perform construction activity. This included ~the inspectors, ~fellow construction workers, ~subcontractors, ~home owners, ~school security guards, ~delivery men, ~concrete truck operators, ~curious onlooker neighbors, ~traffic control flagmen, ~warehouse employees, ~building material lot workers, ~building material store managers, etc.
Plus, in my career, I operated heavy equipment, even in an Army Corps of Engineers project, as well as having done all phases of concrete work through the years. I also did ironwork, finish carpentry, and metal trim work, as well as the various unskilled labor tasks which are very much needed, in order to get a construction project started and then completed.
I was in projects paid-for by ~HUD, the ~URA, the ~US Dept of Energy, the ~Beaver County Commissioners, ~a historical society, ~the Allegheny County Commissioners, ~the City of Pittsburgh Engineers, ~various federally funded Councils of Government, ~Penn DOT'S infrastructure mgmt unit, the ~Army Corps, the ~US Postal Service, the ~Veteran's Administration, ~numerous municipalities, ~a few businesses, and ~numerous private home owners, including the owners of mansions.
Randy Engel's anti-Catholic mentor who wanted Cipolla dead
In the end, the New Jersey conspiracy theory woman didn't merely avoid all Catholic schools. She left the entire Catholic Church for a religion that does not believe in the Immaculate Conception nor the indissolubility of Marriage nor the primacy of Saint Peter. Her rejection of Catholicism went from A to Z, and she was the predictable pushy, feisty, over-domineering hag.
She was so annoying and out-of-touch that I had to write to her and tell her to never contact me again ... to never call me on the phone and to never write to me. Only after that did she start defaming me through a surrogate, requiring me to post counter-measures such as my security clearances, including the one below.
Keep in mind that feeble hags have no power, yet they lust for power. They get their power from slandering others, to make others appear lower than them:
So, for the fourth, fifth, or sixth time, if you state about me what she stated or what Diane Thompson stated ... and if you have money ... then you and I ARE going to court. After ten years, you should realize that I'm NOT Anthony Cipolla in disguise operating a criminal ring. And I definitely am not Anthony Cipolla's ghost.
In fact, I truly have been in construction since 2014. Before that time span, I was in heavy construction in 1992. I was also in government contract construction from March 1995 to September 2001. In fact, I was in insurance, as a licensed agent, in 1994. And then, I was also a respiratory invalid for about ten years or so.
I've been in about 300 construction "venues" ... aka on 300+ construction sites ... and there have been no dead bodies, no missing persons, no missing jewelry, no missing automobiles, and no failed inspections ... as well as NO liability lawsuits or failure of performance lawsuits.
The Bottom Line in Her Denial of Easily Provable Reality
Randy Engel's good good New Jersey friend HATED the idea of Cipolla being associated with men of masculinity and machismo. So, it outraged her to think that a person in a stereotypical Stud City type of profession would defend Cipolla. So, she refused to believe that I work on approximately 300 construction projects, some of which were super demanding in terms of endurance and muscular strength.
She had to have Cipolla's reputation attached to adults who were only pansified, limp-wristed Peter Pan types. HOWEVER, followers of Cipolla who personally admired him included a ~Blackhawk High School varsity wrestler, ~a dragline excavator operator who spent years in the coal mines, as well as a ~construction contractor, ~two electrical engineers, a ~carpenter, and a ~6'6" man who was officially accepted to be on the roster of a major Top Twenty college football team.
So, Randy Engel's good good New Jersey friend went psycho ballistic when I mentioned online that my work experience was in construction. Apparently she missed the photo of me operating heavy equipment at the former J&L Steel complex, as the final heavy equipment operator to remove the final remains of that steel mill. I jacked it out of there with a 1994 CAT 426's hydraulic hammer.
So, I had to add online photos of a few of the hundreds orders, vouchers, and receipts I personally signed. She remained in denial anyway, thusly proving her to actually be the psychotic in the bunch. She made sure that Engel would get published in 2016 the most defamatory article any person could imagine. The falsehoods in that three-part article are covered here in specificity, in several posts.
My Actual Goal
I simply wanted Wuerl to grant me an anti-sweatshop, anti-slave labor apostolate back in the late 1990s, being that the defraudment of laborers of their wages is one of the four sins which cry to Heaven for Vengeance. Such a thing is also a Crime against Humanity.
A worker from Pittsburgh headlining worker's rights in a city known for its workers and their production of steel would have made for the quintessential worker's rights group. The group could have been named after a papal encyclical that addressed worker's rights and the fair wage.
But not under narcissist Donald Wuerl and his quest to constantly live the Marie Antoinette Lifestyle. Wuerl completely ignored me. Wuerl did NOT care to stop human suffering. He only increased it wherever he could. But, such a thing is typical for a narcissist.
------
BTW, do you want to know why Diane Thompson accused Cipolla of molestation in 1978 and then quickly withdrew her private citizen criminal complaint, in my private citizen's personal opinion which is protected under New York Times Co v Sullivan, 376 U.S. 254 (1964)? Well here it is:
Diane Thompson, in my private citizen's opinion, was desperate for rent money. So, she accused Cipolla of molestation, hoping that she would get a quick out-of-court settlement. This means that, according to my private citizen's opinion:
Thompson didn't know the difference between civil court and criminal court. When she found out that there was no money in it for her, in her having filed paperwork in criminal court, she withdrew her private criminal complaint against Cipolla, thereby dropping the whole case in August of 1978. She knew that she wasn't going to get money in time to pay apartment rent ... in my opinion.
